If it could be possible I would put not even a star! I just got in with my wife and a short Asian lady was yelling on us for masks! I’m trying to explain we’re fully vaccinated…anyway we came back with the required mask and another lady with a better English refused to provide us bowls for ice cream,saying that she will do the mix for us……we just left disappointed….the company is great that’s why we got there but the employees are terrible!!!

As soon as we walked through the door they yelled at us for not having the mask on our face yet. We didnt even get a chance to say anything so we put on our masks on and ordered even thought at any other red mango they dont require masks anymore. The lady had my girlfriend disinfect her hands and put on a glove before going to the froyo machine ... like what ? Were fully vaccinated all that is not necessary at this point. Anyway then Theyre out of plain yoghurt so that was disappointing but okay lets give it another shot with the açaí bowl called chocolate something thats supposed to come with Nutella. Usually when I get the bowl at any red mango place they put a good amount of Nutella (which is highlight of that specific bowl NUTELLA) when I received the order I opened my bowl and they literally drizzled a little bit of Nutella on top of the strawberry and banana ... I walked back inside and asked for more Nutella because that amount was just ridiculous and Im not usually the type of person to complain about anything.. they went back and forth with me on the amount of Nutella which then they ended up putting a little bit more of a drizzle... however I do not recommend the place its probably privately owned and they just do whatever they want and theyre so cheap with everything.

Terrible service! I didn’t even have the opportunity to take a step inside before I was blatantly discriminated against. The lady was screaming at us because we did not have a mask on, even after we told her we had our vaccination cards. She completely ignored what we were trying to tell her and she spoke over us and practically kicked us out. Terrible place. 1/10.

My only complaint is why did you guys leave the Millburn and Summit locations? I live in Springfield!

Way too slow. Flavors were unique and tasty. Credit card minimal is annoying ($5 so not that bad) a little on the pricer side. Good location with plenty of parking.

I ask if Naturally Refreshing. I ask how many calories this has. I ask for unsweetened and they put a lot of honey. I’m a Diabetic person I called and they didn’t give me an answer I asked for my money back and I didn’t want return it!!

This was my first and last time here. The older lady seems very controlling. I’m hoping they are family the way she talks to everyone.I got an Açaí bowl it was horrible! I called to let her know the Açaí base taste bad and she told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, no other people have complained. I was not looking for refund.Poor customer service.

Big fan of the sugar free fro yo ( sugar free vanilla). It’s usually self service and the flavors are amazing. They have seasonal flavors as well as the usual chocolate vanilla etc. toppings are an add on. Choose from fruits to candies to sprinklers.

I have had nothing but great a experience here! I only get the chocolate hazelnut banana berry acai bowl. And let me tell you it is heaven! The fruit is always fresh and its amazing!

Picked up a tropical mango for me and berry for my mom and we both enjoyed it. The 20 oz was also very filling. Will revisit again.

Terrific yogurt & smoothie shop!! Clean & Crisp. Good service. Terrific smoothies-made fresh right before your eyes. If youre into fresh ingredients. this is a true find!!

The supervisor (who may be the owner) adds an ominous gloom to the young women who work here. All of whom are always friendly, but there is a difference when hes around. I hope they are ok. Red Mango is hard to come by these days and its my daughters favorite so I hope this one makes it.

It’s an ok place. If you care about what goes into your smoothie I don’t recommend it. They use canned fruits (full of syrup) instead of the real thing. On occasions they use juice instead of fruit as well. My smoothie was suppose to have “apples” but they only added sugary store bought apple juice. They even advertise having fresh squished apple juice. Definitely NOT but they put on my smoothie.

The lady that was making my juice was really mean and she said what do you want cause I can’t make the juice with no pineapple because I didn’t want pineapple cause I am allergic to them and she didn’t gave me the refund as well so I didn’t got the juice and paid for it as well. It was a Chinese old lady her is Shaun

My issue is with the management and not the employees. Went to get a small bowl today which came out to $3.58. The misinformed young man at the register said I cannot pay cash because it is less than $5. He then told me the minimum on card was also $5. The owner (or someone who refused to answer if he was the owner - a much older man) said he would not run the card even if I paid the 50c surcharge. He got annoyed and said dont come back. After some words exchanged he said I could pay cash but by that point I was disgusted at how easily he had become so rude with a customer. In the era of WiFi and internet this loser is still using a telephone based credit card system that charges high transaction rates plus his monthly phone line bill. If he was a smarter businessman he would know he could use a cheaper system with much lower transaction fees and not have to have minimums on credit card transactions. Good job losing the sale today and a customer forever.

Had the cool pineapple zen juice w cucumber lemon and mint omg delicious had all the vitamins and nutrients that I needed in my body plus great service their will definitely be back:)

Really good yogurt and toppings however the workers arent so pleasant. Owner yelled at my daughter for wanting 2 samples. He also steals tips from workers so just a warning.

Paid for 2 acai bowls at 9:14pm - received one 15 minutes later, and another 15 minutes after that received the other. Waiting 30 minutes for two acai bowls is absurd. After receiving the first, and not the other, asked the gentleman to refund the one bowl since I didnt have the patience to wait for something that should NOT have already taken 25 minutes. He refused to issue me a refund, so I had no choice but to wait. All in all it took over 30 minutes to get 2 acai bowls that were filled with chunks of ice and we ultimately threw out. Maybe if he didnt answer the phone and wash dishes in between making the bowls, it would have gotten us in and out faster. Never again. Ill go out of my way to go to Jamba Juice or Playa bowls next time.

I just had a terrible experience the manager Bo just yelled at my 9 year old daughter because she took some of white ice cream thinking this is vanilla and she read a sign of no flavor so she left it and we did another one the manager was so RUDE never had such a bad customer service he went a head and told me I will let it go this time but next time I will have to pay for it I will never ever go there as long as he is a manager

The cashier switched between the register and making smoothies without changing her gloves. She wore the same gloves to grab the fruits and ingredients for smoothies, then went at took the money from the customer and returned to making the smoothie without switching to clean gloves. So disgusting.
