After dropping my iPhone fifteen feet onto solid concrete, I thought it was done for. I stopped by Fixaphone as a last ditch effort to save all of my work related information, and they brought it back to life. I had my phone back within a couple hours, saved almost $300, and its working like new. The process was much easier than dealing with my current cell phone provider, and they also repair other electronics as well.
My experience was GREAT will differently go back.
The staff here was very polite. Granted they are not 100% open yet, they personally drove my device to the Chillicothe location, repaired my phone, and brought it back for me to pickup. It is clear they truly care about customers.
