Citrus Heights saw and mower took amazing care of my chainsaw and fixed the disaster that camino power saw made it. I appreciate all of their hard work. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that I know.
All I wanted to do was drop a chainsaw off to be serviced. I know it was nearing the end of day and wasn’t asking for any immediate service. I just said I would like to drop off and have a servicing done, the response was we are closing and we are 5 weeks out. 😂 seriously? I need a new pull string and maybe carburetor adjustment. This shop and those that work there are incompetent. Stupid as hell. Easy money. I’ll do it myself. I was trying to save time. Apparently it is too difficult for these clowns
Awesome service. All I needed was a fuel drain screw. With in a few minutes he had what I needed. Didnt catch his name but the part he got me worked perfectly.

Best store for lawn care or tree service, great prices, staff is super friendly and welcoming, I go here for all my tools no better place. I definitely recommend checking them out, they always bring in news tools and the selection is great.
First, you have to look beyond the fact that the sustainability of this business is the commercial landscaper, gardener, tree surgeon, and so on. The average homeowner is a minority in this establishment. I walked in with a defective Snapper lawnmower wheel that I had purchased from this business sometime in 2019. No, I did not have the receipt from my purchase. The man behind the counter grabbed a new wheel off the shelf, compared the tread from my wheel to his new wheel and simply said, Lets warranty your wheel. I appreciated that, thanked him, and left. Thats how you run a business and win customer loyalty! I highly recommend this business and will continue to support them in the future.
There very helpful and friendly . They carry all the top of the line products, can be pricey on some things and others you get a good deal. They do have a quick turn around if you have to leave something for repair.
Had a problem with my mower and I emailed to ask a question. Tim was super fast in answering my query. Very good customer service.

Its funny to read some of these reviews. I would like to point out a few who just do not get it. The first is a fellow named Mike, he for some reason thinks we dont need to order parts and should have everything on hand. He must never go to the store because he stocks everything. The second person is a fellow named Dan. This guy left us a one star review based on our parking lot? Our review was not based on customer service or product, even a bad experience, just the parking lot. Wow thank dan I hope you have a better experience with a larger parking lot.
I came for parts because I didnt want to wait a couple days. They usually have what I need same day, but do have to pay a premium for it. I dont have try try to hunt a part a part down all over town.
Took my Stihl 029 chainsaw to citrus heights mower for repairs. After waiting 2 weeks got a call saying my saw needed a muffler and exhaust stud. The saw would not idle. I will never step foot in that place again

This place very very rarely has what I need. If its not within their product line which is the really expensive top of the line mower and saw products, youre out of luck! Further their ability to treat you with an attitude is obvious and they dont do social distancing and they flip you the bird basically about masks for covet 19. Done with this place good luck
This place has a huge part selection. Their customer service was superior. Everyone who was working the counter greeted me, everyone. It was nice to be treated special eventhough they were very busy. They will be getting my business from now on.
My lawnmower was over revving. Took it down here to have them take a look at it, the gentleman took it in the back to see if there was a quick fix (rather than waiting for a fairly long time for parts and such)... and there was. I do need a new carburetor but itll work for now. Thank you so much.
If you need it they probably have it! Great attitude from everyone in the store. Went in looking for a vacum kit for my Stihl blower, and they had it in-stock. They will definitely be my go to shop for parts and service.
Phone message says open till 3pm on Saturday. I drove all the way over to find them closed at 1:15

Very frustrated last couple of visits. Dropped off equipment to be checked out for repairs. Waited over 3 weeks. No call back. I called. They said waiting on a part. I never agreed to any work at this point. But I went along with it. I needed my equipment. Waited and waited. Finally went in. They couldn’t find my equipment blah blah blahVery frustrating. Yes they found my equipment. It wasn’t fixed

They did a poor job tuning up my Honda pressure washer, change oil, air filter and get it running correctly.It would not run unless it was fully choked. It was returned to me running the same way. They did not install one of the carb gaskets correctly. I brought it back in they said they dont know whatsbwtin

This is an excellent shop and Stihl dealer. I went there today to look at a Stihl 194T and Eddie helped me get the saw and pre-test it. As I was about to pay for it I realized I had forgotten to tell him I needed a 16 bar instead of the installed 14 one. He said no problem, went to the back, got the new bar and two chains and installed it there on the counter. Very friendly and efficient. They have a huge selection of chainsaws, string trimmers and everything else Stihl and Husqvarna. I highly recommend them..

I called them and nicely asked if they could wait exactly two minutes cause I need to drop my lawn mower and 2 saw machines, the guy at the phone say he wouldn’t wait for nobody after 3 pm,,, sad, I need it to fix those three machines and maybe buy accessories or something, I have my own small garden company and they just lost me and few more people that I know go to that store,,, Saturday April 27th at 2:30pm was my call, hopefully the owner do something about the service this guy just gave us

Great people. Only stood there for a few while they helped people that were waiting longer then me. I was able to get my questions answered right away about a product I was in the market for. I also got out the door and loaded with exactly what I went for. The guys there are amazing. I would not listen to the negative reviews. Most people are just butt hurt and feel that if they lie and make their story sound sooo bad that it will hurt there business. Well from what I have seen I will be telling all my friend and family that they need to deal with these people. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A MOWER/ POWER EQUIPMENT STORE IN YEARS. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Wow!There are honest repair shops in our neck of the woods. We called because we could not get our two year old mower started. They let us know they were swamped, and it would be a couple of weeks before we could get it back, but we were undaunted. They were definitely busy, when we arrived, but John approached us right away in an effort to help. Once we described our problem he said We are so backed up, but I can tell you I am almost certain I know what the issue is. He went in the back and brought back a small plastic bag with a part in it. He told us how to replace it ourselves for $10, saving us money, and time. We were blown away, that these guys were willing to help, and not just go after our wallets. We went home and worked through it and EUREKA it roared to life. PLEASE check them out, they are there to help!

Just because this place has been here for a long time...does not mean it still treats its customers fair and reasonable.In fact they are all about sales and no service. Products are becoming substandard and they are not standing behind what they sell and service. They make up excuses so they do not have to take responsibility for their faulty products or service work...DO NOT TRUST THERE FRIENDLY SALESMANSHIP...IT CHANGES WHEN YOU NEED THERE HELP TO WARRANTY A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WORK.

We went to Citrus Heights Saw & Mower to get a pre-bottled gasoline blend designed to protect 2 stroke motors when not in use for long periods of time from damage caused by the new gasoline blends. I asked the “gentlemen” for the product and was literally scoffed at. One of the “guys” told me the product did not exist and the other smirked and said I was mistaken because they would know if the product existed given their “professional “ expertise. They didn’t for a minute stop to consider that I might know something that they didn’t. The product does exist (from what I understand fairly new on the market – 6 months). I purchased two cans at a local auto parts store. When I called to let them know and discuss their perception of customer service, they told me THEY DIDN’T NEED any new or additional CUSTOMERS. Of course there was more dialogue but it came down to, me the customer, who was the problem. Couldn’t have been their lack of industry knowledge or failure to provide even the smallest amount of customer service. By the way after the “gentleman” said they didn’t need any more customers, he hung up on me. These “gentlemen” are rude, arrogant and are not the experts they claim to be.I only have four chain saws, a weed-eater and a wood splitter that require periodic service, forget that I am clearing 10 plus acres and will require additional equipment and services. I won’t be going to Citrus Heights Saw & Mower as they both report and act as if they have enough business. Too bad I already purchased a $1200 saw from them, THEY HAVE MADE SURE IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN!

Brought in an echo blower for fuel line replacement and a Husqvarna saw for leaking oil issues. Apparently the Husqvarna oil leak is a known defect and is unrepairable. They said to pour the bar oil out after each use. Unacceptable since the saw is new and I paid $400 for it.
They got the #s off my Honda motor and in just a few minutes found the gasket i needed and ordered it. It came just when they said. And wow was it cheap. TY C.H. Saw & Motor
