I am 70 years old so I needed “special care” when I called Cash and Carry Furniture (part of Love’s Bedding and Furniture) to ask about purchasing a new recliner. Raquel answered the phone and put me immediately at ease when I told her I could not come into the store and no way to pick up the recliner.I told her I had seen the Beast recliner on the website, and was wanting to purchase it. Raquel talked to me about this recliner, giving me the measurements and other specs. She felt it was going to be too big, but I insisted.The Beast was delivered within a few days. It was enormous for 5’4” me. The delivery guys took my old recliner with them and left asking me to be sure I was satisfied. I assured them the chair would work. It did not work. It was way too big for me. My feet didn’t reach the floor sitting on the edge of the chair, and I didn’t have the strength to use the manual recline handle. I called Raquel the next morning and told her. The delivery guys came back with my old recliner and to pick up the Beast. Of course I apologized to all concerned. Every one was so gracious and told me they wanted me to have the chair I needed and wanted me to be happy.Raquel told me about a power lift chair she was confident would be a good fit for me. This time I listened and agreed that the recliner she recommended would suit me best. This recliner was delivered today and is beautiful! I tried it out, and it fits me perfectly. The lumbar support is fantastic, and the power recline and lift are features I definitely need at this stage of my life.I can’t imagine ever shopping for furniture anywhere else. They truly want you to have what you need and to be happy with your purchase.

Extremely timely and helpful staff, from the owners all the way down. Had to rush out of my house during the delivery hours and they still accommodated to my schedule. Will be back and will recommend!

Very helpful finding what we were looking for. The sofa was in stock but buried in the warehouse. Instead of us having to come back to pick up with the future days forecast of rain, they offered to deliver at no charge. Delivery was on time and even though it was door step delivery they still brought it inside. Very helpful!

Loves cash and carry had just what I was looking for to replace a really old couch. The price was really good and the couch is really comfortable. Everyone at the store was upbeat and we had fun talking to each other while filling out the paperwork. Set up delivery and called the night before to confirm.Now their delivery guys called 30 minutes out and were super courteous. Brought the new couch in and took the old one away. Highly professional.

My husband was home when our delivery guys came. He said they arrived on time, Provided excellent service, were polite, quick and efficient. .

I bought a reclining chair about 2 years ago, i am the only one who sits in it. The springs are all detached from the quality particle board that held them in place. ( under the seat)It no longer reclines and will be headed to the transfer station as soon as a replacement is purchased.( somewhere else)3-400 dollars well spent!

After doing a lot of looking around for my couch I wound up at Cash & Carry Furniture. I was impressed by their selection, the quality of their products, and their prices! They offer a layaway plan which is incredibly flexible, free, and requires no credit check. I needed to extend the date of the time to pay it off a couple times and they were happy to help. The staff were knowledgeable and didnt try to push me into a purchase that wasnt right for me. They also were kind and understanding of my 4 year old whos last idea of fun is furniture shopping!

We purchased a reclining sofa. We got home and it looked great since my color pattern had to be gray. But that evening we went to relax and we discovered it wasnt comfortable for us. I suffer with a sciatic nerve. I called the next day and asked if we could return and exchange. We ended up with the perfect sofa and the best service. A+++++++I also got a Red chaise sectional 3 yrs ago. That I still love

The staff is over the top helpful! There is NEVER any pressure to buy. They take their time to answer any questions you have and do whatever it takes to help in making a decision. They are also careful to not push their tastes onto you but guide you toward what you personally like. Our first purchase was a memory foam mattress with the help of Bob. Weve had it for 3 years now and still love it. Next I wanted to look for a living room set. We first had April come to our home to help with some ideas for changing our living room over. She had some GREAT ideas. But again no pressure to buy buy buy. We did decide on a sofa and yes it took us over a year before I went back and worked with Laura this time to decide on a color and i wanted to make sure the model was what we wanted. We even shopped around for the same make and model and they had no trouble matching the price. I was very happy to give them the business for all the time they took in helping us make a decision. Super team players!

Cash and Carry Furniture was an experience,our trip started at Luvs down the road which is part of Cash and Carry we met a sales associate at Luvs and told him what we where looking for and he sent us up the road where we a young lady took care of us and we found what we where looking for.All I can say is service was Great and they have something for everyone.
