This shop is Great, it has a new name as its not a Victory dealer anymore. Sykotic industries. They will repair and do custom work on Victory and other brands Harley Davidsons, Indian, Big Dog etc. They have featured custom builds on those bikes as well so if you are looking for a shop that can handle specialty custom work this is the place. They are also starting a new business of Selling side by sides its called Sand industries and from what I know its top notch equipment. I even saw Polaris snowmobiles for sale in the shop.What a great place. I really appreciate their expertise and like doing business with themHighly recommend.

ALL I can say is im grinning from ear to ear, Just got home from picking up my vegas, had bars put on it and service work. I had the best in store experience at a bike shop ive ever had. Gino was very helpful and answered all my questions even though he was very busy, The bike feels like a compleatly different bike and gino must have through in some magic on the service. The bikes running better than it ever has. Thanks Gino, you have a customer for life.

Helpful and friendly family-owned business. Just purchased my 1st bagger (2017 Magnum) after riding crotch rockets for years. Staff was friendly and understanding of all my questions/concerns. Just turned the bike in for the 500 mile break-in service and still receiving awesome service from Gino and his family/staff.

Great Mechanic, poor customer service. Sold me a battery i did not need (i had my original battery tested at the battery shop- it tested fine. When i went back, they refused to refund my money. Said they could not use it, but i have a spare. Woman walked away and did not talk to me any longer

Save yourself the headaches and buy from another dealer. My best friend has had nothing but bad luck with these guys. He’s currently having an issue with his fairing being scratched by someone in the shop, but no one taking responsibility. He said he’d rather get kicked in the balls, 10 times, than have to deal with these idiots again!!

Had my Vic xct in for a performance upgrade. guys did a great job had it ready when they said it would be.

I came to this location to check out a 2016 Victory Croas country, I stud there for 25 minutes and no one said a word to me. Some old lady kept on walking around, seemed like she worked there. Before I left another customer pulled up on a 90s goodwing and she started talking with him.. Good luck guys, I put an inquiry in for the cross country and still nothing. Your customer service sucks!!!

Worst experience ever ordering parts from them. I have order parts from them twice and both times they tell me my parts will be there in 3 days max. well both times its taken 2 weeks to get my parts very unorganized dealer. And not even that they have bad customer service. Very rude towards the customers.

So, I am going to do something I dont normally do, being that we are a leading manufacturer in the Victory Industry. I am going to rate, what some may consider a competitor. Our fortae is manufacturing and custom bike building. We recognise that Victory of Citrus Heights also builds custom Victory Motorcycles on the west coast. However we dont claim to be audio specialist by any means. So we had a customer that needed to upgrade his stereo equipment on his Vic. I contacted Gino and they put together a set up to meet our customers needs. Upon delivery of the items we purchased, I could not be more pleased. Products were very well packaged and the quality was Top Notch. Support has been great with questions for install. The kit was well equipped with very little required on our end to complete the install. The crew did a great job. Very impressed with them and their product. Well done yall.
