This year we performed a major remodeling job in our home! We did go through a kitchen co. to do our cabinets and counters for my newly remodeled kitchen! And they use surface creations! Even though the first installation of our countertop was done incorrectly with the soapstone grains not matching when I spoke with the company they were very quick to respond and not only correct it but give me the most beautiful countertop better than I had expected! The owner actually came out to make sure it’s was done correctly! In construction things can go awry however it’s how the customer service handles you and they were top notch! Thank you so much for my beautiful kitchen countertops!

Show room was mind blowing wish id found the place before I was almost done with my house

Worked with LaValleys in West Lebanon, NH and they contracted with Surface Creations of Vermont for new kitchen counter tops. Had a great experience with both LaValleys and Surface Creations of Vermont. Surface Creations did a wonderful job with the install and staff all very knowledgeable about product and install. Would highly recommend Surface Creations of Vermont.

Had new granite counter top installed. We purchased it through Oakes Brothers and Surface Creations was the supplier and installer. Surface Creations also did the measurements and laser template. Installation was completed with granite sections that did not follow the grain of the stone. The template was cut wrong at their facility. The floor foreman should have had the stone recut but didn’t and it left their floor. Next it was loaded on the truck for their experienced installers who should have cancelled the installation once they got to our home and saw that the grain did not flow together.Rather they completed it, hoping that we would accept it! We didn’t, and they had to came back, tear out the incorrect pieces and install new.Buyer beware!!!

We had a new counter top and island top installed last week. Mandi was a great help in figuring out our choices and all the details. She had a couple suggestions as we pondered the large number of choices which was very helpful as we are not shoppers that will take a long time making decisions. And the installers were very professional, clean and efficient, matching all the corners and joints carefully so the finished job was great. We highly recommend Stone Creations and will use them again if ever we have need for countertops.

We purchased a granite counter for a custom vanity through LaValleys, who worked with Stone Creations of NH. We provided photos of the vanity along with measurements and a template for the corner that was not exactly square. Stone Creations of NH cut the opening for the sink too far forward and wants to charge $195 to fix the issue. While their store is nice, we are not impressed with the business.

Great food good people great casual atmosphere

They have beautiful materials, a lovely showroom, and very nice staff, but their customer service is AWFUL!!!!! We have had two problems with our sink/counter top and they have been very slow to respond, often promising to take action, then not returning calls, and delaying. I would NOT recommend this company.
