Store is so much better after remodel, very nice self checkout. Would recommend not getting the self serve donuts, saw a customer reaching in to the back of the rack to get one with arm over ones in the front. Would be better if customers had to request and were bagged by store staff. Produce was excellent and very nicely presented. Two employees I spoke to were very helpful and professional.

Went to buy rotisserie chicken for dinner. Time was not listed on chicken and they said they cooked at noon. Next time would be 5pm.Not going to risk. Last one was rotten when I opened bag so do not buy

I don’t know if it’s a hassle to do money orders or something but Kimberly really seemed like she didn’t want to help me today. Definitely won’t be going to this Safeway again.

I dont know how better to put this..... unnecessarily expensive. I only ever go here for meat, and then only on sale. Their prices are 2-4 times the exact same items I find at other stores. The staff is great. Even have a good neighbor that works there that I try to see if shes there to say hi. (Both workaholics, not exactly by choice but thats the life). The store sometimes has something from a brand I like that I dont find elsewhere, but in the 10+ years in this area Ive only broken down twice to try it/them. I just cant bring myself to skip my budget for a single meal. Walmart and winco will always beat their prices on everything else. And I do shop/compare around all the time. No stars for the excessive prices, three for the staff and ya the Friday sales (sometimes).

Sort of a typical Safeway. It has most of the products were are looking for on any given Sunday. Produce section is good. The staff is polite and there are usually 2-3 cash registers going at any one time.The surrounding strip mall seems a bit blighted which is a shame. As usual, pay attention to your surroundings. People drive straight through the empty parking lot, not using the lanes. Keep an eye on your belongings. I recently witnessed a shoplifter go in and out of the store twice in the time it took me to go from the deli section to the cash register so dishonest people are about. No stars off for that because not many supermarkets attempt to directly prevent that anyway.

I wish I would have taken pictures, but this is by far the most beautiful grocery store ive ever seen. I know that sounds strange, but the manager or whoever is in charge there has a wonderful eye. Everything is so clean and organized. All the stocking of the shelves is so perfect, I feel like im walking through a fake movie set. Ive been in several times and it is consistently nice. Nothing much from the outside, but just beautiful inside. Nice job guys!!

Really bad experience with the sea food guy! His name was chris! He gave us a bad vibe like if he didn’t want to work there!

Please supervisors tell your employees, to Stop running business away. Smh, disappointed in Safeway. Today 10/16/22 time, produce department answered an put me on hold 5 times. 3:15 today. Nothing outstanding or horrible. It appeared clean and staff were pleasant. They stop preparing new Chinese food in deli early and seem to break it dowis.6ish. Thats kind of a bummer if you dont get off work until then.

Nice new remodeled. Cool cashiers especially one female cashier with gloves and a nice mask she is usually at the cash register close to the entrance

This is the worst safeway. I never learn I do not know why I come to this location. First off let me say that all the employees that I have contact with are kind and happy to help. My issue is that there is expired meat. Slimy chicken, molded salami, molded Parmasean cheese, refreozen hammock ( as evidence by the ice crystels only form on their if it was defrosted then re-frozen), brown raw bacon. I bought my favorite cold soup from ther today jambalaya it tasted a little sour it was off I did my self the favor and threw it away. I do it smells lik ed fish in their today so nasty. It is not the employees fault they are just getting told what to do..its management needs to the safe way on cirby I always see fresh meat no discolored meat or slimy meat.

The old man who works in the seafood department is incredibly rude and unprofessional! He was only wearing his mask on one ear letting it hang down while putting in meat in the display case. I left without buying any meat because of how rude he was. Another employee saw how mean he was and offered to help, but she didnt know where the item was. This guy should NOT be in customer service!!

Extremely clean store. Wide aisles and great variety. Helpful and efficient workers. As a broad statement, Safeway prices are higher than Winco but lower than Belair.

Just made a quick trip for some supplies. One item had a coupon available via an app. I downloaded the app but was never able to successfully access the coupon.

I actually live around the corner from another Safeway location that is infested with meth addicts, but I drive here because its more cleaner and a much safer parking location for my vehicle.

For the most part the employees are pretty nice, ofcoarse there are some bad apples here and there, but usually a pleasant experience shopping herw

Dont understand how a corporate store cant make sure all locations have ad items available! I get an excuse everytime I try to buy special items ( ice cream bars) on sale that this location rarely gets ad items or specialty items to stock.

Great bakery on point and selection of just for U in stock love their Red Velvet Cookies, and always find deals fit your wallet from my experience

Usual Safeway. No problems, liked my Toyota bag, could have talked for hours.

Store is much better than it used to be. The manager seems to have gone to some control back. I live directly behind it but you I usually dont shop here because its so expensive. I usually go to Walmart or sprouts the number. Lots of homeless and transients around

I went to get some chicken and the lady that was working had a hella bad attitude and had terrible customer service. Brown hair with glasses. Wont be going back. I never write reviews but this experience was worthy of it. Thank you.

I had to get a few items for a meal recently and I like to come to this Safeway because I have a mobility scooter to get around the store. There is a certain handicap parking spot best suited for my scooter. They may or may not have any of their scooters available at time of visit, and their scooters are like way slow 🐌 compared to my red speed demon. 😉

Phenomenal roast. The flower section also made my daughter a balloon dog. Very good workers.

This location is currently under construction but, it is going to be a great location once completed. Already super happy that theyve finally added self check out! Now just waiting for butcher to get fully up to speed!!

This store had some recent renovation done. Seems like a few new features were added including the fresh veggies section. Nice & clean, good place to come shop.

Pretty great location. The lunch counter thing where you can buy Chinese food and other stuff is short on selection but its still kind of nice.

This is an older store that I dont know too well. So Im not good at reading it. I dont usually shop Safeway but I needed to go shopping and it was right there. It was just fine and I found everything I needed after some looking.

Staff were extremely helpful. The gentleman at the door did his best to find me a riding cart. Besides best efforts I ended up using a pushcart. However he helped me to navigate my quick shopping trip. Thanks to the helpful gent at the door

Great store! Very run of the mill nothing special but the employees tend to be younger folk and I like that. They tend to be way more friendly and understanding.Just moved into the area and Ill probably be shopping here more and more

This is one of the most terribly managed grocery stores I have ever been in. Their inventory is consistently lacking in many areas and their meat looks gross. I have nothing bad to say about the employees on the floor as I know it all trickles from the top. If I’m going to spend the same amount on groceries I’d rather hit up Raleys. This Safeway location may as well be a 7-11 with how it looks and operates.

Ive been shopping here this entire pandemic with a severe breathing problem. Today I was trying to select a frozen pizza and the manager came up on me asking if I would like a mask. I said no thank you at which point she told me I have to have a mask to shop there. Annoyed at how she approached me so hostile I pulled out my steroid inhaler. She told me after this purchase I can shop somewhere else. Then as I was leaving she so graciously changed her position to I can shop online. This is unfair. From the initial profiling of me that I am just like everybody else to the expected privilege of always having money in a bank account to shop online. At my regular grocery store they give me fist bumps and welcome me.

Ordered a birthday cake and it looked exactly like i wanted it to. And bonus, it tasted fantastic!! I also had to order a couple deli trays the day before I needed them, and they had them ready the next morning as promised. Very happy with the service.

I go to Safeway when I need to do little shopping. I hate Raleys ridiculous check out that isnt fast or efficient. Safeway had an easier self check out.

I ordered baby clothes from Zara and chose this Safeway as my package pickup location. They REFUSED to give me my package. I had my receipt, my tracking number, the address on my ID matches the address on my receipt which matched the tracking number on the package and they refused to give me my property because my ID has my full name Nadezhda and when I ordered the package I used the short version of my name Nadia which I use in daily life. So buyer beware, if your ID has Elizabeth but you order your package under Liz even though EVERYTHING else is correct and matching (address, last name, receipt, tracking number) they will refuse to give you your property that you paid for. Calling Zara didn’t fix anything either because they take forever to get back and I work nights I’m not always available to take calls. This is so frustrating now the weather is cooler and my child does not have her warm clothes that I have ordered in advance. My advice is do not use their shipping services to avoid problems. I have never had this issue with my name anywhere else.
