I am SO glad I have my air purifier because it sanitizes my entire home while it purifies (which is really good to have right now with all thats going on in the world health wise). I Love it! It 100% helps with the dust in your home, the house smells better (I have 2 dogs), and it helps me sleep. I have it running on high all the time and I barely even notice it, in the home or on my electric bill. As far as customer service goes, everything was fantastic! I recently needed a new filter, so I ordered one and it came right in the mail. Very easy. I highly recommend this air purifier model from Aerus.

The air purifiers I got from Aerus are good. I can really feel the difference in the air, and people cant even tell theres dogs who live in the house with me when they come over now. Theyve also helped a lot with my allergies, so much so that I even have flowers inside now. I also purchased 2 Aerus Laundry pros (one for me, and one for my mother) because I was getting pink staining and I love it! Do I recommend this company? Yes!

My wife had a heart transplant and I suffer with my own health problem, so we really loved getting a call from a nice young lady named Lindsay to check up on us the same way we used to get calls from Tony, whom we loved very dearly. This shows that Aerus is in the continual tradition of calling in a special way to check up on us and make sure that we are okay. We are also so very happy with the Aerus products, and we just upgraded our vacuums. We look forward to continuing business with this company down the road!

The water in my house is better than its ever been now thanks to Aerus. Its actually even better than the bottled water I used to have to drink before I got my water system installed. My water used to smell nasty, leave brown staining in the toilet, and staining in the shower too...it was awful. The stains are now gone and so is the smell! Its easy to use too...it only uses a little salt, it auto resets and it has a battery backup that comes on when the power goes out.I actually even recommend Aerus as a company to people I know who are building new houses, as many of them have well water. If I had Aerus business cards I would actually hand them out to people, thats how much I recommend doing this. In conclusion, I am very glad I made the investment.

I have an acid neutralizer from Aerus and its working out pretty well. The green staining in my shower is gone, and I feel comfortable with my water now. The service was very good too...I felt very at ease with them in my home and they were very knowledgeable and professional. The man who installed the system was very nice as well.

They have the most effective air purifiers out there! The man who came to my house to check on my older air purifier did a free air test and when he told me about the sanitizing technology that NASA built into one of the Aerus air purifier models, I knew I had to have it. Now hopefully Ill be safe from this flu! I strongly recommend their air units and purifiers.

Town water was totally brown...but now I can drink it and it actually tastes good - since getting a water system from Aerus. I use it for coffee and everyday cooking now too. Service was great. It was installed on time with no delays. Im very happy to have healthier water and I recommend this company highly.

I have products from each three services that aerus offers (vacuums, air, and water) and they all work well. The vacuum goes forever, the air purifier makes a surprising difference, and the two water softeners I have as of recent are very efficient. I look forward to my water re-test results! I had a gentleman come out and service check my larger air purifier and my vacuum (both great products from Aerus) and I ended up purchasing another air purifier. It works good, Im happy, and the gentleman who came out was good and did a good job.
