I bought a 2021 Indian Challenger from CC power sports. I couldnt be happier. JB was awesome to work with. She was patient, professional and answered all my questions. I looked around and took my time and at no point was there any pressure at all. JB is the best in the business. She went out of her way to help me and I cant thank her enough. Took my husbands bike in on 7/13/2021 and they still dont have it done. Granted there was alot of work to be done. They called and said that the tires, oil change, brakes, turn signals, lifters adjustment, sprocket and chain jobs were done on 8/11/2021 but now the starter needed replaced. Its now 2 weeks later and they still dont even have the starter! Its been 6 weeks and they still have his bike!UPDATE 9/15/2021They still do not have my starter and was informed by Matt (I think that was his name) that he didnt know anything! I will NEVER AGAIN take my bike here to have ANYTHING DONE!THEYRE HAPPY WHEN YOURE GIVING THEM MONEY! The estimated total of everything that is being done to my bike is $3800.00. You think theyd give me a more pleasant experience! But nope!I drop my rating from a 2 to a 1! Wish I could rate a -0!

The salesman (Jamie) was very honest and professional, and I felt that he genuinely loved motorcycles, and his job. He was a pleasure to work with, and made buying my bike a breeze. He introduced me to the staff at CC Powersports, and the same thing could be said about all of them. I would absolutely recommend buying a bike from them. It was genuinely the most enjoyable dealership experience I’ve ever had.Wayne, the finance dude (if that’s not his official job title, change it ASAP) was also pretty rad. He made the transaction fast, and had very clear answers to any questions I had. He also didn’t try to push additional warranty sales or some of the other things that other dealerships do. I was made aware of my warranty options, but in no way pressured. That was refreshing.

Good employees,nice collection of different cycles, helmets, and accessories. They really put up with me, but they were very nice about it. I went back probably three times and bought other stuff for my cycle, even though Im a mess. They just put up with me and treating me just really well I give him a five-star, for everything they had in the store and how they are. But for putting up with me and Im serious, I laugh about it but I honestly give them 100% more way more than five stars for putting up with me. Theyre well worth going back to. Recently bought a 2022 Indian FTR-S. The process couldnt have been any easier and JB was great to work with. I had called ahead about the motorcycle and on the day I picked it up, JB showed me the features, I signed all the paperwork and was riding within about half an hour. Without Mr. Jordan, there is no way this sale would have went as smooth as it did. While in the search for an ATV, we went to many places, called, and did the research. CC powersports was the only dealer that had what we wanted and can provide the service to back up the sale.

This is my first time in the service dept .. the staffs member are very knowledgeable and friendly... I’ve always buy my parts from here... great place todo business with... they know their products... check them out!!

Service here is terrible, as I’m looking for replacement odds and ends, metric nuts/bolts etc.... specific to my KTM I am repeatedly told by the parts department they can’t help me. Today I asked for a simple mount and balance of a front tire and again I was left with “there’s nothing we can do for you sir” so instead of getting my new tire mounted I am left to ride a worn out unsafe and illegal tire if I choose to continue to ride. I wasn’t turned down because they’re too busy mind you, I was turned down because they will not mount a tire not purchased from them. Even though I had called the week prior looking for this specific tire and I was again met with “sorry we can’t help you”. It makes me disgusted that any motorcycle dealer would treat the riders of its brand this way. Overall my experience here is that they have a horrible service department and unpleasant staff.

I recently purchased my RZR from CC Powersports, and I had the best experience. Jordan was so helpful and helped me find the right RZR for me. I couldn’t have found a better salesman to assist me with this. All my questions were answered and didn’t feel rushed in closing the deal. Just an overall great experience!

Jamie got us started on a bike and as they were doing our credit check I got to meet Dreama. Shes awesome! We were talking about current events going on in the world and I told her about my mask causing my glasses to fog up and she gave me the perfect anti fog spray that I now use all the time!! I stopped by CC Powersports in Clarksville today to find a replacement visor for my motorcycle helmet. I was quickly greeted at the Parts area, told the salesman what I was looking for, and he took a few minutes to find me many different types of visors to fit my helmet. Quick buy and I am done.But I couldn’t stop there. I was allowed free reign to check out their awesome assortment of new motorcycles unhandled. I have my eye on one and may be able to purchase in the Spring. Overall I very good shopping experience!

The parts department seemed like they didn’t want to help me when I called to ask about a simple part. Not sure if he wasn’t knowledgeable or what…I’ll just order my part online somewhere else.

The only reason this business is getting 5 stars is because of two women who went out of their way to help. JB sold me my bike back in February and worked everything with me! Outstanding and knowledgeable. I was in a motorcycle accident about a month ago where I had been ran off the road and have been asking for help with the refund of the paid warranties to get to the lien holder. Called today as a follow up and Wayne was the one I needed to speak with. He was absolutely rude and seemed to care less what I needed because he had customers there to make money off of. Asked one questing before being responded to with “hey everyone just stop and take a breathe this stuff doesn’t happen on a dime. And I wouldn’t be talking to you anyway it would go straight to the credit union” (which I had on the line with me because they hadn’t heard anything either). Finally he just sent us to Mrs. Jackie who was way more pleasing to talk with and actually seemed to care about what was going on. So to these two ladies I absolutely applaud you for being amazing at what you do. And I recommend anyone to them. And I recommend nobody deal with Wayne unless all you care about is him taking your money and you leaving. I get it he is in sales/retail and wants to make money but it should be about more than that. 5 stars for a beautiful collection of bikes and ATVs and for the amazing women who were helpful. So yes I do recommend them just not him.

Had the battery we needed, but not the wiring harness or silicon rectifier. They were able to order the silicon rectifier but not the harness. Still gave me dinner great leads to find what I need. Eric was very helpful and knowledgable.

Went to buy tires. I waited a month and was given two promice dates they would ship.The counter people would pass the problem to management. The management never once called with a followed up as promised.There word is worthless. So I got my money back after a month of wasted time. Then he tells me if you need anything call me in person.yea, right . it was the same story on a bike I was interested in. Hey. Guess what you will never see me again.

This place is a total scam. I bought tires that I wanted on my bike that they did not have. The bike was bought new from there. They still charge $75 for a back tire install and $50 for a front. I would go anywhere else but this place. They will never get another dollar from me. The service guys are rude and useless. I went in and talked to them prior to doing this and they indicated no problem. The day I take the bike and the tires, they have an issue. The only reason they have 1 star, is because I could not give them 0 stars.

Will not let you in without a mask even if you cannot medically wear one. I do not need someone who sells some of the most dangerous vehicles on the planet telling me how to live my life.

Had a great experience with Dreama. Had no clue what to get my son. She was very helpful. We will be back.

Worst service department Ive evet dealt with. I bought two brand new Honda dirt bikes from CC Powersports. Paid cash, no issues. A few months later I got mud in the engine of one of them. I immediatly drained & cycled the oil and called CC Powespots service department the next day. I was told to bring it in & theyd get to it right away. I told them during the call & when I dropped the bike off that there was water in the engine & it had to be opened up as soon as possible. They assured me both times theyd get right on it. Afterward I called every 1-3 days for 3 weeks to check on it. Every time they had a new excuse or told me theyd call me back but never did. One call they told me they were just too busy building new bikes, I asked for the manager to call me who never did. Finally, over three weeks later I got a call from them. They told me that the engine had been badly damaged, would cost more than the bike was worth to repiar, & they didnt want to mess with it. I had to pay approximatly $435 to get it back, in pieces! I took it to another mechanic who charged me a little over $900 to wash & rebuild the engine. The other mechanic told me that besides haveing mud in it there was nothing wrong with the engine & the only reason he had to charge me so much eas because the valves had to be replaced because they had sat in water for so long.The bottom line is they dont care about you inless youre buying a new bike. I now belong to one of the largest AMA clubs in the region & have heard similar stories. Dont do business with them!

My brother rode his 2019 Harley to CC Powersports today to look at 2020 Honda Goldwing. He was fully prepared to purchase one. The salesperson sitting at desk closest to the Goldwings looked up, made brief eye contact, then returned to stare at his phone. My brother looked around a bit longer then ultimately left totally disgusted with the lack of customer service at the Honda side of CC Powersports. Note: While over at the Indian side of CC, an extremely polite salesperson asked if he needed assistance for the Indian Challenger he was looking at.

Great friendly staff, did not pressure me, but waited until I was ready for help. Jordan was the associate that helped me get on my new motorcycle. Jordan was excellent! Answered any questions I had or made sure to get the answer for me. He took the time to get to know me and what kind of riding I like to do. Gave great suggestions for products that fit my riding style and got me out the door without any hassle. Definitely recommend Jordan or any of the staff to get you on your next toy!

Looked all over for a Polaris Sportsman. Found it at CC Powersports Clarksville. They have the best price and customer service around. Go see Jordan he will hook you up.

CC Powersports was excellent! We bought a 2019 Raptor 700 and a 2020 Polaris Sportsman. Jaime JB Bary was awesome during both of our purchases and made it hassle free! I highly recommend CC Powersports if you are looking to buy a new ATV.

Very long rant, sorry. We will never give them a other dime. Me and my wife paid cash for her Can-AM, sitting with the our check book out and our sales person was more concerned with someone that was asking questions. We were waiting allot. Bought the bike, and of course my wife wanted to add accesories. Bought a couple of things paid for online and just walked in and picked them up, pleasant very easy.Got an email from them Welcome to the family with that we get 5% discount. We bought more accesories they didnt have all of what we wanted went to Shepherdsville location they were awesome they honered the discount from another location no questions. This store will get all of my money. Went to Clarksville to pick it up what we wanted, noone greated me, went to parts to pick up the accesories and to get the discount, we had to email the email to them so they can verify it over 26 ______ dollars, the kid helping us was no issue the old bald guy was a complete ___________. I had to walk away, i was about to loose my you know what, and if it wasnt for my awesome wife i would have gone off. He was extremly rude omly using that word because i was told i cannot swear and he treated my wife like she was pulling a fast one and he had to verify the discount because we was tired of getting chewed out, his words. The store will be just fine without us, but our money will never be at that store. End Rant.

Good experience. Went to buy bike, only drawback is its still in the box. Have to wait for assembly. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I have no complaints about the work they did on my bike. However, the customer service is sorely lacking. Do not expect to ever call and get ahold of service or parts. Regardless of time of day. Expect long waits to get your bike worked on or to get it back. Me 8 days for tires on my bike. Told 2 days. Be prepared to have to speak to the manager to get anything accomplished. So the job done 4 stars, but the service and communication -10 stars. Good luck since they are one on the few places that work on metrics in the area. Maybe the lack of competition explains the poor service.

I have dealt with C&C since 1986. They have always taken great care of me. Bruce in the parts department is without peer when it comes to getting me what I need and getting it quickly. Hard to imagine dealing with any other shop for my HONDA parts.

Time after time Eric Hall and the other parts people @CC Powersports have gone over and above of what should be expected of anyone in providing me with knowledge, suggestions and high quality parts for my near- historic Honda motorcycle. For the past 3 years theyve gotten what I needed or made helpful recommendations otherwise. Yall have a customer for life.

Service took 10 days to get a return call. took 9 days to get a 10k service completed I understand the parts availability and I understand the high volume of desired services but anyone could have seen this coming back in April thats why I allowed a week or more they were not well prepared . What bothers me most is I purchased service agreement which was costly with a stated 72 hours response time at only this dealership - disappointed is not the word but I am stuck with them until contract expires unless I want to pay a second time for the service and take it somewhere else or do it myself. Hindsight is 20 20 if I had to do all over I would not purchase any service agreement with them and I would have researched their service department before purchasing because buying is the easy part they all want your money but maintenance is the expensive and time consuming part and once you paid for it you are no longer important and just another statistic so advice dont pay for anything with CC until you have it especially a service agreement. rated 3 because sales staff for Indian are pretty good and 1st service only took 4 hours even with an appt.
