We had my 5k maintenance scheduled for 8am, we checked in we were leaving by 8:30am. They were so quick and friendly! The dealership is very clean and they have a great waiting area.

I found them to be efficient and able to take care of the problem right away. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. I was beaming with satisfaction when the job was completed and found to be still under warranty.

I always have a great experience at McGee. Super friendly people and always willing to work me into the schedule if I need to be in for service. My only complaint is that I have a gouge in the tailgate and I asked them to just make sure it was ok since its a lease, but they never mentioned it to me when my truck was ready. Overall my experience is always good.

The staff were professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted to have done. The work was done in a timely manner, and went the extra mile to have my Corolla back in shape. I have been going here for a while and they have all been great and love the new building in Claremont. This day of course it wasnt as good. The guy taking peoples info and having them go into the waiting room was having a bad day and everyone around him knew it. I get everyone has a bad day and I also get with COVID that people call out and are short staffed. But the woman in there --also waiting to get her car done --commented that the guy was going to have a heart attack if he didnt de-stress. Luckily another young man came in and offered to help and he did. he was good and kind. I would still give a 5 star rating but good customer service goes a long way and we were all uncomfortable that day due to 1 person-- which is too bad. I will go back and try the next time to see how things go.I would suggest he ask for help or go away on break next time to catch his breathe. I work in home care/health field and we probably would have lost a client that day if I treated them like this guy that day.so Again will give it another chance and hope things go better.thanks

New Service Center looks nice however they can stand to do a better job with receiving cars. Kinda confusing where to go often. I was left waiting by myself with no clear understanding of where to go.

We purchased a new Prius from McGee Toyota this weekend and the experience couldnt have been better. Our initial contact was with Jason Quenneville and then later the actual sales with Brian Landry. We traded two vehicles and received an excellent price on both trade-ins as well as the new car. What was particularly appreciated (in this time of covid) was that McGee sent two persons to our house to deliver the new vehicle and then to pick up the trade-ins. All paperwork was prepared correctly and presented expeditiously, and we safely transferred ownership and received our new car in a very timely manner.Our experience with McGee was terrific and we will definitely use them in the future for both service and new car purchases.

I went to new Claremont location1- the service guys were efficient2-they do not wash your car for you during scheduled maintenance, so don’t expect it3- if you are over a certain size, do not expect seating in the waiting area. I spoke to Jason, so hopefully this will be remedied soon. But call first, or bring a camp chair that you know you fit in.

Not sure why but whenever I have service work done at Faiths Toyota in Westminster VT the truck is also washed. Never happens at McGee. Picked up a dirty truck again yesterday. I saw vehicles being washed when I dropped it off despite there being a city wide water conservation order due to the drought.

The new facility is comfortable, service was exceptional and as always the people were friendly.

As always the dealership does well. We still miss the quick wash at the end of services.

Staring battery needed to be replaced. The car, a Camry hybrid, had been hard-starting for about a year. Even though the battery was then out of warranty for 6 months they gave me a significant reduction in price.
