My car repair was recommended by the insurance company. I worked with Victor and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. He also gave me an extended time to bring the vehicle so I could make preparations for work and other things. This extended time was also used for Victor to find the right parts and things that he needed for the vehicle. His estimated time frame was accurate and I was able to pick up my car on Time. I would recommend everybody go to J&E Auto body.

Amazing Staff and workmanship. I have a glitter type white finish. My concern was color match. J&E perfectly painted the car. The car looks immaculate. It was so clean when given to my wife she said, did you see how clean our car could be? Funny but true. I dabble in car detailing but I was put to shame. I highly recommend this shop!

If youre currently looking for an auto body shop its probably because youve gotten into some kind of accident and arent sure where to go. Its not common (I hope!) and I was in the same boat as you this past summer. Well, let me tell you, I was recommended to J&E Auto Body and I could not be more satisfied with the results. I didnt know what to expect as this was the first time I ever needed body work. I honestly didnt believe it was possible, but J&E made my car look as good as new! Not only were all the parts replaced professionally, the electronics calibrated, but the paint (grey w/sparkles, not easy) is flawless. Im super impressed.In addition to the work, the staff would keep in frequent contact throughout the process, letting me know of the status and estimated time it would take to complete. There wasnt a time where I was uncertain of what was happening. Very friendly, courteous and knowledge.I hope to never need their service again, but accidents happen! If I, or anyone I know needs body work, Im going to J&E.

J&E did a wonderful job making my Camaro look showroom new after being hit by a pickup. Their customer service is the best! They really cared about me and made sure nothing was overlooked. They looked thoroughly at the car to make sure there wasn’t some further damage from the accident that might be missed. They worked with my insurance, leaving me free if worry. The rental car agency met me there so I had no “downtime”without a car. The paint matched perfectly and I challenge anyone to find where the damage was. Without any reservation, I recommend J&E. None better. They are the benchmark in the business! You don’t stay in business as long as they have by being anything less than amazing!

I had to share my experience since it shows complete unprofessionalism of this business and the owner. We used them as recommended body shop from Allstate insurance. We had to wait 1 month for the date to bring in our car to fix after small crash (front only). After 2 weeks when they called us that the car is ready to pick we asked if the car is done no issues no flooding (after Ida), etc. They confirmed the car is ok to be picked up. So next morning we picking up the car...received keys paid deductible and .....we just walked around the car to see if everything is ok and we noticed at least 25 scratches all over the passenger side of the car!!! We have almost new Range Rover. Beginning they argued not their fault! Finally they accepted to fix this. They kept the car for another week.....needed car rental because had to drive to work and they didnt have it. Had to use UBER and they still charged 500 dollars deductible. Actually they charged us twice for deductible so we paid 1000 dollars and they still didnt refund our money. They are not professionals. They didnt tell us up front about scratches. If we left the body shop and noticed them next day no one would even fix it!!! I complained to insurance so they do not recommend this body shop anymore! Everyone has to know. It is not 5 star shop.

They were very professional snd actually show they care for their customers and what we were going through. I barely had to ask any questions as they had each step of the process of dealing with a car accident already rolling. Very informative staff. And the repair work is flawless!Definitely will use them again if ever needed!

These folks are as dependable as they come. Ive used them twice already. Wish I didnt have to because it was the results of accidents (that I was in, not that I caused :). Working through insurance was a breeze and they were able to find the parts for my older cars. You can drop off after-hours by using their dropbox. The car came back to me looking brand new and they even do extra exterior and interior detailing. Hopefully I dont need to be back, but relieved to know theyre around.

A turkey (yes, a turkey) came flying into the front end of my truck, causing a sizable dent to my hood and breaking the grill, (which thankfully stopped it from crashing through the windshield, and me!). I am a contractor and depend on my truck every day, so I needed it back quickly. While on the phone with my insurance, a call came through from J&E - amazing! The incident occurred on Friday night, they needed to order parts. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday, good as new and cleaner then when I left it! Reliable family run business. Did a very good job restoring my front end. I did need to return for a minor issue but the were very responsive in handling it.

No one ever plans to have a car accident, or damage their precious ride, but if you do, J&E is an excellent place to bring your car. Their staff is friendly, and has been for decades, at this family-run establishment.The staff of J&E take their time with each customer, whether you drove in here in a 2018 Acura NSX or a 1971 Ford Maverick. I could take pictures of their high quality craftsmanship, but people would think its a picture of the car from the showroom floor. When I was there the other day for damage to the passenger side of my Lexus from a tractor trailer, Bill E. and Victor C. (two of the estimators) were helping an elderly man take his belongings out of his damaged car. They never rushed him and engaged in him in great conversation. You wont be disappointed by their work; I never have. They stand behind their work as well. If youre not happy- they want you to come back so they can make it right....Theyll even help you with obtaining or returning your rental car. A unique business.

My wife had accident at 10:30 on 10/24/2016, even the car was drivable, the cop did not allow my wife pulling car off road and called the tow truck from this body shop, I was told that they charged $35 per day by a lady. Next day 8:15AM, I moved my car out of their parking lot, my credit card was charged $70 for less than 24 hours. So I asked for refund of $35, they refused, claimed that they charged calendar dates. So be very carefull, if you have to deal with this shop.
