Very clean, plenty of seats inside and in the back patio, well organized, and decorated. Courteous and friendly staff, not to mention their delicious coffee. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.

The staff was incredibly friendly and nice!!! I believe she is general manager, Rosie Carrillo, was just amazing!! Even with masks on you can feel her smile and overall positive energy this morning!! I put in a delivery order online, the order was summarily cancelled. Tried calling the store to figure out why this happened and they wouldn’t pick up the phone despite repeated attempts. I was charged full price despite the store cancellation. Checked with the delivery app provider and they confirmed that the store did in fact purposely cancel.They lost a 4-5 visit per week customer.

The service is fantastic: friendly and efficient. They will custom make you and iced tea of your choice if you prefer something other than their tea of the day. The rewards program and Social Hour are straight forward without gimmicks.

Where it all started. Was whatever about my coffee before here. I enjoyed the coffee and also learned several brewing methods and coffee facts. I was unable to drink normal coffee after this, much like cheap vs quality wine. The beans and brewing method are simply on a different level. Definitely worth it I hated Starbucks roasts even the light was too much. The roasts and whole beans here are perfectly balanced, as all things should be.I even brewed some grounds on a spoon by heating it up and injecting it behind my eye for the ultimate fix. This worked for a while but wasnt enough. I then invented a portable backpack-like device which brews coffee and distributes it via a network of tubes which pump the substance throughout my body. This requires a mask I must permanently wear to mask my forever coffee breath..No one cared who I was until I put on the mask...

Coffee bean is such a good quality place. This location specifically never fails to be great, so friendly so helpful, and quick.

Pretty dang good, I ordered their Matcha Green Tea blended drink and a mango cold brew Tea both were on point!!

Always fast service and friendly staff. Because of the colleges nearby, you do have a lot of students there to study and room to sit can be a little sparse inside. However, if you are a student, this is a great, sunny place to hang out!

Everything here is on the sweeter side. Food is flavorful too. Try the caprese sandwich & iced dirty chai latte 🔥

I liked the atmosphere of this place. Plus they have a nice tea and coffee selection. Staffs were well-mannered and did know how to handle their customer well.

My new go to coffee shop. Did you know all their pastries are delivered fresh daily? Meanwhile Starbucks pastries are delivered frozen in boxes.

Great place to grab a coffee or something to eat. The bagels are always fresh and the selection of teas is refreshing. Parking might be an issue depending on what time the day you are going to be there but overall I think that is a good place

When I lived in Claremot tghis was my place to go to. I loved the morning staff that geted me wit a smile at this crazy 7 am . My favorite is definetley the vanilla one now in Houston I miss the atmosphere and the service. Worth adding wi fi is great quality :)

Great place to grab coffee in the Village. Also a wonderful place to hang out, have a conversation, our just do your own thing. Plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. Does get busy. Great place to get some work done. Very friendly staff.

Amazing service, really great during winter lots of space and wifi is pretty decent.

Very nice atmosphere and convenient, the counter help was very helpful in making suggestions. There were some local law enforcement officers there as well and they were treated with respect, humanizing them while joking around.

Great location, they have a great customer service, a wide variety of beverages and different kind of snacks. We had an accident with a beverage and they took the time to clean inmediately and replaced the beverage with a new one. Highly recommended.

Nice spot. Coffee is Starbuckish - meaning barely drinkable, but at least it is not burned. Very quiet. Good for studying.

Asked to not smoke outside of shop. Coffee and a cigarette doesnt seem unreasonable outside. And the coffee isnt better. Im going to the gas station.
