Annika’s customer service is something I haven’t experienced in quite a while. You feel very comfortable and welcomed here. If you have a question about anything she’s up and helping you. She has toys that you can actually look at and get a true idea of what it is. It’s very clean, organized and a comfortable atmosphere here.

I’m new to the area and was looking for affordable lingerie near me. This store is so clean and bright, they have a nice selection of lingerie and adult items. The owner is super friendly and helpful if you need assistance. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back .

Felt very welcomed, was greeted at the door very nicely. I was VERY COMFORTABLE. When stuck with deciding which vibrator to get, I asked the male & female for their advice. They turned it around on me, with “what exactly are you looking for the vibrator to satisfy?” I told them all my kinks & needs and that brought me to the THUMP N THRUST. This location is amazing!!! I am a plus size woman and they have PLUS size selection. The layout is open, clean and very respectful no creepy vibe. Also smells good in the store. I bought a corset and ANNIKA went above and beyond to help me find the size. She was so friendly and nice. Have made this my go too store 100!!!

Awesome store! Everyone is so nice and very very helpful! They really pay attention to things that your interested in and give advise on products, toys, lingerie and more. It’s a quit simple store but everything you need is in view! Everyone was a very open as well so the atmosphere is very comfortable!

Fantastic shop was a little nervous never been in a adult store, was greeted very nicely at the door and was helped by a very nice and professional gentleman who took the time to answer all my questions and show me various products and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, store is in a nice location and is very nice and clean inside, definitely recommend this very nice botique

UPDATE....new location in Citrus Heights is Awesome!!! I have been a regular customer at Secrets since 2015! the employees make the difference (going to an adult store is a horrible experience with standoffish or uptight employees). The prices are pretty on par with most places, but stock is always changing for the better and they always have what you Came for in the first place(VHS cleaner like RUSH, British, or Jungle Juice consistently in stock for about 20$.. Ive have been to Suzies(Auburn Blvd/Madison) and Naughty & or Nice, (fair oaks/sunrise) and both were awkward and uncomfortable experiences and after I started going to secrets realized that was the place for me. 5 out of 5 stars

The absolute best adult boutique I have ever been to EVER! I was previously only aware of the stores over in rancho, and I am so happy that I found Secrets and came in. The service is beyond incredible, the employees take all the time you need and never make you like anything you need is too much. There is no rush and theres nothing they wont do foryou ....nothing too big or small to ask for. (No pun intended ha ha). The products are all amazing - I have tried everything Ive purchased and they all work just as they were advertised or better. I would never go anywhere else again!

This store is great, they have a wide variety of all the adult toys and entrainment items that help with spicing up your relationship, the staff is great too Ive met Heather and Aj and both have been extremely helpful and are very friendly and besides the products they make me want to come in to see them . I recommend anybody who needs adult products and want to have a warm interaction with the staff while shopping to go there instead of all other adult stores.

I bought a battery operated toy that would not power up. Brought it back the very next day and they would not give me a refund or let me exchange it for something else. $120 down the drain! Well now I know. Won’t be shopping there again.

Customer service is everything and Other than one other place closerto my house secrets tops the list and its not bc of the variety of product, I like to browse and take my time and usually feel some kind of way for next to no reason. But the staff here is amazing you dont feel pressured or hounded to hurry buy and go now or theyll call the law on you, overall very enjoyable shopping experience

Costumer service is dreadful!!! I just got off the phone with a girl working here and not only was she rude, disrespectful, dramatic, and unprofessional she also began to sexualize me and then argue with my wife. When I decide to spend my hard worked money in public I really dont like to be seen as a piece of meat. Forgive me for wanting to be treated like a human being. When we asked to speak with her manager she refused every time. When we asked for her name we finally got a response and she said ummm my name is.... lucky Worst experience EVER!! I hope you guys start hirring people who treat others with respect.
