Dont seem as knowledgeable as they should be if your doing anything to someones car

Manager was very rude and had a horrible knowledge of cars. Do not get your tires done here worst experience ever.

I waited and was ignored and on the phone was transferred over and over...nobody ever answered.

Poor customer service. I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. Really sorry!! Thief web page for the Clarksburg WV location has the wrong numbers for the automotive center. When I finally got an answer on the main number and asked to talk to a manager I was put on hold for another 1/2 hour and gave up.I called the 800 number for national customer service and spent another half hour waiting to talk to a human and gave up.I think we know we’re this is going it’s time for some competition in this big box store market or else the Walmart’s of America will run customer service into the ground.Is it really worth all this inconvenience for cheaper socks? Not to this reviewer.

Would give 0 rating if available. Took 4 winter tires there that I purchased lifetime balance and rotation on and also wanted a pit crew oil change. I was the first customer of the morning. I didn’t hear from anyone even though I provided my mobile phone number and walked around the store. The wait was supposed to be approximately 1 hour. I waited an hour and a half first thing in the morning then finally decided to stop back at the counter. Jeff the manager said they couldn’t put the tires on because they have a policy which restricts 2 winter tires from being put on. I had 2 tires which they determined to be unworthy to be put on. I do agree with this policy because my vehicle is front wheel drive so why not put the front 2 tires on. At any rate, why not call me instead of having me kill time which I found out was for nothing because they didn’t even perform the pit crew. Find somewhere else to go! Been a loyal customer for 10 years. No more! Jeff didn’t even apologize. No people skills...

I bought 4 new tires recently at Walmart. I just had a blowout in one of them. After spending 4 hours today just trying to reach someone at the tire center, a manager told me they wouldnt replace it even though I have the original invoice and receipt. Apparently I should have bought extra insurance that was never offered to me. She then hung up on me and went back to not answering the phone. Ill never buy tires at Walmart again. That is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Any time you go to walmart auto center they provide very poor service. Staff is very unprofessional.

Went in to get 2 new tires put on the back and have the better looking old ones put on the front till i could get another 2 next payday. Well after waiting 2 hours I went to check on my car and the guy informed me that my car had been put back outside because they wanted to tell me that i need 4 new tires. I had already expalilned i was going to come back and get 2 more payday. Instead of using common sense or calling me they moved my car to the back and i waited 2 more hours . Ridiculous!!! They never answer their phone either

It’s been 2 hours. Needed ONE tire. 3 guys in front of me that needed all 4 new tires on their YEE YEE trucks and an oil change. The lady behind me needed an oil change. Her keys just got put in front of mine. Exactly how long does it take to change a damn tire? It’s like these boys back here can fit shapes into the corresponding holes on a wood block but that’s about it.

Just spent 17 minutes on hold while they verified they had 6 tires I needed. I asked them to go look and make sure they had them. After 12 minutes a woman came on the line and asked what I needed. She said oh they guy is not looking for them. I heard her say he forgot about the guy on the phone. After another 5 minutes they only as it turns out had 2 in stock. Would be a good place for a tire store.

Good prices, but be prepared to wait They never have enough help I was there 10 minutes after opening and still had to wait over an hour before my car was in the garage

I never write reviews but this place is hell. It’s ran by people who have no management skills. I spoke with a manager and she was no help and told me to pound sand. I have gotten my oil changed at Walmart for 8 years. Never again. The associate informed me he was out of my oil and I had to pay to extra because they don’t know how to replenish there stock.

Well, I called 15 minutes ago to ask some questions about service and pricing, BUT I am STILL on hold! I can hear people in the background talking and laughing. Im on hold so they can have happy hour?

I used to always use Walmart to mount & balance carry-in tires because they were so much cheaper than anywhere else, and I was able to forgive the fact that they could never balance a tire correctly to save their lives.Well, that is no longer the case, as of December 2016 they are charging $21.50 a tire for mount, balance and lifetime rotation on carry-in tires. Thats just not acceptable for a Walmart level of service.On top of that, I was there because I was having new wheels put on my truck. I asked the guy at the counter to tell the guys in the shop to put the old wheels in the boxes from the new wheels, he apparently didnt. They also used the old style of lead wheel weights on the rim of my brand new wheels (Last time I was there they only used the stick on weights).Last time Ill ever go there for tires, for 21.50 a tire they can shove it, Ill go to a real tire shop.

Spent almost 4 hrs here waiting for an oil change....I was the first one there waiting for them to open. After awhile of not receiving a call, I went to the desk and they told me they cant service my year/model truck....THIS WAS THE 6TH TIME IVE BEEN THERE! After explaining this to the manager, they realized I was right but told to me that they moved my truck outside already...to the back of the line, which led me to have to wait an additional 1.5 hr. It never occurred to them to call me after the first 15 min. They offered a whopping 10% discount, which was a slap in the face considering I was from out of town and already there. Oh yea....THEN THEY LOST MY KEYS! Dont go here, youll regret it!

Went in ask them to put new tires on did my shopping and came out and there was my car hassle free

I just checked, and the price did go up! I, too, always used Walmart to replace my tires cause they were the cheapest place. But, I would take em off and carry-in as I dont know whether a torque stick would be used.. I was quoted $19.50 over the phone, 1/07/17. Not sure if that included the disposal fee or not. I work at a parts store, and Ive heard many complaints about them ruining lug nuts/studs. Guess I have to ask around now.

I would give less than one star if I could. The auto center was packed, and after waiting in line for a half hour they kept passing me around from clerk to clerk as none wanted to help me, until I got fed up and left.

Slowest garage I have ever seen waited 3 hrs for a oil change with just two cars ahead of me. With 5 mechanics on duty moving slower than molasses...

They dont care about you waiting 2 hours !

Horrible service. Came in night before was told they had several tires available. Called 15 minutes before I arrived to make sure they had tires. Showed up and they only had one available.
