Very professional and personable from Kristy to Fred to Sarah and to the owner whose name I can’t remember how to spell. 😁 Even gave me a hat, shirt and keychain for free, who does that anymore, not many. Anyway we were looking all over for a Kia Carnival and it seems the smaller dealers were selling them above MSRP, but Freedom was fair and worked with me to help us get a good deal. I would recommend working with them any day.

I flew all the way from Albuquerque NM to West Virginia to purchase a vehicle. I know, call me crazy, however the only reason I did was because of the professionalism that I was treated with. Mike Holepit was a true professional from the first day I talked to him on the phone to the day I picked up my vehicle. I got to meet some of the staff and they were the friendliest folks around. Usually, I dread going to car dealerships because of the vulture like sellsmen/women. Ive bought two cars from this dealership and have had two different salesmen. Both times, we were not rushed or pressured into anything. They worked with us, we worked with them and made a deal that worked for us.

Just got an oil change and state inspection a few days ago. Friday August 7th in the mid morning. I LOVE their/your services. I really love the fact that they can care less I have a 16 Corolla not a Kia of any kind. I also love the fact they are just right down the road from us and you dont have to get on and off the interstate highway. Service and salespeople both are extremely nice helpful and straight up honest with any question you have. Until I see you guys in November with my dads car...KEEP IT REAL And DONT EVER CHANGE!

Overall I had an okay experience. They really went above and beyond to try to get me a deal! In the end I purchased a Kia elsewhere. This was not met with a congrats when the this dealership reached out to me. I was called 10 times repeatedly, even after I left a message saying that I was currently unavailable. This was very disappointing... and annoying!

Worst vehicle that we had ever owned from the worst dealership! After paying for multiple visits to service our Sorento for the same problem, they finally called us to tell us that we need a new motor. Our car was 2 years old, 28,000 miles. When we arrive the next day to pick up our vehicle, we waited for 30 min for them to tell us that the mechanic took our car keys home with him by accident. We waited an additional 2 HOURS for this mechanic to drive from Fairmont to return our keys! No apologies from anyone for the pathetic service.

I went to Freedom KIA with different circumstances. I spoke with Paige and she was wonderful on the phone. She also took care of us when we went to the dealership. Everything went so smooth. Thank you Paige and thank you Freedom KIA. Highly recommended!

Do not recommend!They tacked on unnecessary fees to my contract without telling me! When u call to speak to someone they connect you over it goes straight to voicemail.You can leave message after message and never get a call back (going on 2 weeks) so you have to drive (for me 45mins) just to speak with someone I do not recommend going here they are very disrespectful staff and they do not help u the way they promise when signing the contract! Their “FREE” car washes aren’t really free! They charge u without telling u on the contract! As well as for the oil changes I will never go back to this place to get another vehicle I’m hoping to get out of my Kia so I do not have to deal with them at all any longer!!!

I Curbed my tire about 3 miles before my tire light came on, my tire was going flat. I pulled off the interstate into the Kia dealership. I drive a Honda. I was on the backside of their building, but a sales associate and a service department man we’re taking their break and saw me. They both immediately came over to see if they could help. Bill immediately said he would get the tire blown back up and get us around the building to service. Deven spoke with my daughter and granddaughter, assured them all was well. Thanks so much for the great friendly service.

The service we got was very poor, weve been trying to contact the general manager since we bought the vehicle and still have not gotten any response back. Their cars are also over priced we had this car appraised at 2 other Kia dealerships and both said its only worth $15,000 they had it priced at $20,000
