Mr Rubash explained all he discovered on the diagnosis and how it needed to be fixed. Ive been using Jay (and his incredibly respectful boy Michael) for about five years exclusively. Now if you’ve not had pleasure yet, the reason I prefer Lone Star than a run of the mill place where a potentially unexperienced or unqualified mechanic could cost you more money & TIME in the long run by for example failing to diagnose the complete problem was initially.Now with Jay, I know he has been to school, (diplomas right there on the wall) has decades under his belt. He can diagnose and attack issues competently with that skilled eye.I’ve NEVER taken a repair back, or felt the need to but if I ever did, he backs all his work for 12months. All the parts and labor are clearly spelled out for you.I will add if you have a strong relationship with your vehicle and are picky about who touches your car you’re going find this place perfect, almost like your own private shop the way it’s hidden behind moms flowers.
