Needed a new mattress and frame as I converted an old office into a bedroom. I first looked at Mattress Firms website and it seemed they had a lot more than just mattress. But when I visited the shop, they really only had mattresses. There were no headboards, frames or so on. (This fact prevents me from giving it 5 stars) But Ron was excellent and helpful. After another awful night of sleep on my 10 year old mattress, I knew the time has come for a new one. Upon my arrival my wife and I were kindly greeted by the salesman, Donald. We explained everything we were looking for in a new bed and he was able to round up a handful of mattresses for us to try. As we tested each mattress Donald was able to inform us with more than enough information pertaining to each bed. He gave us space and let us explore our options. He was quick to answer any questions we had and went thoroughly through all of the sales and extras benefits they were offering. We ended up picking a mattress that suited our needs perfectly. This was a great experience with no hassle. Donald was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Horrible! Terrible! Never ever again! Delivered item i did not order. Was told to come pick up my item in store but ended up waiting until the next day to pick it up because the warehouse had to release it. Called next day spoke with an associate who told me she would lose her job if i came and picked up something i paid for. Told her i want a refund she told me i cant get one until the wrong item they messed up on and tried to deliver was released from my order. Went following day to pick it up to only get home and open it and of course it was AGAIN not what i ordered and paid for. Had to drive all the way back to the store to get my item. FINALLY they got it right after 4 days of mess! Moral of the story is.. next time im going to SLEEPYS!!

After the birth of my son, my husband and I decided we needed a a new bed for his older sibling asap! With no real time to research, my husband just walked into mattress firm and bought a suggested mattress. After a few weeks We decided that this mattress just wasnt for us, but with our new life with newborn and toddler - the weeks turned into months, and all of a sudden, we were past our trial period.Upon walking into the store, I told Robert of our situation, and he agreed to try and find a solution. I had limited options at this point. I really did not care for any of the given choices - and actually left somewhat frustrated- even though Robert was as kind as he could be.I called a few hours later, and it seemed that Robert had been doing some digging of his own to really try and make us happy customers.... I am happy to report, that we found a solution and I am indeed a happy customer! We will certainly be back to service our familys needs in the future. I was on a Trial period with a box store mattress that was way too firm. A friend recommended a pillow top Simmon Beauty Rest he bought at Mattress Firm. I stopped in the Clark location and met Raul. He was a helpful and a great guy. He politely showed us the options for what we were looking for at all price ranges. We ended up purchasing a wonderful Simmons BR Resonance. At the time he was alone in the store with several customers, and managed to stay attentive to all. A great experience, delivery was right on time.

Wasnt a fan of this place. Youre constantly being hawked by a sales person, even after you explained you just want to browse. Their advertisements are always deceptive but they end up explaining why its not deceptive. Plus its current year and the internet has things available for purchase so thats where id recommend buying a bed if you want to save money and not be constantly bothered.
