No one ever answers the phone we stop at the location no one is ever there. We bought a car from them several weeks ago then havent been able to get in touch with anyone they sold us a car with a bunch of problems with it.

The place use to be a really good place to take your auto . now just very disappointed. They can never get you in for service. You go there and the shop is not even open.just going down hill .just my opinion.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this car lot! My wife purchased one and did not received any paperwork other than a registration and a 45 day tag. Not being sure of what she was to receive, It has been over 2 weeks. I have called numerous times and have been lied to every time I have called. They were suppose to call me back on each occasion, but I have not received any calls from them, nor have they explained where her paper copies are. They also lied about cleaning the car prior to purchase. The last time I called, I received a all lines are busy message for over an hour. I called from my cell phone and it was answered 4 seconds later with the excuse that they went home. This is without a doubt the worse experience I have had with any purchase of any kind. This is 1/27/18. One day after I wrote the proceeding review. Got a call from the purchase agent. He said he never received a message for him to call me. I talked to his brother each time and find this excuse hard to believe, but by calling last night and raising cane, I received a call this afternoon. Was assured the paperwork was sent. Very rude and unprofessional. No more business from me.

I have been taking my cars there for the last several years. The owner and his staff and friendly, upfront and honest in my opinion. I have never felt that I was sold a service or repair I havent needed. Also, my questions, no matter what, are answered completely. I never feel rushed into a decision and, if possible, I have been given multiple options for a repair in an effort to provide me the service I desire at the cost I can afford. I will continue to take my cars there as long as they are in business.

They treat you as family always there to help you with any repairs on your vehicle, with a fair pricing on your repairs. Also they stand behind their work. And they sell all type of vehicles at a fair price they are the only people that I trust to work on my vehicles and when Im ready to buy a vehicle I go to them first good people to deal with

I had taken my car to three different mechanics here in Circleville, and none could tell me why my car vibrated at certain speeds nor why the brakes went thump thump thump when I applied them. I took it to Davy Motor Co because theyd been honest with me in a previous dealing (no one could tell me what was wrong THAT time, either, but the mechanic there knew). They told me what was causing the vibration (it was the tires), and they told me why the brakes thumped when I used them and repaired that problem. I really appreciated Collins honesty when he told me if I could tolerate the vibration I may want to just keep the tires (fairly new) and not replace them until they needed replaced. He offered to get me tires if I wanted better ones, but I decided to keep what I have. Davy Motor is where I will go from now on, even though its a bit out of my way.
