Very disappointed in the midst of a pandemic the girl at the front desk does not wear mask, she took it off once the doctor left the room. There are elderly that come to get their hearing aids and they should ensure their office staff wears a mask at all times!

Had a most positive experience. They problem solved my hearing aids, replaced speakers and much improved their performance. I came in quite frustrated and demoralized with my hearing. They were empathethic and sensitive - treating an 87 year old man with a kind concern that also helped my tentative morale. I am a most happy recipient of the services of HearUSA.

I have been to other hearing aid providers over the years and I still had difficulty hearing and understanding than I went to Hear USA in Claremont the staff was amazing Philip was so knowledgeable and cared about my concerns. I can’t remember hearing so well and being able to have a conversation that I was able to understand in so many different situations; truly life changing. I am so thankful. The hearing aids are amazing.

I paid over $3,000 from my hearing aids. I was told they were guaranteed for 3 years. I took them in cuz one wasnt working and they cleaned it for me. She said my wire looks like it was getting twisted and if it had to be replaced it would cost me $90. She said the wire is not part of the hearing aid only the hearing aid was guaranteed for three years I was never told this Ive contacted corporate and I contacted the CEO for hearusa
