If you are a frozen yogurt fan, This is one of the very best.

First time going to a pinkberry and my first time having frozen yogurt. The taste is really similar to cold stone which is next door to this place and they are both great. I like how you get the large with six toppings for 8 bucks. What pink berry has over coldstone for me is the toppings are reasonably priced so this place encourages toppings which really gives more unique creations and flavors.

The menu is very simple and easy to order.great place for healthy snack with friends and great service.

About 2 months ago I went to this pinkberry and they had some jewelry set up... I asked what it was and the girl working told me that they were supporting a local artist who made jewelry by displaying it for sale. So I purchased a pair of earrings for like 22 bucks ... come to find out you can buy them with 5 other Pairs of earrings for less than 2 bucks. (I posted a picture) thanks for lying to me pinkberry to make a buck. Lol

Me and my sister took our littles here after their 1st day of school and the young lady working was very rude and not attentive to any of the costumers that came in while I was there unprofessional!!! Will not be back ..

Stopped by yesterday and was so surprised that one employee kept touching their hair and ill-fitted mask which didn’t cover their nose...all while filling a large yogurt order. Employee was super nice but...worried about cleanliness of servicing customers with all the touching. In addition, neither employee washed their hands after helping each customer and they were handling cash... With COVID-19 and today’s environment, ALL of your employees need to be trained not to touch their hair, face or mask and to wash hands frequently AND especially after ringing up customers. Love your yogurt but you need to fix this immediately.

We love the mango flavor quite a lot! Friendly service. But, (COVID-19 related)...Unfortunately, between 8:40pm and 8:50pm on August 10th 2020, despite the mandatory mask sign on the door, we had to wait in the car while there was a female customer with her mask uselessly positioned beneath her nose, and her young daughter and son without any masks on at all, the latter of the two running around the store freely, and constantly touching the door for some reason. I was hoping this store policy might be better enforced, as exhausting as that might be. I feel for all the employees being chewed out right now by anti-maskers at their expense out there, but please know its within your rights to protect yourselves and others.

The absolute best frozen yogurt ever! A bit too high in price but so are the rest. I paid almost 9 dollars for a large with topping. Their yogurt tastes like yogurt where other places taste like icecream.

Better than the average corner frozen yogurt shops. They use flat rates instead of weight.

I always come to this location and the yogurt tastes great. Today I came and I got the same thing I always get pomegranate flavor yougurt. However, the taste was very different, it had a weird after taste. I tried it twice and yes it was the yogurt, it tasted like spoiled yogurt. So I decided to come back to the store and let the staff know about it. I explained the cashier what had happened and her answer was Well we havent any complains . I was upset at her response and I just politely told to double check the expiration date on the product. Obviously, I threw the yougurt away and lost the 7 dollars I paid for it.

All staff are friendly, and nice. They lightened up my morning and my whole day is perfect. They have lots of toppings to choose, anything you like is up to you. Ambiance is inviting, feeling like I am just a kid eating an ice cream with full of sweet toppings. They also have a selection of fruit toppings, freshly cut into cubes. You can taste all of them, they are giving a sample cup to taste it before putting it as your toppings. Very clean place and relaxing. I will go back and bring my kids here this week!!

Okay so yep this is absolutely a yummy yummy. the customer service is always so sweet and the place is always so nice and clean. If youre in the mood for something super yummy I recommend that you try this place

Ive been going to this Pinkberry for so SO long, and I think Im sick of this employees customer service. We always get there on time right when the shop is supposed to open but she is never ready. The doors are still locked 5-15 minutes AFTER the opening time. When she finally lets us in, shes always pretty rude. Been going as a loyal customer, didnt expect to be made waiting outside in the cold even after I arrived at the POSTED time. If youre not going to open at that time, why put it on your website? Im just fed up, loved the yogurt but wont be coming back.

-1 for unusually high prices, but the yogurt here is BOMB. I would recommend for sure. The yogurt has a unique flavor to it that you cant get anywhere else, and the decorations really make it taste better. Seriously. The chairs are some fancy expensive design and if youve never gone, check the furniture out.

It is Absolutely Amazing. Fresh n Yummy all at the same time. Establishment is Clean, and Serve is with a smile. The dairy free Coconut and Mango with all the fresh toppings.Triple AAA in my book

My first experience there was so awesome. The yogurt taste very natural which I absolutely love. I hate the thick creamy ice kind of frozen yogurt. The staff here is always so pleasant and friendly :) very clean store and is great dessert for after dinner at Chipotle or panda

Love the original and coconut! Wish they had more variety of toppings and also that they werent so skimpy with the toppings..it also sometimes has a strong cleaner/bleach smell but overall a great place.

My family and I parked right in front of this location and seen the employee changing the trash cans and while she was changing the trash cans she put one on top of the counter so I wanted to wait and watch and see what else she contaminates after replacing the bags in the trash cans she immediately starts grabbing every single container with food in them with her dirty bare hands! I walked in and told her what she had done was disgusting. We will not return to this location!!!!

Yummy! After 1 bad experience, I never had another. The staff are very nice and remember me. There are six flavors that change every few weeks, its not self-serve, my favorites are coconut and pomegranate, they also have my favorite topping toasted almonds. Downside: it smells like some kind of cleaner inside, each location is different.

I usually dont do reviews, but I was craving yogurt after work seeing that this location was still open and being I had barely made it before they closed I appreciate you guys satisfying my cravings and taken care of me so late well definitely come back

I really like this place because they do have vegan, all-fruit options sometimes, but not all the time unfortunately. If they have one all the time (besides the coconut) they would definitely recieve 5 start! Other than that, the atmosphere is so nice and refreshing, bright and clean. Very modern. I do love all the fruit and mochi options, they even have honeycomb as one of the toppings! I love the wide selection of toppings. Its always a busy place here!

Did not like the chocolate flavor at all. It reminded me of frozen Kozy shack pudding. None of the other flavors were memorable when I went.

The staff is always pleasant, the shop is always clean and bright, the yogurt is so yummy and lets not forget those yummy treats to add...

So nice here. Service with a smile everytime! Really good yogurt too. Just a little expensive.

It smelled like rotten yogurt in there and a small selection of toppings, I left immediately. Goto Menchies instead, its right down the street.

The smoothies are okay, but the froyo is easily outbeaten by Yogurtland.

Ate there before, came in today craving some good yogurt. But the smell, was too much to handle, it smelled like all their fruits have gone bad and were not changed..not sure if I want to eat in that place.
