I patronized Home Depot needing parts to stop a continious drip in a kitchen sink faucet.The decorative faucet was originally purchased at Home Depot. There were zero repair parts for the faucet.It seems to me if your going to sell a propriety brand of faucet you would also stock the most common repair parts for the faucet in store.The in-store help in the plumbing department was superb.

Great place but they didnt have all the carpet we needed and the lady didnt seem to know when more would arrive.

Being a contractor, I am at home Depot multiple times a week. Today I went in for gardening supplies and was pleasantly surprised to see the selection they had out already. Home Depot is a great store that is run by a great conservative owner. I highly recommend shopping at home Depot.

Picked up a leaf sweeper that we ordered. Explained that I had a military ID but was unable to get the 10% of online. Was told discount was only good for items sold in store and sweeper was not an item in the store.

Had a 15% off coupon they WOULD NOT HONOR. Wanted to spend about 1600.00 on a back up Generator. Associate at help desk wouldnt even call manager at our request. We drove over to Lowes & looked. Were now checking Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, and on line.ANYWHERE BUT home depot!!!!The locks, Furnace filters, keys, and paint we needed were purchased at Lowes, the 1st Big box Hardware store I will continue to check 1st as we remodel our new home. Wont be back to HD anytime soon. Ace will be my 2nd look for items, Do it Best my 3rd.Oct 25th update...I can now Gladly add, we made a purchase of a comparable unit in size, better brand by reputation at Ace Hardware. They were happy to give us 10% off and FREE SHIPPING to our door.So very happy to give Ace Hardware our business. We wont be walking into Home Depot any time soon!

Pretty crowded during the day as is the same with most home depots. Didnt have to wait in line to terribly long. Things are organized well and easy to find. Parking lot is accommodating to lots of cars trucks vans. Trucks and trailers. And with handicap and specific area for trailer parking.

Found what I was looking for with minimal effort. Nice staff

Good meat slicer. Would not cut the bone in a Boston Butt thus the 3 star rating. This slicer is great for a solid muscle of meat.

I purchased this Acko stool for my wife to keep in her bedroom closet so she can reach the top shelf more easily. I actually have the shorter (7 or so) version in my own closet so its not such a struggle getting to that top shelf. I love that we can keep these folded up and leaning against the wall when were not using them, so they take up almost no space. When you need this stool it unfolds very quickly, then folds up just as quickly when youre done using it.Im not sure I would test this stool with a 400-pound person, but Im a fully grown adult and it has shown no stress under my weight. Its not wobbly, but it can have a SLIGHT wiggle to it, so I dont think I would be comfortable using it for a long project (painting a wall, for example). But for short uses like getting something off a high shelf, this cant be beat, especially since it folds up so compactly. A great value

Store is clean and very well stocked, all store associates are very friendly and if you ask for assistance they assist right away. This location has always been very focused on customer service, they are better than 90% of the other locations that Ive been to. This should be a training store for other locations around the country.

Havent been there in a while. Its on the opposite side of town. The store is totally different than my last visit. Things are much easier to find and the staff is very helpful.

Home Depot is a good home improvement retailer. I looked for garage doors and they had a nice Clopay kiosk in the window department. The display didnt answer all my questions so I looked for an employee to help. No luck. Ill order online and have them delivered for free so it shouldnt be a problem however. My wife shopped the garden center and picked up several plants to fill her beds at home. Good service and n waiting.

Its a nice alternative to Lowes and gives us other options sometimes.

Will not go back to Home Depot in Clarksville. We are from Las Vegas and never had a problem with my husband showing his driver license that clearly states he is a veteran we always got the military discount. Had girl at register tell us she had to ask if that was acceptable 🤔 everyone who has or still is military the dmv has to get your dd214 to verify your military to put a status on ur driver license so we waited to get some guy over to say no and they only give veterans discounts on certain days I said what …. Never had a problem like that in my life with Home Depot in Vegas let’s just say we left our stuff at register that was well over 1000 dollars and went to Lowe’s where there was no problem with getting that discount. Lowe’s in Clarksville is the way to go by the looks of just one Home Depot in Clarksville and probably 5 Lowe’s I can see why.

I hate this place so much that I just keep giving them my money and keep going back to do the same thing time after time. Good selection of home improvement projects and items needed. Services are good. I really enjoy the workshops and love how they have it set up. I have been doing that with my kids and it has created memories and lessons to build on.

Nice store on smaller side but seem to have most everything you need. Staff is friendly and helpful most are quite knowledgeable in surroundings departments. If it is outside of their purview will get assistance.

Im sure we all know what home depot is bit for those of you who dont go here often let me explain that this place cam assist you not only with houses, but vehicles as well. I commonly go to their fasteners section to find bolts and nuts that I need for my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

We just recently had our bathroom redone because we had a leaky toilet that caused sub floor damage severely. We received a recommendation for Watts Maintenance in Clarksville Tennessee. I will just tell you this, they are amazing! Kris Watts and his guys are truly one of a kind. They do amazing work! They went over and beyond taking care of our needs. I had absolutely no concerns and no worries they thought of even the tiniest little detail and took care of it. Matthew and his son Jacob were fantastic, They do tremendous work! They were all very polite, respectful, wonderful people. I will call no one else but them to have any kind of work done on my house They Are That Good!!!Thank you Watts Maintenance!!!

Wasnt getting assistance this trip, had a difficult time finding things.... I usually find assistance easily though 🤷

On April 2020 we bought a troy bilt riding mower. On May 2021 our lawnmower stopped working so my husband took the hood off and it was all rusty inside. We keep a cover on it. We tried to find parts for it but we found out it is a 2018 model. Why is the mower two years old when we bought it in 2020? We called corporate and the store we bought it from and they said we would have to pay to have it fixed or buy a new one! This is not right, now we are stuck paying for a lawnmower that doesnt run and they do not care.

Home Depot Must have the worst delivery service of any major chain store. Get this. We call Home Depot the night before saying “hey we havent heard anything on our delivery.” They tell us yeah it’s on schedule for tomorrow, 8-12. Okay. Later that evening we finally get a call confirming. We call the next morning around 830 or so and they said times are still the same but you are fifth in line. Okay. They call my wife and for what ever reason it went straight to voice mail. This was at 930 telling us they are 30 minutes out. Of course the voice mail was missed called never popped up until about 10:10 and so she tries to call back and the delivery guy said no way we have other deliveries. We get that. However here is the kicker. Not once did my wife get a second call saying hey were are here, where are you. What’s even worse is that my mother-in-law lives 10 minutes away and even more worse is our builder and all his other crew were outside and in the house. Yet no phone call, no attempt to even try to deliver. That’s terrible customer service!! So now we have moved into the house and have no refrigerator for 7 days. We even tried to get it delivered at an earlier date but LG controls this and there is nothing Home Depot can do. Just beware of getting items delivered by The Home Depot

Didnt have what I needed but the salesperson was very nice and the store is clean, organized and spacious.

I picked up trim pieces to build a frame around the mirror in my second bathroom. They had a great selection and saved me a lot of time. I also picked up some Behr paint in American Anthem and ordered 6 inch by 8 foot bead board panels and baseboard to cover the ceiling. The bathroom looks fantastic!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered.The first employee that I found after walking through aisles, I politely asked for his assistance, he rudely asked me what I wanted and sent me away to an aisle to wait for an employee who never showed up and when I asked for help again I was talked down to yet again. Long story short...waited in vain cause no one came to help. I took what I thought could fix the problem in my home, paid and left.The girl who rung me up was very polite though.I just moved here from a small town and we never treat people the way these employees treated me today. It’s sad how people can be so miserable.

Bought a dishwasher and paid to have it installed. They brought it and apparently Don’t know how to do that so now I have to get a plumber because I have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen. I wish I’d known it would be like this I would’ve saved the delivery fee and picked it up myself!

Called to get a quote on some lumber for a deck and a handicap ramp . Was told there was no one there to help me. It seem customer service is a thing of the past. Everyone is to busy to help the customer anymore. Not as friendly and helpful as it was when I worked there in the early 2000s . I wont waste anymore time doing business with The Home Depot.

To be honest, Lowes is my go to place for most everything. Having said that, Home Depot usually has what Im looking for when Lowes does not. There was a door greeter there. And the employee in the aisle who helped me locate a hard to find bolt was very friendly and took Mr right to what I was looking for.

Home Depots great. But I wish they gave all veterans a 10% discount like Lowes does. I asked for a discount the associate gave it to me. But technically she didnt have too. Because Im not retired or active duty. Just an ex servicemen.

Waited almost 2 weeks for one item. Multiple times the tracker told me the package was ready for pick up only to call to confirm and find out it was delayed. I understand delays but ZERO communication was provided until I called. Finally gets to the store and its been several days they are preparing your order. It is 1 item and if its there just call me to pick it up. Could have spent 20 more bucks and gotten it from the other big box store which has given me no issues in the past even during the pandemic.

DO NOT EVER HAVE THEM INSTALL ANYTHING!!!!! THEY DO NOT RESOLVE WARRANY ISSUES THAT THEY DID WHEN U ARE IN YOUR WARRANTY AND USE THE CHEAPEST THIRD PARTY INSTALLERS

Ordered washers and dryers from the store with the accessories to get a free installation. The guys that delivered it tried to make my wife tip 50 dollars for installation and claimed that it wasn’t included even though we were told it was. This one star is for those two guys spreading false information. The manager was helpful and the Home Depot staff were helpful.

Very poor quality,I went yesterday, I was in hardware department and the guy send me to autozone,I wanna to buy more stuff product missing,too many holes in the store and I wanted to buy flowers all dead,come on,get a grip or hire better people,I used to be a met person and home depot was my favorite place to shop, it was indeed a thrill shop experience.

Generally this store is always been great, last visit just rubbed me the wrong way. All I wanted is for them to price match an item that sold as a 12 pack online on their own website which was sold individually in store. Was offered a fraction of the difference even though they knew it was drastically cheaper online. Unfortunately cause this was a time sensitive thing I just had to go elsewhere and they honored home depots online price. Crazy to think a competitor honored the price.

Yet again, another landscape project, so off to Home Depot we go, because they never disappoint! Always so helpful!!

Found everything I needed. Jigsaw, blades, ceiling fan. Lady at check out was not nice at all. Didnt say anything as I came up. After scanning my items, said anything else? Older lady who could pass as a gentleman had I not seen hoop earrings. I said thank you as she handed me my receipt. Didnt say a word to me.

Doesnt enforce mask policy. Nothing else matters at the moment. They could be giving away a thousand dollars in free stuff every time you walk in the door. One star for lax mask policy enforcement.
