Covid in there business and didnt tell my daughter and I picked her up and she has a 2yr old daughter. No body at the health dept would tell us. But your business had time to call cancel appts and say they had a positive case they was closing for the day. Thank you Firestone for not keeping our family safe.

Made appt for 0700, called ahead for tires and alignment. Get there early only for the manger to tell me they don’t have the sandbags they need to balance a 35inch tire and their lifts won’t lift a 2500 truck….. would not recommend will not waste time with them again.

Rediculous. Go down at 9:30 a.m for a state inspection. They say we have a spot available, but we only have 1 inspector. So give us a couple hours. Called at the 4 hour mark to check in and they said they were sorry to just be patient and to give them an hour or 2 more.They didnt even call us by the time they closed at 6p.m. We had to walk there for them to tell us they couldnt get to it and to bring it back tomorrow. 9 hours. Never again! 1 million thumbs down.

For 11 years theyve always been honest, good price, never ripped off, quick, reliable work. I drive from Fairmont to go here bc if their good service and mechanics.

Went here for oil change. Was told my power steering pump needed changed. $1600 for pump and labor. Went to another garage was told $400 for labor plus part. Then 2 months after “oil” change my motor locked up was told no oil in motor. No leak could be found.

Friendly and timely service. Very professional and we will go back here again.

We recently needed tires on our vehicles so we called Firestone to get it done. Their sales manager was extremely polite and helped me get the appointments I needed. Please keep in mind they were extremely busy but they still worked with us to get our cars done when we needed it so if youre in a time crunch make sure you free up a day. This was no issue to us as it was conveyed up front and I was offered an appointment on a different day if the wait for that day was unacceptable. I cannot tell you how many times I have had an appointment and ended up waiting 4-6 hours on my vehicle. The price I was quoted for the services I requested was exactly what we paid! No hidden costs that were tacked on later! The work from their technicians was really good as we have had zero problems with our new tires!

After an unfortunate breakdown on the way to Baltimore, I was towed to Clarksburg Firestone, where Guy and Ben stayed late to get me into the system. They made sure that I made it to a local motel and that I got safely on the road the next day. It was quite a fiasco to get all the parts I needed to fix my car and they were incredibly supportive and did all they could for me during a very busy time at their shop. They more than exceeded my expectations and I could not be more thankful that they are the shop I was towed to!I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who wants fair and kind people to work on your car!

Had an appointment for a wheel balance but the wait was very long - i couldnt wait any longer. HOWEVER, they compensated me very fairly for making me wait and were able to fit me in the next day and helped me out. GREAT customer service and good people. will return.

Took tire in for a leak, thought it was a nail but it turned out to be a cracked rim. They couldnt fix it, no repair shop could and they didnt charge me a thing. Put air in it and went on my way. Great place.

Been going to Firestone for a good while now, friendly staff, especially to those who dont know much about cars. Firestone appears to invest in their staff with professional development by getting additional certification and continual training. Was able to get my car back and running in no time! Typically a quick turn around and provided me some preventative feedback that helped prevent issues down the road.

Honest good men. Always break down explanations and cost vs competition prices. Have used this store for 5 years now and I will continue to. They changed some things around but still the best store/shop anywhere in Harrison county.

I’ve been buying tires at this shop now for years and never had a bad experience. I’ve probably bought 20+ tires from them and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even call around for prices any more because they always have the best deal. Ramon and Dave are super honest guys and have taken care of me 100% when I’ve had any kind of issue.

Completely worthless. Scheduled an AC Compressor replacement a week in advance. Clearly articulated what I needed, and that I would be bringing a new compressor with me.Associate assured me that was fine, then scheduled me for an AC recharge instead and refused to do the work or even touch the compressor when I arrived.

Great service and reasonable prices for basic mechanical fixes. Call ahead for pricing and availability. They do offer lifetime alignment for 2x basic alignment charge. If youre keeping your vehicle for more than 2 years it is totally worth it. Lifetime tire rotation with purchase of tires. Can offer discounts if you ask.

Unlike a lot of other places, they dont take advantage of female customers. I dont get overcharged for service & they work with my busy & hectic schedule. Theyre great!

This used to be my preferred garage in Clarksburg. The employees were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Unfortunately due to a management policy change they will no longer use customer supplied oil and filters. I am not willing to accept whatever parts that the management can get at a discount.

Many thanks to store manager Ramon and his staff at Firestone auto care in Clarksburg WV for outstanding customer service on April 4. We were travelling north back to Canada when one of the tires on our 2017 Chevy Cruse was destroyed in a pothole on highway I-79. The Chevy dealer did not have the tire we needed, but located one at Firestone. Ramon agreed to remain open later than usual and wait for us to arrive, so the new tire could be installed and we could continue on our way.Great customer service! Thanks.

Took my truck in at 8 a.m. at 6 p.m. they still hadnt touched it. Called back the next day and they said they would order brake lines and I could bring it in to get fixed. Called several times they never called back put me on hold for an hour. Just left my phone on speaker phone called back and they answered put me on hold again. Call and talk to David he said Ramon would call me back never called back. I think they have friends and employees give the good ratings because no one Ive talked to has had a positive experience with these Jokers

Ramon Verches and Dave Terry at Firestone in Clarksburg, WV came through for us and went above and beyond to get my wife, 1 year old son, and I back on the road after getting a screw in the tire of our rental car. It was worth the 30min drive back north because they were confident they had the tire in stock, and could squeeze us into their busy schedule. When we got to the shop they got our car right in and got the tire switched out for us. Dave even called Hertz and dealt with them to get everything situated for us! If we weren’t from Indiana, I would see these guys for all our automotive care needs. Thanks guys!

Amazing service! I own a Saab, which most places dont even want to touch even for common issues. Every foreign auto service business in the area had at least a 2-3 week waiting period to get me in. My husband takes his Rav4 to Firestone and really loves the service so he called them up to see if theyd be willing to replace my leaking water pump. I had my car towed there, and less than 24 hrs. later they had replaced the water pump and Im on my way. I cannot say enough about the great service, and friendly staff, especially Ramone! Thank you, Firestone!

I paid for a lifetime alignment. They not only DIDNT do an alignment, but lied to me and said it was in perfect alignment...AND my new tire was punctured in two places. At least they gave me back the money I spent. My time and trust, however, is forever lost.

The guy at the front desk is the reason we came in. We called around trying to find the best tires for our price range and he was so nice and helpful! Yall owe him a raise!

I took my 22 wheels on low pros there for my 2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor because I couldnt figure out why the steering wheel was shaking. That when I met the every so friendly, full of character, Raider fan Ramon. We went through countless science experiments even to the point where I was refunded my money because we couldnt quite get it how I wanted it. Mechanics drove it and I drove it with mechanics to see if we had it but to no.Finally they just went ahead and put my wheels back on because too much time was being spent on these high dollar custom wheels with hopes that I would be calling back to have them put my stock wheels back on. WELL RAMON MY FRIEND...WE GOT IT!!!!!.Stearing wheel does not shake!!!!! After 2 weeks and 5 big name tire shops between morgantown and parkersburg Firestone RAMON and the boys got it right!!!!! Service was professional and pricing was very acceptable. When Im in the area this is where I go for auto repair....Tavis
