We have used Unifirsts services for several years now. Services are great. Their employees are some of the most helpful and respectful people that I have encountered. We have worked closely with John Miller for some time and he is always eager to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. He always goes above and beyond and it does not go unnoticed. Sales pitch is a scam . Tricked into signing 5 year contract after being told that they would work with us if things didnt work out. After paying them religiously for 2 years even after we tried to return them I just got fed up and asked for the payoff so we could be done with them. They sent a bill for $4500.00. Just make sure you realize what you are signing and dont take anything they tell you verbally as part of the deal.

I have been the office manager with this branch of Luby for over four years and we have had the same UniFirst representative since before I joined the company. Bob Hupps, our UniFirst guy, is always a helpful and cheery addition to our Thursday mornings. He is always quick to answer any of our questions and go above and beyond to help with uniform repairs and requests (and as an oil and gas services company, we usually have a lot of them). As a manager, I try to be very conscious of whether or not a business is offering a worthwhile product at a good price with great service.
