My dog has allergies and there are very few brands she can eat so I cant just go to Wal-Mart. Tonight I got stuck at work, but the website for the Tractor Supply in Claremont says the store closes at 9:00 PM. I arrive at 8:50 PM only to find the doors locked. From now on I will shop at West Lebanon Feed and Supply. Its better to support small businesses anyway.

I went in this past Friday 5-21-21 to buy dog food and some chicks. When me and my mother went up to the check out the clerk was building something and he didn’t look pleased when we walked up to due to him having to stop what he was doing I come in this store all the time and never get attitudes from the other clerks. The new manager came up during my visit and didn’t say anything to the clerk giving me and my mother a attitude. Wasn’t pleased with the way she handled things. Very unhappy customer and won’t be shopping at this tractor Supply anymore

Signs posted required to wear masks employees and customers alike but guess what, I think me and hubby were the ones being respectful of this requirement. Do people not realize this is to protect your life, possibly and to protect others. A person can be infected but no symptoms. I wont shop there again. Come on Claremont, it is not a big deal nor a violation of your rights, do it for yourself, others and your family

Purchased a fishing kayak a couple weeks ago. We decided we wanted another. Both were purchased at our local Tractor Supply. Not only were we able to shop close by, the employees were very helpful.

Long lines....only one register at self-service for cash paying customers...pisses me off. I pay cash why should I have to wait longer??😡😡

Went into tractor supply to get some stuff today. When walking up to the doors there were signs everywhere saying masks required so I went back to the car to get mine. I walk inside and none of the customers had masks on and only 1 employee was wearing one. The cashier was not. Very confused as to how employees arent required to wear them if theyre trying to enforce customers doing it. Then the cashier was not personable at all. Seemed like she hated her job. When I walked up to the register I had to greet her. I noticed she wasnt friendly so I was done going out of my way to be. The most I got out of her was a youre welcome when I said thank you when leaving. No have a great day or anything. Not to mention almost everything in my cart was heavy and she had a cordless scanning gun but I still had to lift everything for her to scan and I forgot to give her an item and saw it after she had reached the final screen. I asked if I had given it to her and she scowled at me, said nothing, and rung it in as if she had to do a ton more work. Apparently she would rather I just took the item without paying for it. First bad experience Ive had there.

Very friendly lady at the register welcomed us in. We found everything with the large clear signs above each of the sections in the store. We happily found our axe and our lawn spray....my daughter found a cute little stuffed toy beagle. Over all clean friendly place!

The staff is really helpful. They go out of their way to help you and you dont have to track someone down to, there is always someone close by to assist you. They are knowledgeable about their products, as well. I really like this store.

Great place to get animal feed and other farming supplies! Staff are helpful and pretty knowledgeable about small farming, which is great when I have a question about something since our family is just starting out as a small farm. Its helpful to have people to ask about certain types of animals that I have that I havent had experience with raising before now! I feel comfortable branching out! Also, their prices are great!

Sean was beyond helpful. Our basement flooded, and we lost our furnace, well pump, water heater, etc. Sean helped us picked out a new wood furnace, helped us get the right well pump, and gave us lots of encouragement and advice at a time when we were simply overwhelmed. Everyone there was helpful, and we will be returning many more times, and letting others know that this is the place to go!

Awesome customer service today, I wish I had her name I would call and commend her. She was genuine, please and thank yous. A breath of fresh air, especially after a few stores that youd swear they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. The last thing was SHE said thank you and have a great day, not the usual throwing the money in my hand and when I say thank you, your get the no problem.

Honestly, I have a bit of a Love/Hate relationship with Tractor Supply. Since I come into Claremont from the West, Tractor Supply is the first place I encounter, and most times that saves me from having to navigate the madness of Washington Street, when looking for small Hardware items, welding supplies, and animal feed. The GOOD: They are the cheapest place in town for raw steel and welding items. They are the best place to get Nuts & Bolts because you can buy by the Pound, instead of by the piece. - The BAD: despite having the word Tractor in their name, they are Poor at having much for Tractor repair parts. They dont even carry Any Tractor tires of any size in the store. My experience today was especially frustrating. Like so many retailers these days, they only have whats on the shelf, No inventory to back it up. I went to Claremont store for an Ignition Switch for my backhoe, which I have purchased there before. The place on the rack where it should be was empty. Nothing in the back. They should have one in Lebanon, drive to Lebanon, same deal, NONE. - Buy from Amazon for half the price, just have to wait two days...

I had bought my son bib overalls for Christmas in November and they did not fit I went to return them and they would not accept them because it had been past 30 days since I had purchase them I explained that they were a Christmas gift and I buy my gifts early and they still would not refund my money or exchange them for a bigger size. I will not shop at that store anymore I am not happy with the way I was treated when I had explained everything. That it was a Christmas gift and I realize its after 30 days but all I want to do is exchange them for a bigger size I had my receipt and the tags were on it. Very disappointed in this store like I said itll be the last time that I shop there

Decent little farm supply store. Prices are average, if not slightly below the average. Staff is usually attentive, even if sometimes understaffed. Great place for animal meds and supplies.

This Tractor Supply Co. Is the best, after a very bad experience trying to purchase a riding lawnmower at the Home Depot went to Tractor Supply on Saturday for there meet & greet test drive the Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor got a free hat and the Mower was explained from front to back & top to bottom by a employee named George great guy and really knows his stuff told him had to check with my wife and after a short decision we went back on Sunday and bought the Cub Cadet 50inch cut 24hp from George and my next dilemma was to get it home about 3 miles away Guess what George made that happen also. What great service and a great store. Thank you very much.

I Ask the management so nicely to get unloaded before 8 oclock and they just said we wont do it. I simply wanted to get unloaded before 8 oclock because I had another pick up for the same company in Vermont. One of the employees wanted to unload me but the management she stop him.

Like any type of box store. In the middle of January you go in looking for long john / insulated tops and bottoms there are none to be found cause they are starting to put out spring time stuff. Ummm theres still 2 months left of winter with sub zero weather still ahead.

AWEsome staff and products: My vet recommends the TSC brand of Indoor Cat Food. It has the best ingredients and the best price.That must be why they are often out of stock. Now I call first to make sure its in stock before heading over to the store. Last time they were out of stock, they went out of their way to get me a bag of food for my Kitty.

Always a wonderful place to visit, I buy my dog food here and my cat food as well as my cat litter, the prices are very wonderful and in expensive and my dog is highly allergic to 90 percent of the dog foods out there and Tractor Supply actually carrys grain free food and basically it helps my dog he still has allergies but it helps keep them not as bothersome for him.
