Its Walmart you know what your in for before you even get inside. However if youre single and youre feeling down and out maybe a trip to Walmart would do you good because then you could see that there truly is someone for everyone when you look around that store and you might even get a good chuckle.

This Wal-Mart has everything from a barbershop💈to a supermarket a subway fast food restaurant and a pharmacy.

One of the best layouts of Walmart’s in the area. Had majority of what I need and fully stocked.

I arrived at 7 pm. Customer service was closed. I asked the cashier and she told me they did not have anyone to cover customer service. There was only 2 registers open and no self service. The shelves were understock and in a state if disarray. The lines at the open registers were 9 to 11 customers waiting at each. As I was finally getting ready to leave, customer service was open but only for Walmart employees. I was furious. I explained to the cashier that I live in a senior living community, I did not drive and had waited a week just to get there. She replied, we are understaffed.

While still one of south jerseys landmark restaurants, and a good steakhouse, the quality and service has really slipped. When you consider the prices( 39 $ for overcooked tasteless ribeye ) and a half full salad bar not to mention the lack of music ambiance or service,, the once mighty PUB is outdated overpriced and serving old tough cows. Spend your hard earned steak money at Texas Roadhouse and pick your own steak.. The PUB has lost its Mojo

I totally agree with the customer that said way have workers when we have to check ourselves out and find things ourselves using our phones and the dirt situation true as well the earlier you go the better in the evening its nasty, horrific. I wonder how they stay open with the FDA laws!Ill post a picture later they were closed

Wide variety of items at a reasonable price. As being a large department store located throughout the country it can offer items at a cheaper price. Such as the vegetarian products, which are priced a dollar to a dollar and a half cheaper than the local food chain.

I have been to other Walmarts and other city and states and Im so happy to say that the Walmart in West Berlin tops them all. It is always clean, associates are not rude and are eager to help the customer.

Store is always a disaster, which is understandable I get people are understaffed. However I will never be spending my money here again I rushed in around 940 hoping to buy a cell phone as a gift for tomorrow. Could not get any help and Im told by an employee that the person that works that area Is talking to someone else and will be with me, I wait 20 minutes and then get frustrated because as Im waiting Im watching a group of maybe 15 employees stand around in a meeting so they all watch me wait to ask for help for another 5 mins then the manager in the back near the electronics area that was holding the meeting tells me electronics closed at 10 didnt try to help me or want to hear what I had to say just gave me a nasty look and when I asked why they let me wait she says we were in a meeting. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

In the morning nice place to go but at night nope go back..abort..abort this was the bathroom sittuation..its called out of service

Clean and well lit. Good prices. Greatest thing to happen to the poor ever.We can afford things and a comfortable lifestyle that no way the little man could or would provide.I saw the awful hours and limited opportunities the little man provided. High prices so the poor man could not afford while the little man drove a caddy.I see so many employees at Walmart that would never get hired at other places. Yet they are there being paid. God blessed them and us Walmart

I’ve been doing pick orders all over NJ. This is by far the worst pickup parking lot I’ve ever seen. This store was not designed with that in mind obviously. But how do you not see the dangers your putting your employees in. I think about all the possible outcomes. These days nobody is paying attention when driving as much as it used to be. Please stop doing these orders or think of a better way to get this job done before someone gets hurt. I came to pick up and out of 8 spots 2 of them were being used for order pickup and the other people just parked in. Have police write tickets do something care about people that work for you

I gave this 3 stars because I dont even know what the workers do there anymore. Anytime you ask them where something is they have no idea what youre talking about. I asked 4 people where the shop vacs were, no one even knew what a vacuum was. I then asked for the meat section, 2 people told me they didnt know what meat was. Then once you finally find something you gotta checkout yourself3 stars though because at least its not full of pretentious soccer moms like Target.

Go to the walmart in Cinnaminson if you live in Willingboro

The website stated they had 8 Morning Star hotdogs. So immediately drove there for a box. I quickly learned I wasted my time because they had none. Lol! I guess someone could have bought all of them within 15mins.

This super Walmart is pretty clean & they have staff all over to help. Produce is fresh & priced are reasonable. A lot of variety, can get super packed, I avoid it on wknds & peak hrs. - early seems to be the best times.

I used my debit card as cash lines were really long. This is the 2nd time I used my debit card at Walmart and later someone used my card at walmart.com to place an order at 1 AM. I had toclose this card and get another one. Bo more credit cards at walmart.....CASH ONLY!

My review is mixed because Im aware that COVID has caused an employee shortage. However, the Customer Service desk was unmanned at 9:30 a.m. The self service representative was the only helpful person but could not leave her station. She sent me to register 7, the only register with a staff member. The clerk knocked on a closed door and informed her superior that I was waiting for help with an exchange. I heard a muffled reply and was left standing there for 15 minutes. Finally, I walked back to the baby products at the back of the store only to find that this location did not have the formula in that section. I went back to register 7 where the formula actually was, purchased the correct formula then walked back to Customer service intending to simply return the incorrect product. A Supervisor happened by and sent a staff member to assist me. The employee declined my return because of a rule that food could not be returned. I had to find the Supervisor again for her to explain that a can of baby formula was not in this category. A five minute trip to exchange baby formula took more than 45 minutes.

Always nice and clean and pretty well stocked! Frozen food could use a lil help.

Everybody goes to Walmart, but da one I luv da most of all is da Walmart on rt 130 Cinnaminson. Its always so clean and in place. There n I clothes thrown on da floor da clothes racks are always neat n everything is always where it should be. Da staff here are very courteous, friendly & greets everyone wit a smile wen yu walk in. Da best part is yu can do yur grocery shopping & for anyone dat goes to a barbershop there on in here as well. So its like killing 3 birds wit one stone. If yuve neva been to dis Walmart Supercenter yu should try it out, who noes dis might be yur Walmart forevermore...👍👍🤗🤗😷😷

The grocery section here is nice and well stocked. The Pharmacy and staff there are great. Only complaint is the overall up keeping of the rest of the store. Too many random items at places and a lot inventory boxes on the floor.

I mean its Walmart. You compromise excellent customer service and pristine conditions for lower prices. That being said, since the New Year the store has really stepped up their game in regards to making sure they are well stocked. I do most of my grocery shopping there.

Dont ever come to Wal-Mart for home improvement items like paint. They have a little mini paint department, four associates have walked past and I asked if they could call someone to help me. I have been waiting for about twenty minutes. Why dont they just say no one can help in paints instead of having me wait for an associate who is never going to show up????

They were sooo nice. I called on a Friday to see if they would have the Xbox series S. They told me it would be in stock the next day. So I went an brought it. 🎊🎉🎊🎉 now I cant sleep feel like a kid again lol.

I like this Walmart. They have a pretty good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and seafood and cheeses. Its clean, and even though it gets busy, I can usually get in and out with my shopping pretty quickly.

Asked someone for help, said they’d be right with me, waited for literally an hour, went again to get someone to help me. They said “everyone had left and there was no one to help me”. My family runs a business and that is not how you treat costumers. HIGHLY upset. What a joke, about 10 employees walked past me in that hour, looked me right in the face and did not ask if I needed anything or if was being helped. The girl who was SUPPOSED to come help me at One point I seen her just standing around talking, doing nothing with three other employees. Take your business somewhere else where it’s wanted.

The curbside service is terrible. I was waiting for an order and they called me and said I need to come in and get it. The whole reason I did curbside was to avoid going into the building. This is my first visit to Walmart in 2 years (getting items for a friend of that can only be found in Walmart) and I was reminded today why I don’t go there. The staff forever have an attitude.

There are only a few Wal-Marts that I will visit and this is one. I like coming here because they try to keep the shelves stocked and not just have it sitting in the aisles. There is a definite sense of teamwork here,I saw it a few times where a fellow employee was too go in break yet instead she helped to finish clearing the line as to not leave him with a line of angry customers to deal with. I thanked her for it and she said some people come to work and forget that when theyre not at work what its like on the other side of the counter, besides why wouldnt in help its only five minutes its not a life. What a wonderful disposition that is rare in retail nowadays, some employees look at you like youre interrupting their day if you ask them anything. Here, I asked can you tell me where I could find Vienna Fingers and the gentleman walked me to the aisle, helped me look, then looked it up only to find that Walmart no longer orders them, above and beyond. Then greatest downfall is Im disabled and sometimes need a buggy, most of their buggys are broken (5) which only leaves five, if theyre not broken theyre not charging(please if you use these try to take them back in and plug in for the next handicapped person who needs it, if I cant I have my son do it). Not only is it stocked its clean as well AND the two times I needed to use the lavatory it was clean and smelled it. So if you need a clean stocked Walmart this is one to visit.

The products needed are within arms reach. The crowds were quiet the majority of the time

From 7:15 - 7:30 A.M. I could not reach customer service by phone. While in the store, the customer service was horrible, the lady did not acknowledge me, say good morning, thank you or how my return would be processed. This is the worse service I have received at this store. There were hardly any customers within the store so there is no excuse for her rude behavior.

Ridiculous! I placed an order I got an email ready for pick up, I drive to NJ from PA only to sit in my car for over 20mins and they never brought out my order! I did everything I was supposed to do and the app was tracking me for check in! I called and called and no one answered, I couldn’t leave my car that is the only reason I didn’t go into the store! I will never shop here again! Thanks for wasting my gas and toll!

Not a fan. Walmart isnt known for its exceptional customer service, or its cleanliness, but youd expect to find products on the shelf. Granted, cat litter may be in short supply at this time of year, but whod buy clumping litter called Slide?

Parking lot needs attention. There was quite a bit of litter around. I like the values Walmart has but there is always quite a wait in line. I use the self service kiosks and on this particular day I wanted to use cash, I usually pay with a card. There was such a long wait for using cash. I think they may be trying to induce all customers to pay with a card.

How can I describe a poorly stocked dirty store. The store has old rotting produce, severely dented cans, meat well past date. Employees standing around with their mask on improperly. Customers have to make their way around pallets of stock not yet put away blocking aisles for days and days. Upon arrival you are blasted with music. Target gets my money.

Order a mounted canvas print online in the morning for same day pickup having been given a 4 hour time frame - went to this store 6 hrs later to be told it would not be ready for a day or two - no manager to speak to. The next day received an email that it was ready. Went back to store and was handed the print unmounted and told they do not have the supplies or equipment to put it on the wooden frame. Ask to speak to a manager and was told I would have to wait an hour. Asked for refund and was given a hard time and then sent to customer service - had to get a managers approval - still no refund at time of writing this - really bad.

Horrible. Dont even bother with self checkout.I went here and bought a few things including fireworks and cold medicine. I went to self checkout as they got rid of most of the cashiers and there wasnt a sign saying I couldnt go to them with my items. So not surprisingly when I ring up my fireworks and cold medicine it said I need an associates help to continue. Okay thats fine, so I asked the lady at self-checkout to scan it through and provided my ID. Instead of just processing it and letting me carry on, said no to the prompts on the screen that asked if I was 18 years old. She then proceeded to call manager over who finally helped me. It should be noted that she processed other restricted items for other people while I waited. I then had to move all of my stuff from the self checkout line to another cashier. After arriving home, I realized that I was missing a bag that they forgot to give me. I called the customer service and asked if they could look for the bag to which they responded no just bring the receipt a customer service and they will fetch new items for me. So then I come to customer service and wait in a line and she tells me to go check register 55 like its my job. The person who actually rang me up happened to be near by and brought me my bag. Horrible experience and horrible service.

Went to pick up my groceries and found out a substitution was made. When I asked to remove that substitution I was told I had to walk it back in the store and return it myself. Kind of counterproductive isnt it?
