Throughout my wedding planning process, Kseniya the bridal consultant here at Diamond Bridal was an absolute blessing! She took time at the beginning of my appointment to get an idea of what style of dress I like, what my price range was, and also to get to know my family that came with me! Seniya was so awesome! I walked into her shop without even knowing exactly what kind of dress I wanted. I shared with her that we were looking for a dress on clearance and she found me something under $1,000! Of course, it just happened to be the one that I wanted and it fit me well, but she knew what would look good on me and made me try some styles that I otherwise wouldnt have in order to discover what really looked good on me. She has a good eye and is very kind and practical. She doesnt waste your time and overcharge you. And her seamstress is very sweet too.

The ladies here are lovely and know what they are doing better than any other bridal shop I went to. If you are self conscious about your body and want someone who is going to be an expert at making you look your best, this is the place to be. Every dress I tried on, Mariya would pull/pinch/adjust the dress in very subtle ways that would make it look sooo better on me. They are also willing to customize things for you that shops like Davids Bridal cant or wont do.

I recently started shopping for my wedding dress for my upcoming NYE wedding. I had started with a few shops around town, a bridal boutique and box store. I wasnt satisfied with my experience with either business, neither made a conscious effort to help me stay within my budget and were borderline rude when I voiced that I wasnt going over budget. That was NOT the case with Kaleena (I apologize for the spelling), she was all about my budget and took me to a section of the store that had dresses that reflected that. She went above and beyond for me, she asked to see the dress that I fell in love with but was over double my budget. She did everything she could to find a dress within my budget that was similar to the dress I loved. In doing so I found MY dress, my experience was the complete opposite at Diamond Bridal Gallery. I am so happy my friend recommended them! If you havent stopped by I would highly recommend it! Their show room is nothing short of impressive. I flew in from New Jersey on Labor Day weekend for the purpose of going wedding dress shopping with my California based family. I had made 3 appointments for the day, needing to find a dress before I headed back to the East coast. I went to two other stores first, and although they were gorgeously designed on the inside, and they razzle and dazzled me, the experiences were nothing like that of the one I got at Diamond Bridal. I got the full attention of the staff, they listened and heard everything I wanted, paid special attention to my price range, and never suggested anything out of it. I was having a hard time and was completely overwhelmed, which was recognized by my consultant and she took a step back, going at my pace, and worked on hearing my entire wedding day vision. In the end she helped me find the perfect dress and I am beyond thrilled that I bought my dress here and from her. I cant wait for alterations to start and to wear my perfect dress down the aisle on my special day.

I got my wedding dress altered here and they did an amazing job! The work was flawless and quick. They suggested things but allowed me to say yes or no. Would 100% recommend to anyone for alterations! They also have a great selection of wedding dresses and accessories.

Had nothing but amazing experiences here! Seniya was so helpful, and the seamstress did an amazing job. A LOT was altered on my wedding dress (bonings, hemming, 16 bustles, taken in on the sides, bust reduced). It made me nervous at first but it came out perfect!! Now my dress fits like a glove!!Every staff member was welcoming, kind, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs alterations. These women are wonderful!They brought out a dress that i had missed and hadnt considered, along with a beautiful belt, and it was beyond perfect. This was my very first stop on my dress journey and was shocked that I found my dress the first time out! It was the 4th dress I tried on and the tears flowed. I felt like a bride. Best place to get alterations done! Ive been to many other places to get alterations done but never felt like oh Id recommend them. This place though Id recommend to anyone who needs alterations.I didnt get my wedding dress from there, though their dresses were very pretty.Their Customer service was amazing! They asked me if I would like a cold water while putting my dress on and helped me get into it.Their actual ateration was amazing also. I have a dress with a lot of layers and it came out perfect length. They were so helpful from the time I walked in.

I didnt want to waste my time in the store it doesnt have what Im looking for. I was looking for something unique and different that cant be found anywhere else.My consultant was Angie, she was very helpful and took the time to show me on different styles. In customer service it is important to make patrons or clients feel important and like their business is wanted. The people here were extremely rude. They were unhelpful when setting up an appointment for my mother. They pressured her into making it for 1 instead of 1:30 lime she wanted. When we showed up at 1 they did not make us feel welcome. We finally asked if we could browse the bridesmaid dresses as we waited for our lady, and after half an hour of waiting and being bogged down by dressed, no one ever came to help us. When we finally went to go get them they started our appointment. There was no smiling done by any of the workers. When we told them we were leaving they assumed it was due to our disagreement with their policies but it had everything to do with their customer service.If you want a place that will rain on your parade and make you feel like an intrusion into their day and like you are not worth their time, this is the bridal shop for you. Literally their only saving grace was their gowns were beautiful. To bad I didnt want to give them any of my money.

I am so glad that I found the Diamond Bridal Gallery! The day I went shopping I had planned to go to three different dress shops, but Diamond Bridal Gallery was the first and only place I went to! Their dresses are all neatly organized by the price range, and all the prices are within reasonable price range for all amounts of wedding budgets. The women there were also very kind, answered all my questions, and even helped me pick out dresses based on the style that I liked. Whats also really cool about this place is, if a dress does not fit right, they have a seamstress who will alter the dress for you and make it the wedding dress you have always dreamed of having. I would definitely recommend this place to any girl who is looking for her dream wedding dress.

They have a lot of unique, trendy, yet elegant and classy styles from European designers and private labels. And their price is very reasonable. Seniya is very experienced. After I tried on a few dresses, she immediately knew what I was looking for and found the dress for me. They also did an excellent job on the alteration, and at a great price. The total price (including the dress, alteration, veil, and head piece) is in fact cheaper than it would have cost at Davids Bridal. I recommend brides-to-be check out their selection before settle for a dress elsewhere. They might surprise you.

AMAZING place and amazing people! My wedding is in March and Davids Bridal wanted to charge me $350 for alterations with 32 buttons to busstle my dress! Then I came here and they wanted to do only 4 buttons! Its the perfect busstle!!! Im in love! Also the seamstress saw that the top of my dress was loose and suggested to take a thread through it to cinge it so its tighter on my chest! Its perfect! I will definitely post pictures after my wedding! Oh and it only took a week to be finished!

I had ordered a dress online that came waayyy wrong with only 2 months to spare. After consulting with Maria and Senya the extremely talented Svetlna performed miracles to fix this thing! Due to the detail going into the hand beading I visited five times. One might see this as inconveniencing, but I was elated to see progress and felt reassured knowing things were moving along! My dress was thick embroidery on satin. I had ordered a satin dress with very delicate beading. Svetlna was able to remove the embroidery and create a dress better than the dress I ordered. This dress shop still does hand-work. I cant stress enough how much better this is than machine sewn in appliques. This is a dying art that they have completely mastered! Every visit I felt completely taken care of, even when they were busy. Maria and Senya were amazing and a pleasure to work with. Svetlna completely transformed a nightmare dress to the dress of my dreams! Cant thank them enough!!!Pics comming after groom has actually seen the dress!

My daughter and I went to Diamond to look for a wedding dress for her and she didnt try on one dress!We hated the selection and everything was so expensive!You can definitely find a prettier dress somewhere else at better prices!!Very disappointed with this store!!
