I bought a Stihl 261CM chainsaw and a combination pole saw and trimmer. The guys were great and walked me through fluids and operation of each tool. Great service! I’d definitely recommend WV Outdoor Power.

I Called about a mower in late winter early spring. Spoke with Corey. Told me as soon as they got one in stock they would call me. He called back in a few weeks and had it ready for me the next day. Went over the mower with me. Great experience. Would shop there again.

Poor service, scheduled a pick up, got confirmation parts in stock, given an estimated cost. Told would get back the next week (pickup and delivery is Tuesday) wait for a call all week for exact cost. No call. Go to shop an told I didnt buy it there, anyone who did would be worked on first especially if landscapers. Good service would be to inform the customer of their first come means nothing policy. Bad policy bad customer service. Hopefully I can get it to mow last time before it snows.

If they dont have it they will order it for you. They follow up on your order. Good people providing good service at a reasonable prrice.
