Takes a lifetime to find good honest mechanics! This place will treat you right! They could have easily charged me hundreds or even over a thousand for what turns out to be an alignment and balance issue.

I couldnt possibly be more pleased by the services provided by Total Care Auto! I manage a busy appliance repair company and deal with fleet vehicle repairs all too often that generally result in inflated fees and several days down-time. NOT the case with Total Care! I had a vehicle towed into their service center around lunch time and they were able to diagnose and repair it before the close of business that day! The staff was exceedingly knowledgeable, they offered a couple options for the repair and performed the service at a rate that was beyond competitive.While I hope we will not need repair services again anytime soon, I will certainly utilize and highly recommend Total Care Auto for any auto repairs in the future.

Wanted to have some minor exhaust mods done to my car. I called them at 10am and they had it on the lift by 1:30 p.m. Quick work and priced fairly. Will return for any other exhaust mods and will recommend to anyone that needs mechanic work done.

I really hate to give a bad review. Im very upset that when my fan was replaced the negligent mechanic did not put the brackets that hold my radiator hose up back on. 😡 pretty angry about this!!! This is not something I can go buy it has to be special order. I am beyond furious.

Sadly they have lost a customer and my business. I have been taking my vehicles here for a while, last time I went was for an oil change...simple right? No they broke a part on my vehicle and made me pay for the replacement. Highly disappointed. Wouldnt recommend it has went under!

Total care car is the only place that I will let work on my car.. If they cant fix it they send me to someone who can fix it.. If you cant get to them they Will come and get you and then take u back home free of charge and every single gentle man who works there is awesome and very friendly... I would recommend that if u have any issues with ur car I say go to these guys... Mr. Jack and Mr Mark are the two gentlemen I talk to every time and they are very nice they joke with ya.. So yes I would recommend you taking ur car to these guys 1000%. ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND GOOD WORKING MEN NOW A DAYS.. IF I COULD GIVE YALL 1000 STARS I SO WOULD.. The owner was amazing. We got our transmission replaced cheaper than other places in the area. We had a shifter cable break the day we got it back ( not due to any of total cares workmanship). Not only did he offer to pay tow bill, he fixed it for free. Best customer service hands down.

They was a God send when my 06 F150 was not running but they didn’t give up until thy found the problem. After I had changed my fuel pump and still nothing, I had it towed there and they researched it til they found that there was a recall on my F150 that caused the problems. After new fuel lines and fuel pump it was just a simple fix. To make it better they paid 1/2 part expeensives to fix it after all rest failed. The best auto repair shop in the entire Clarksburg, WV area! The owner Marc, is fantastic to work with, and your vehicle will definitely be fixed the right way.

Had my car towed in on Wed and they were supposed to look at it after 1 on Thursday. Called today(Monday) and they still didnt look at it. Supposed to look at it today and still havent heard from them. They have the car parked so far in the back had a hard time fi ding it. Not very happy with them. I might hear from them brfore I move in Sept.2020 but I doubt it.

Great honest people to deal with . If youre looking for a reasonable place to take a car they are pretty fair . They can fix just about anything and if they cant very knowledgeable in even helping you.

These folks exceeded my expectations! We were traveling home and in a bind.. Our a/c stopped working out of no where mid-summer. I called multiple places in Fairmont who werent helpful in such a short time. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mark who answered on the first call. Mark at Total Care Auto Repair went out of his way to get us in immediately, fixed our air conditioning in no time, and he even surprised us by picking us up in our car at a nearby restaurant we walked to after it was ready to go. Updated Nov. 18, 2019Had some routine maintenance done - replacing a lot of bulbs and lamps around the tail lights and headlights - they even replaced ones I didn’t know were burned out. Great eye for detail. Also had the oil pressure gauge replaced. Fair pricing and great, quick service. Still wouldn’t trust anyone in town but these guys!Review from two years ago:Have trusted these guys for over ten years (Ive owned a variety of car types: Chrysler New Yorker, Dodge Neon, Subaru Impreza, and Pontiac Bonnevile) with getting repairs to my cars done. In every case its been on time and at a reasonable cost. Mark and his outstanding crew have never let me down.

Had my Mercedes worked on by these people and the first time they put the carrier bearing for the driveshaft in backwards. So when it started making the same sounds it was before and then stopped working again. My son had it towed back to these people and they even admitted they had put the carrier bearing in backwards ( we have it on a recording) then said it needed a master cylinder and they were to replace the brake lines and install the new high performance brakes and slotted rotors I bought for the Mercedes. I paid $500 for the slotted rotors and brakes and these idiots couldnt even put them on right. Its been 2 weeks the car is making the same grinding sound from the driveshaft again, the new rotors have deep groves in all 4 of them and the brakes squeal every time we push them. It also has a new noise coming from under the car. They said they didnt do anything wrong and we have to sue them to get it fixed right now. I will be taking the SUV to the Mercedes dealership to have their service department look at what damage has been caused by this total car care place and I will be pursuing a law suit against them. I would never recommend taking any car you want to run or drive right again to these people they dont know what they are doing especially with foreign cars!!
