Grainger is the best thing since indoor plumbing. If you have never held their catalog.....well, lets just say, its quite impressive.I have on many occasions had the items I ordered delivered within hours of placing the order. Amazing! Nobody does customer service better.

They have hardware that is hard to track down elsewhere and at reasonable prices. I don’t see anything wrong with a business that provides good stuff.

Placed my order online and the staff grabbed the items and passed them to me using contactless handoff. Super easy and convenient. Granger is helping me get it done :-)

This branch has the worst customer service. I went in yesterday and the two employees did not even acknowledge that I had entered the store. There were 3 men waiting and one laughed and said they had already been waiting for a while. I went somewhere else and had my product in less than 10 min. A complete waste of time.
