After a couple years on Xfinity mobile, I became disenchanted with the service. After researching T-Mobile and visiting a couple different stores, I felt I had finally found a rep in Cara who I felt really understood her job and how to make potential new customers comfortable with the choice of switching carriers.Because of some silliness on the Xfinity side and issues with my wife and daughters Sprint plan, it was a two day process to complete the activation and merging of all three lines. The team at this T-Mobile location was calm, kind and courteous.Transaction complete!Lets hope the entire company is a proficient as this team.Thank you Cara and crew!

I have come to this location multiple times and they have always had the greatest attitude! They are always so helpful and do everything in their power to help you. Ive gone to other locations and had bad experiences but not here. The guys here(havent worked with a female employee yet) are awesome and even though they couldnt fix my phone this time I still walked out with a smile.

I dont think I have ever changed phones in under 90 minutes...the process just seems so complicated. I went into this store yesterday and Edgar helped me...it still took a long time but I was so impressed with his effort and patience...such a helpful positive attitude. He was fabulous! Bobby the manager was also looking out for me. Thanks guys! Oh yeah...the security guy also offered me water several times...the world is a crazy place right now...how refreshing to see a mix of people from a variety of races being kind to all. Id give a 5 but the length of the process makes me crazy..

It was a very refreshing experience to be helped by Erin and this group of staff. I was greeted by Gary (?pretty sure thats his name,hope so) He asked what brought me into TMobile. I told him my needs and he listened . You know, listened, to me without thinking about what he was going to sell me when I shut up! He listened to me. He also looked something up for me after I made a comment about my aches and pains.lol He took the time to share a personal message tó help my pain. He was very knowledgeable on all things TMobile and the industry, as was Erin who he had take over for me and my questions. Erin was the most patient, positive, laid back and knowledgeable salesman Ive met in ages. I was so impressed, and the refreshing thing was everyone who worked there that I saw speak to customers seemed just as invested in what their cust.s were saying and had great product knowledge too. Im switching to TMobile along with my sister, because of Erin and this great team s ability to make cell phones and their services, such technical things, easy to understand, which in turn gives me the opportunity to save money by not having to be stuck with a product thats a wrong fit. This is the best way for a consumer to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Go meet Gary and Erin and the rest of the team, Im sure you will be refreshed too!

Went to TMobile for TMobile Tuesday, which is a nice bonus they have. Staff are always so nice, friendly and full of any information Id like to have. I like the fact that, even during this pandemic, I can walk in and talk to a real person, with social distancing being observed as well as the fact that we are all wearing our masks. I have been with TMOBILE for a long time and do not plan on changing that any time soon.

Great service, When you arrive you stand in line outside and get checked in. They text you when it is your time to enter the store. This process keeps the amount of people in the store low, which I really appreciate.

Absolutely terrible costumer service here. This store charged me $99 for something that never went through and told me I needed to contact the costumer service number to fix it and they couldn’t fix it in store. They also added an extra device on my phone plan by accident and told me they couldn’t take it off in store and I would have to call to have it removed. Seriously worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with and will not be returning to this store and honestly wish I could just get refunded for my phone and watch and not use T Mobile at all anymore.

One of the best locations in the area! Team is full of energy and ready to help and not to mention they have awesome music playing! They were able to fix my issue with jump on demand after another location had said they fixed it. The manager Jesse Madrid was fantastic at his job and did not withheld any info like past representatives have done to me before and told me exactly what i was paying and how much. I came in looking for a new updated phone, my first official adult phone lol, Anton assisted me! Very friendly & knowledgeable young man! He was also very patient as I am not a big phone person & technology has surpassed me! I ended up leaving with the new Google 3a xl! I went to this location and I waited about 40 minutes. It was a very long wait and to be honest I was starting to get frustrated just because I didnt even want to go to this location from the start but I had no choice because I needed a new phone. I was approached by someone who was signing me in on a device and she kept coming back to reassure me that someone will help me as soon as possible. I never understood why they took so long with their customers or why this location gets super busy. 40 minutes passed and I was finally helped by this guy who was very knowledgeable. He wrote all the information down on a paper and broke down every detail for me. I was also impressed due to the fact that he was very good at writing information down and asking me how my day was and where I worked. Heck, I even ended up asking what he planned on doing and he said he wanted to go into sac pd. I now understand why the wait is long and thats due to the fact that they take their time with their customers to make sure they are satisfied and are aware of what they are getting. And it makes sense why the wait is long, I would keep coming to this store even if I have to wait an hour just because I know Im in good hands. I dreaded coming to this location because the customer service they offered before was horrible but you can really tell they made a lot of EXCELLENT changes. I feel horrible that I cant remember the girl with the dimples name but she was very sweet and funny. I must say the atmosphere in this store is great! highly recommend ignoring the past reviews and giving this store a chance! they rock.

They sold me the wrong phone on purpose because Im not white. Im not phone savvy, I went in to exchange an s8 for the latest phone which I found out later was an s20. They gave me an a11 and I asked them before I paid if the A and the S letters matter they said right after they were trying to upsell me a note20.

Best T-Mobile location out of the four or five that Ive been to so far. The employees are extremely nice and always seemed to have a smile on their face. I was able to walk into the store and get my phone upgraded in under a half hour and walk out with a new device. I left happier than I arrived.

I went into this location with my cousin for her phone upgrade, and our experience was great! The service took a while, but for a good reason---the customer service was amazing. All of the associates were resourceful and attentive to our concerns. The guy that helped us even engaged in pleasant conversations that may might have seemed small but made a large impact on our overall experience. The management especially was helpful--all while greeting us with an amazing smile (dimples) and jokes to keep us smiling throughout our time there. She even joked about firing anyone that gave us bad customer service--all to ensure that we had the best experience possible! So we not only walked out of this location with a new phone, but everyone walked out still employed and smiling! By far one of my best experiences in a phone carrier store!

Fantastic customer service. Had some problems with my new iPhone 7 plus and the employees knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I was there for 20 minutes tops. A lot faster than if I went to another location especially in my area. Very tentative and competent employees. Glad I switched from AT&T. The employee that helped me was Roslyn, by far the best customer service experience since switching. Shes great! Will definitely come here first next time!

The staff here has worked with me and my family multiple times over the past years helping us get what we want and working to find the best deals they have. Friendly, dedicated to excellent service, Ive always been impressed with them, from the sales reps to the site managers to get us what we wanted. At one point they didnt have a tablet we wanted so the manager on her own time picked up the tablet from another store on their way in the next day. You cant get service like that anymore! Honestly I prefer driving here than calling in just for their customer service. Im not saying tmobiles over the phone is bad, Im saying the stores service is so good!

About year ago I switched over to T-Mobile and purchased 4 phones from this location and everything went well. About a month ago I went in to payoff the remaining balance on the financed phones and decided to get a new phone. Bobby was very patient but also upsold everything and anything he could. I ended up buying a new phone, screen protector, tablet, ON Demand jump program and insurance for the device. I figured I would be considered a loyal returning customer. Fast forward to today when my new phone of a month and 8 days unexpectedly died and would not charge or restart. I came in to the same store that was very nice and helpful the first 2 times when I was purchasing. Not only is the wait to even be helped long due to the sales people sweet talking people just to close the sale but when I finally did receive help from Collete she checked to see if the phone would charge and checked for water damage just to be I was told I was out of luck because the phone had failed 8 days after the 30 day in-store warranty. I was told I had to use my insurance to get a replacement phone (which most likely will be refurbished) At this point I asked to talk to Jesse who to my knowledge is the store manager. He checked for water damage again and then said it was no problem bring your original box and receipts in and we will exchange it for you. Needless to say I drove all the way home and came back with what he asked and Jesse was no longer there. Instead I was greeted by Alexander (who I recognized because he sold me the first 4 phones I purchased there and assisted with checkout last time I was in) He also checked for water damage for a third time just to say that he had to call his manager and then came back to say he could not exchange the phone and had to go through my warranty still. I explained to Alexander that I need my phone for more than just personal use as its a big part of my work life. Again he pushed for me to file an insurance claim as the only option. I offered to pay a difference to upgrade to a newer more expensive phone if need be and I was turned down on that too. At the end of the day I will be without a phone for a couple of days and all they did was waste a ton of my time. I would not recommend this store I will not be coming back to this place after I pick up my refurbished phone and pay my $5 fee to do so.... stay away from this store. If you are looking to buy this store is great because they will sweet talk you and upsell you on whatever they can but dont expect them to be of any help or stand by their products when you need them to or need all the hidden fees explained. I would give negative stars if I could. Strongly considering closing my 5 T-Mobile lines due to this experience.

Brandon welcomed me immediately and introduced to me Jazzmin who would help me get set up for my needed upgrade. They were both very charismatic and knowledgeable, answering every question that I threw their way. Waist of time. A cashier was ordering food over the phone. A customer was waiting for her. Manager or whoever that young boy was asked me to wait for 5 min. but didnt even touch his computer to help me. When I came to a register to pay my bill, I was supposed to wait again. After several minutes of waiting asked a cashier what is wrong? She said there was a problem with the computer. Nice. T-Mobile sells top line phones and internet, and has garbage in the offices. I think its time to say Goodbye to T-Mobile.

I asked Fernando to lower the music which he did so that I could hear what he was explaining. The other assistant came back and looking arrogantly at me blasted again her music. Came here to do 2 note 7 exchanges and was extremely happy with how the employee handled it. He immediately said upfront that it would take a awhile but would be glad to help. I went into this store almost two weeks ago and the people there are rude. They try to up sell you on everything and when you say no thank you they get mad. I wanted to see how much it would be to get three phones but they didn’t have anything in stock I told them that I was going to go online because I can order each phone I want and it is a little cheaper. They got mad and tried to tell me I had to pay for the $75 for the activation fee for each phone I said no I’m not paying for that I didn’t buy anything. I walked out right away I had a horrible experience at the store. Go to the one in the mall or Roseville.

The store is an absolute waste of time. I went into try to buy a new iPhone. I spent an hour listening to the upsells and reviewing plan options. When I eventually got to the point where I just needed to pay for my purchase, the associate helping me started to check in new customers and assisting them with various issues. At this point an hour and a half had elapsed and I had to walk out sans phone. Im now paying $300 more for my phone at the Apple Store, and I consider it money well spent. Avoid this place like the plague.

Sativa gave the best customer service! She is no longer there... The new manager has very poor customer serivce skills and the staff is not very knowledgeable. They didnt even greet us when we walked in and took a few minutes to acknowledge us! They had a few customers but werent THAT busy. Theyre Very rude and condescending. They couldnt figure out why our upgrade charges were significantly higher than in the past so they just pointed the finger somewhere else and said some one must have given a discount they shouldnt have (we have been customers for 6 years and have not been given special treatment as they accused). They were trying to charge us fees they couldnt explain and when asked to break it down they said it was miscellaneous fees. We talked to the sunrise mall store and they not only explained the mistake, but they were also willing to fix it and get us all set up! I also find it interesting how this store has NO diversity...

Yes there is a huge wait time but thats the same at all carriers. I had the best customer service and attention to my cell phone billing and a return on 2 seperate days. Met with 2 different sales associates and next day returned a phone and was not charged stocking fee because of a huge mess up on the part of Costco based Wireless Associates. They helped me in store locate the error and gave me info to continue fixing the problem with my billing. The supervisor was honest and empathetic to a billing mess that I have been dealing with since Aug. 2015. Im thankful to this store. Learn from my experience, Wireless Associates in the Costco Old Auburn do not have the same knowledge and understanding of Tmobile. That said just know this store always busy and get there on the mornings if you can.

They also turned off the unlimited data on my existing line without my consent. I didnt pay them anything, i didnt buy a phone or even want another line added. I simply was asking so i had a price range. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning.
