Very good love coming back to the gym but I hear the owner hasnt really fix the ac or the water fountain i mean whats the point of have a good business if the owner doesnt take care of it, I also went to the other locations and it seems that those are amazing and up-to-date with equipment i wish I can give it 5 but owner at this location needs work

Well you cant beat the price for monthly fees, So I decided to signup to this Wonderful Gym. Atmosphere is great, not crowded with the masses. Machines are well kept & clean.Ive been with 24hour fitness for almost 20years but why Pay double when I can have the exact same equipment I use at this new spot.Extremely pleased with my decision.

Small little gym,not a ton of people and its just my vibe.

I was considering signing up with them after Covid passes and its safe to go. However, every time I pass them on the way to Rayleys I see people in there puffing away without masks and the person behind the desk playing on their cellphone.If a gym this small cant handle Covid restrictions I cant imagine the low standards they have during normal times.Hard pass

This company is terrible. Husband and I came in August to cancel our memberships after moving to another neighborhood. Just found out while we were reviewing our bank records that they have continued to charge us, just on a different day. Tried to call for assistance and was told they couldn’t help, I would need to speak to a manager. If you’re looking for a gym, keep looking. You’re better off paying more per month to a reputable company so you can actually cancel when you move away.

Ive been a member here for 2 years and its worth the 15 bucks a month. I usually spend around 30-45 minutes here and its great. Staff leaves me alone which I love. I like the friendliness too when I first come in.

I been a member of this gym for a few years now. I absolutely love it. I used to go to one of the bigger box fitness places and paid high dues for amenities I never used. Who would want to pay high dues to go into a swimming pool full of people sweat. Be honest... Do you really think they shower before jumping in the pool? I am glad I found this place. Has all the machines I need to get fit. The place is always clean. The employees are awesome! The personal trainers keep me motivated. All for low monthly dues. Trust me try them out, youll love them also!

They just tell you that you have to do it yourself.This company has no integrity.

Its summer, and this is the coolest place in Citrus Heights. The best air conditioning, that is. Its also an easy place to make friends. Just relax into the atmosphere and say hi to people.The equipment is well-maintained and the gym is always clean.

Moved locations had to resign up and was very generously helped out. Got a good deal and relieved alot of stress after a new move. 5 stars also very clean and tidy place. Thanks again!!

While it is a cheap gym, you definitely get what you pay for. Very old and poorly maintained equipment, no locker rooms, and it seems they don’t want to spend the money to ensure the ac is working, or there is properly functioning plumbing. The one benefit is the majority of the staff there is very friendly and nice; however, the so called “manager” Chris is a joke. Get rid of him, update the equipment (mainly treadmills and bikes), get some a/c going and this would be an amazing gym.

BEWARE!!!My experience with this gym has not been pretty. I was a loyal customer for over 4 years, and when I wanted to cancel my policy because I and my family were moving, they wanted to charge me over $100 as a cancellation fee.You would think that after paying them so much they would have the decency of making our exit easy.

Manager was rude because I said “place has the essential but small.” My opinion and he jumped me and told me to get out.

Love this place. Always clean, plenty of equipment even for a smaller gym, friendly staff that is always around to help. Great environment to work out in without feeling self conscious. Kids club is also nice with lots of toys to keep kids busy.

Love this place! I always feel comfortable working out here because everyone is so friendly and the staff is awesome! Bosue helped me with my billing without hesitation. Due to lack of management, machines are often dirty and broken. No cleanliness is being done. A/C has been broken 6+ months . No wipes to wipe down machines. TVs are often turned off and when on, it set to channels that people dont want to watch. No one to greet you upon entering and leaving establishment.

Fitness 19 in C.H. is the BEST!This year I have been training for a half marathon at Fitness 19 and the staff there does everything they can to make my gym training experience comfortable. Plus, they are rooting for me which makes the long runs a little easier! If you are looking for a gym, this is the one you want!

Joined this Fitness 19 a few years back, and am so glad I did. The price is a steal! They have a lot of machines to pick from and I never find myself waiting for a machine to free up. The staff is also the best! The are very friendly and always around to help out. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of Fitness 19 for five years. I absolutely love the facility. The people that work there are friendly, and so personable. They are always there when I need them. Plus who can beat their rates? Their gym is always clean, and it seems as if their employees are always cleaning. I would not want to be anywhere else.

They are under new management and just completed a remodel of the entire gym! Looks 100% better than what it was. I upgraded to their premier plan where I could being a guest, kids care, tanning, and I could go to any fitness 19. Highly recommended.

Very clean and staff is friendly.

They have all the basic gym equipment. No pool/spa, or locker rooms, sauba/steam room. They do have child care which is nice if you have a family and youre on a budget.

I came in because it was close to my house and my friend comes here. He told me that the staff always cleans and its never super crowed like at other clubs. Bosue set me up and made the process super easy and clear. Im going to bring over my friends from 24 hour and cal fit. Highly recommended!

I recently moved to the area, I have been trying to check out gyms. Twice Ive been in workout gear ready to work out so I can test out a gym before making a year membership purchase. I called ahead to find out about pricing, as I had seen a flyer all over the place about $10 a month $10 enrollment. They said that they do a guest pass so I went in person to find out about the guest pass and hopes that Id still be able to work out today, they want to go over pricing and all these other things before you even had a work out. So if you were motivated to get your sweat on, it dwindles quickly when you find out about all these hidden fees and annual charges. Ive lived in three other states and every time I wanted to check out a gym Im able to do a free guest pass and they usually talk to me after working out. Pricing seems fine but well never know as I wasnt even able to get in for a workout and go over pricing afterward. Ive worked in gyms and actually a personal trainer and the way that gyms conduct business is pretty ridiculous, word to the wise if you want somebody to show interest in your gym allow them to workout before coming into a $50 or $80 purchase for something that they would have only use one or two days. I usually dont leave reviews but Ive been so frustrated since Ive been here because I really need to hit the weights and have been unable because of the approach these gyms have.

Been a member for 5 year now and its been great. Jennifer, the opener, is always on time and has smile on her face. She opens at 5 am sharp! Enrique, Bosue, and the whole staff is awesome! Club is always clean and doesnt have stink. Its a smaller gym but why pay for things I dont use? Free weights, cardio and machine weights is all I need. The also offer kids care too! Highly recommended.

Great gym!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and everything you need to get fit. I learned that their personal trainers are not only NASM certified, they are also certified in nutritional health which is 80% of the battle.

I feel so bad writing this review but I cant over look poor customer service.1.) Theres a guy who works there who has dark hair and glasses. He is AMAZING very helpful and always nice. If you ever have questions go to him.However.2.)theres a guy: red hair. In His 20s. Who always gives me and my boyfriend attitude. Every. Single. Time. He is very rude, passive aggressive and atraight up mean. They messed up my name on my account and told me theres no way to change it. However when i called later a really nice lady said its super easy to fix it.So he just didnt want to help me.His customer service is HORRIBLE. How do you expect people to want to come back when you treat them like that ?I personally would rather spend a few more bucks and get better customer service at another gym but my boyfriend likes the OTHER people who work there and the location .Avoid the guy with red hair. Hes impossible to talk to and constaly gives dirty looks and attitude.This should be addressed because you WILL lose business with employees who treat your members with disrespect . Unacceptable.His attitude needs to be addressed. How dare you make people feel unwanted at a gym. Absolutely terrible.

Morning Staff on Saturday wasnt attentive to simple things such as replacing sanitizing wipes even after being brought to their attention. It took three of them to clean an AC tube, yet no one can get some sanitizer wipes. The young lady said thank you, venomously, and when I returned the next day they were still empty. Still go there, but man...

Not happy with Fitness 19. They increased our bill without notification. They charged me triple my usual payment a week ahead of my usual bill date. Also they do not have a way for you to cancel your membership over the phone or on the internet, you must do it in person. When they told me this on the phone, they failed to mention that it has to be cancelled through a manager whom are not there on the weekends. So I drove there on a Saturday just to go back home. Then, I went after work one evening and surprise, managers arent there after six either! So to cancel I had to take time off from work. When I told the manager this as I was cancelling, he informed me that I could have mailed a letter all along. Bad communication and bad management.

Dont let the size of this gym fool you! Theyve got something for everyone, plenty of cardio machines and a sizeable array of freeweights and machines for the body builders. This gym doesnt get too packed so youll always be able to get your workout in. Best of all is the affordable price and the raffle prizes they give away every month. This is my 3rd time joining. First 2x didnt care to much for staff unfriendly and not to helpful. The childcare was aweful. Been back going on a month and finding it cleaner and more friendly and helpful staff. Wish they had classes. Still owe me my sign up tshirt (lol). Hopefully this time will be better☺

This location refused to honor their Groupon. It felt a lot like a used car lot as they tried to contact their managers to add small pieces of the deal that didnt equal groupon. Reported accordingly. Edit: response: to owner: it was a general Groupon with NO location attached. Thats on your company.

Too packed. People use machines wrong, like curls at the squat rack, and hoard weights. No paper towels or anything to wipe machines from sweaty prior user.

Great staff, never packed, friendly people, and outstanding management.

The place is nice and clean and a pretty good atmosphere, BUT the staff wasnt nice at all especially the manager! My family and I were asked to leave, and they called security on us, but we didnt do anything. They had been picking on our family since we signed up there, for example telling us we couldnt sit and wait, saying we couldnt use the benchs to put our weights on!!! And like following and watching us to make sure we didnt try anything i guess? It made no sense and when we tryed to ask why they were focusing on us, and this little skinny girl just said to leave, worst expierence ever.

Dont pay attention to the bad reviews. My sister and I have been going to this gym since september and love it. We feel comfortable at this gym unlike others that we have gone too because everyones down to earth and doesnt dress up and do their makeup to come work out just to be seen. As far as the staff is concerned everyone we have encountered have been friendly and helpful. A big plus was that when we signed up we got a free session with a trainer named lara Perrow, which changed our workouts from 2 hour sessions to 45 minute sessions, that gave us both better results. With our proper diet and her workouts my sister and I have both lost around 20lbs each and 5 inches off our bodies. If your looking for a fancy gym this is not the gym for you, but if you are looking for a place where the people are friendly and really care about your goals and try to help then this is the perfect place for you. If you want your machine wiped down before you use it then bring your own wipes its not their responsibility to clean up after each person. I would and have recommended this gym to all my family and friends and you too. THANK YOU LARA FROM KARISHA AND KARA!

These guys are a bunch of rip offs! Once they have your account # they will NEVER stop charging you despite how many calls you make. I had to cancel my ATM card and then they claimed They will send me to collections i had no terms of contract and as a consumer I should have been able to cancel my membership at any time. They produced a membership form and where is requires a signiture. Ive been a member for over 2 years and Im tired of going to this gym and its stuffy. I went there again tonight and no fresh air!! Ridiculous!!
