I’m currently in between houses. Sold my old house and I’m in the process of closing on my new house by September 3rd. Then I will be doing some renovations so I will be needing two large units for a couple of months.Great service always! Friendly staff, clean facilities (units/offices) inside and out.Great prices and flexibility by personnel, to accommodate to clients needs.It’s my second time dealing with them within a five year period. I got a storage unit when I opened my business in September. My friend recommended this place and Im forever grateful. I feel extremely safe. I need to come access my unit at odd hours. The whole place is very clean. They have an exterminator come every 2 weeks as maintenance just so there will never be a problem. Great place.

I had a excellent experience with Access Self Storage. I’m renting at the Clark, NJ facility, the young woman who helped me was very pleasant and kind. I was pleased with the size of my 4x4 unit. All my things fit nicely into it.From the original call into the main office to place my reservation to the clean facility I will be recommending this place to everyone

Im in love with this facility. It is pricy but its worth it your belongings will be secured with a unique personalized 4 digit code to arm and disarm your storage unit. Deb the asst manager was very helpful and courteus of my budget during this process. The elevators work beautifully no jamming and theres a moving truck that you can use to bring your objects.

I was here with a friend she had stuff in storage the place is very clean she says that the prices are reasonable so if youre looking for a good place for storage you might want to check this place out

When we went to reserve a storage unit, the woman at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The next day we got our key and started unloading everything to put into the unit. We tried everything, and couldnt get the lock to go in, so we called the front desk. It was a different young woman this time, and she was also sweet and helpful. She came and showed us what we were doing wrong and made sure we understood before she went back to the office. Once we were finished we went to leave, and couldnt figure out how to get the code to work as we tried to exit the parking lot, so we called the front desk again. The same young woman came out to help us with a huge smile on her face. She was so patient and helpful. As we left my husband said to her I bet youll never forget us. We all got a big laugh out of our experience.

I love Access Self Storage and the staff is very helpful. The manager Edna goes above and beyond to help you and is very knowledgeable. Katherine is always helpful as well. Excellent customer service ALWAYS & I truly appreciate it. The facility is extremely clean and safe!

We have been using Access Self Storage for over 5 years. I work for a non-profit organization where we tackle giving away tens of thousands of book bags and school supplies in the summer and winter coats in the winter. This is where we store them before distribution. The staff have been a pleasure to work with. Always going out of their way to meet our needs and inevitable hiccups with freight/trucks arriving unscheduled. Definitely recommend this location. We wouldnt go anywhere else!
