OMG! I honestly dont know where to begin!Words cant describe the customer service I received from YUNEEC SKINS!First of all this guy JOHN, who is the owner, and probably the only person on the entire west coast with the know hows and alllllllllllllll the parts you could need for a YUNEEC aircraft!I literally walked into a YUNEEC DREAM because he has every part a person could want to repair a drone!I needed a new controller for my TYPHOON H plus.. he had tons of them. and even binded it to my drone. and after seeing all the neat YUNEEC toys he had in stock. i left there with a new charging unit that not only charges my batteries but de-charges them for storage mode. I also purchased a set of the YUNEEC GOGGELS FOR VIEWING WHAT EVER I AM RECODING, right before my eyes. I called and met with the Pres, VP, CIO, head admin, and the service and shipping crew. in other words, John is a one man shop and very knowledgeable about the Typhoon H. I called about the NFZ service and was flying within 45 minutes. The instructions were well organized and much easier to do than I thought it would be. Looks like he also has the parts to keep me in the air too. Good place to contact if you need help.

Fantastic online shopping experience! YuneecSkins has some hard to find parts. Needed the typhoon h520/H+ battery hobby charger lead, fair price and very fast shipping! The charger lead is exactly as described, quality product. Personal touch and great communication, will definitely buy from again. I can write more, but itll have to wait, the weather is beautiful, Im going flying!

So glad that Yuneec Skins had the part I needed. It was shipped and arrived sooner than promised, unfortunately one of the four plastic lugs for the landing gear retract module was broken off, and this made the new part unusable. I was able to salvage that part from my original module, but it did require some micro surgery of the mechanism which I under took at my own risk. I have no doubt that Yuneec Skins would have sent me a replacement if I had notified them of the defective part they shipped me. I was just too impatient to wait. Sorry I can only give 4 stars.Revised to 5 stars. John is very attentive, and I although I may have been inconvenienced by the defective part, I am sure he would have made things right had I given him the opportunity.

Purchased my Yuneec Typhoon H3 recently and realized shortly after that its pretty Geofenced and wont let me bypass flight restrictions or NFZs. Although other drone companies allow you to bypass this with a free application or waiver for responsibility, I was pleased that there was at least this option through Yuneec Skins where you can purchase a patch for $100 which unlocks the H3 for all NFZ. Within 2 hours of purchasing the patch, I was on the phone and emailing back and forth with John over at Yuneec Skins and he was as helpful as any person in his position could have been. Super responsive, very diligent in the matter and super easy going. Very happy to help and reiterated his presence should there be issues in the future. Hats of to John and Yuneec Skins. Now time to test what this drone can do.

Realer than Yuneec themselves imo, its been weeks and Yuneec still hasnt responded to any messages Ive sent to their sales and support email addresses!The actual story: I purchased a used Yuneec q500 4k from a client that needed a few parts. Needed shaft for a Du-Bro prop balancer that I ordered from the manufacturer, some new propellers because it only had one complete set remaining and one of them was in less than perfect shape, and most importantly, a new right landing leg because Id accidentally cracked one pretty much as soon as I took possession of the thing. It seemed to me like an amazing price... Im very new drone naïve, I only know whats new & old w/ DJi because they advertise so much and are available all over, so given the condition of most of it I figured it must be maybe a year or three old max. My own fancier universal balance charger clocked all batteries as like-new. I quickly found out that it was older than I thought, and Yuneec doesnt offer parts for legacy products (they dont even answer emails). The person I bought it from is a former pilot and said hed only flown it perhaps a few hours total and it looked it, besides the missing leg. I thought I was screwed, I had great difficulty finding parts from reputable sellers until I found YuneecSkins, prior to that I could only find one seller with a single set left on eBay for like 4x as much. I ordered a pair of legs then decided an extra full second set would be nice when I noticed that YuneecSkins sold singles too so I emailed to ask if I could have them charge another right leg to my order as I hadnt yet received the shipping confirmation email, then acted like a cranky baby about it because I was anxious to play with my new toy, and it turned out hed included the second right leg free of charge! AND a bag of skittles, I love skittles haha! John & YuneecSkins.com is quite literally *the* best source for Yuneec accessories, in all possible ways. Best prices, best customer service. The prop balancer shaft and extra props all arrived on the same day as the legs from YuneecSkins, even though Id ordered those other items about a week prior to the legs! Elated to be airborne so quickly even though the other companies I ordered parts from took so much longer than YS, everything worked out perfectly. Plus the skittles! :)*^^ I wrote the conclusion at the top because I know most people dont have time to read text walls like this. *^^

I highly recommend Yuneec Skins tried getting ahold of Yuneec directly but they never respond to calls or emails, Yuneec Skins always answers there calls quick and respond to emails swiftly, they are amazing. I had some issues with my gimbal not working and camera not appearing on my remote and was almost ready to buy a whole new camera but called this place and spoke to John who told me about the Cg03+ camera estimate which I purchased. Sent in my camera with gimbal and in a few days got a call saying my camera worked fine on their end, John walk me through some steps on my drone and it appear a few pins were pushed in which is crazy that would stop the gimbal and camera but he was so professional the whole time. John also helped me test the controller to make sure nothing was wrong with it. I will come back here if I ever have issues again or need parts. Can’t go wrong with this company they will get you back up in the sky in no time...

I smashed my Typhoon H. Looked for months trying to find a place to get it fixed. Best Buy only services their own, and those Geeks most likely have no idea what they are doing, especially for a drone. Finally found John at Yuneecskins.com . Specializes on skins and even services drones. Probably the only person you can find in NorCal that works on Yuneek. Took him just a few days, price was fair, service was great. John also notice my batteries were swollen and sent me links to where I can purchase a new charger. He also gave me an updated manual, and a check list when flying.
