Everytime I come here all is good in the hood! The people are decent oh yeah I get milk & ice cream. We hang out sometimes inside to eat overall walking distance to most residents who cant drive too far to get essentials when groceries are closed. 🍦🤠

Arrived at 1220. Not suppose to close until 1 am. 2 women inside cleaning. doors locked. 3 customers including myself outside. Wth?

First the lady decided to wipe the side of my husbands cup with a sanitizer wipe and touched the top of his ice cream with it and still handed it to us as if she never did it gave a huge attitude the entire time serving us. Then gave an even bigger attitude when she messed up with giving us the wrong type of ice cream. All of this after trying to say we couldnt even get any ice cream while the manager stood by and watched it all happen and didnt try to resolve the problems at all. It was very poor customer service and handled very poorly.... My husband and I will not be returning because of this and before this it was one of our favorite ice cream places. They need to do better then what they are .. Will be contacting corporate in the morning as they did not pick up as to how late it is tonight.

Very bad service lady refused to make me a milkshake at midnight. It took them about 5 minutes to ring me up. Atmosphere and decor is sub-par in April.

Not bad but nothing that makes it stick out from the others. Everything seems to be well organized and stocked.

Some of the best Ice cream around! Sometimes I get hand dipped and have them blend it up like soft serve!Dont forget to ask them about any questions you might have because they are great about making custom Ice Cream Dessert and blending flavors.-God Bless-

Went to UDF to buy cigarettes I was asked for ID, you can tell Im old enough but she insisted and I understand its their job but if your going to ask me for ID I want to see your ID so I know your old enough to sell them to me and besides some kid doesnt need to know my addressBig fail UDF
