Ive rented a trailer from here on two different occasions. The couple who manage the place were a pleasure to work with! Plus, both times they attached the trailer correctly and check for mistakes before they sent me off. For all other U-Haul places, Ive had to go behind them and fix dragging chains and unsecured wires. Id recommend them to anyone!

I found the Manager to be very nice and helpful. The gentlemen that built the 12x16 Barn style shed for me did outstanding work. I highly recommend The Lot

I know Im partial as I volunteer there once a week, but the dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction displayed by the staff at the Lot is noteworthy. They all go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisified.

I purchased a unit from this place and it has been a disaster. It seems the only goal is to make the sale and then its hands off from there. You purchase from another company whom You cant even contact or get the name of. I added a double gate to make sure my unit would fit, its even written on the order but the day of delivery, Im told the gate is too small and they have never had this problem. I was told I could pay the balance with my credit card but upon delivery, the delivery guys say thats not true and these companys dont work together. How can I make a purchase through this company to you if you all dont work together?? Needless to say we had to go by the office and pay the balance and Beky, in the office was looking as though she was completely lost when the information came from her office. Now the company that took the fence down is at my door for a payment and we cant get a hold of anyone. I have called for the manager twice today with no call back and no response. After talking to the fence guy, he has no clue so he called the company that makes the storage unit. He got the same BS answer I got. They are Amisi and dont have contact until they call the office to check their messages. Thats funny because I paid The Lot for my unit and seem to have gotten that payment from a company that the have no dealings with?? Diaster, I have paid for the unit now Im trying to make sure the Fencing guy gets his money because they were suppose to pay half and no one will return the call. I stand behind this post 100% 20years United States Navy... Honor Courage commitment.!!!!
