It’s not every day I leave a 5-star review for a hardware store but I was so impressed by Colleen’s customer service, I had to give a shout out! I came in, she overheard me say that I had a question, and she stepped RIGHT up to help me. She went out of her way to make my return easy, even opening the door for me, etc. What a pleasant surprise / shopping experience. Thank you Colleen!

Very bad store. I bought a generator here three days ago. It ran for two days then stopped. I brought it in to return. They would not refund the money, only exchange for another one. I already purchase a new generator from another brand and I dont want to get another one of their defective predator generators.Avoid this store. Its worth a trip to another harbor freight with better management.

Who doesnt like a good ol harbor freight?? Must admit theyve come a long way since the first one I went to, way back when, in Reseda. They actually have some pretty decent tools now. And they stand behind them, with their decent warranties.If Youve never been to a Harbor Freight, and you are looking for inexpensive tools that are comparable to brand name. Then head to your local HF. Its worth at least taking a look around for sure!

I believe the supervisor Brian was walking around asking customers if they needed any assistance..I shop harbor freight often from Rocklin down to elk Grove and I have never came across this before it was a pleasant surprise..Its a surprise her name was Brian I appreciate you very much..I was the individual asking about the vices.

Great for cheap tools. Great for starter tool sets for kids, etc. Know what getting and youll be happy.

Cool good place to shop especially if you have a home a house for the storage everything you need tools and plus and savings, coupons with their email sign up. If you rent an apartment good place for flash lights and batteries

They have a good selection but theres always a line to wait at the register which can be a bummer.

Eh? This store was ok. The staff wasnt friendly. They did their jobs. The store was stocked up and clean. Though, it seems the selection was a bit slim.

Great store for non professional tools. Rock tumblers efficient but buy extra belts. The v groove belts do wear out, break. Easy to replace.

Pretty good for what it is, great customerservice. Wish they sold certain things individually, but I guess thats how you make a profit. Recommend for tools not real heavily used in a work environment. The icon brand is a bit more of cost but solid all around

I bought a floor jack at a nice price but beware when you buy a floor jack you need to top it off means put some hydraulic fluid either find the bleeding plug or screw and put some in I wish the cashier would have told me that I would have save me time and give me a heads-up anyway here are some photos you are welcome

Well stocked and staff galore. But, why does management not see the extensive line while the one checker is clearly struggling with equipment, leaving to look for items, and not afraid to comment aloud as to how things are always broken here so everyone waiting in line hears while theyre wondering why any one of the many staff isnt helping up front??? Mngt.: this checker should stocking with minimal public contact, the supervisor walking past all of this and not seeing whats happening needs some training, and, Ill still be back when I need something. The experience up front doesnt take away from the several helpful floor staff, but it really should be fixed.

One of my favorite stores of all times. They have the best coupons ever.

I really like this place but today we waited while a talkative customer carried on. There was another cashier but she wasnt open even though she was at a checkstand. I asked her if she was open and she said no. A few minutes later she asked if she could help us then apologized for the wait. We heard her slam her drawer closed. Maybe it was an accident but she lost us!

This Harbor Freight is always fully stocked and the people are professional nice courteous and very knowledgeable about tools and equipment they have in there I would rather shop here and any clothes store this is my go-to this is where I load up my tools I keep loading my tools love it

Tools? Yeah they got tools at good prices.

Better pay attention with the power tool.. like the sanders and no replacement pads for them instock.. I had to go to HD or Lowes and get the name brand parts like... Dewalt,Ryobi parts for there Orbital 5 replacement pads.. I even said something to management and got an excuse to protect their brand name..shame!! So watch out folks...

I called to ask for a specific tool. They found it and the price for me and told me the info on the phone. I was literally stunned when i went in the store that day; as soon as i asked where it was kept, the cashier said oh you called right? Here ya go! He had it at its register waiting for me. There was a long line and lots to do, but they took the time to have it waiting for me. That is beyond fantastic customer service!

Amazing customer service! Looked like the item I wanted was out if stock the gentleman who helped me ran to the back of the store and was able to find me one.

They have everything for diy and makers. Great place to shop for tools of all kinds. On the budget side and I dont expect things from here to last forever but great for household usage and getting accessories for tools and projects.

Oh my God what could I say about this store? What couldnt I say! The staff is super helpful with a contagiously happy atmosphere about them. The tools are awesome! Did you know all hand tools have a lifetime warranty? Wow! I know Sears use to have that with the Craftsman brand but now that Lowes bought them out I havent looked into it to see if its still the same. If you sign up for their email alerts you get even more deals and free items. I love harbor freight for that. They make sure their customers come in happy. They make sure your experience is happy. They make sure you stay happy. They do all they can to make sure you remember them and are excited to come back. I know I sure am!

Clean and stocked.

A particular employee followed around anyone with out a mask shaming them for not wearing one when the customer repeatedly made them aware they had a medical condition that prohibited wearing a mask. They made special care to social distance.

This is a decent chain store for cheaper tools. They arent great but the prices are pretty good. The service was fast and helpful at the Greenback location, your mileage may vary.

Inexpensive tools to get the job done, with a helpful staff. I didnt realize they were only open till 8pm, but they gracefully helped me a few minutes after close and even found a coupon in their weekly flier that they applied to the order saving a few bucks. Thanks Harbor Freight!

Good place to get some really cheap tools for a cheap price. I have no issue with cheap tools, often I will buy a cheap tool and use it. If I break it because i used it so much I will buy a quality tool. If you pay attention you can get some decent quality tools for a reasonable price.

I love going in there they have so many fun things to look for and to buy. The people are really helpful and kind.

This is one of the best little hardware stores Ive ever been to in my life. I should be embarrassed to say that Ive literally screamed out loud from seeing their prices, but Im not.

Last week they were playing with the single Disney line to check out. Not acceptable, personally Im sick and tired of being treated as a disease.

I give this place a 1000% -ZERO on behalf of the fact that I was completely stereotyped and followed like I had thief written on my forehead and please dont let me even start on how they literally watched my husband walk to the bathroom met alone down the aisles of the smallest harbor freight known to men!!!!

Cant say enough about this place. If you are going to Lowes I would check harbor freight first for something thats probably half the price youre going to find over there

Lots of stuff real cheap prices on most of it its not Craftsman tools but if you get the job done it works. This is the newest Harbor Freight in the area and is clean and well organized.
