Love this place just wish they had more stock because they were out of tutus in adult sizes and kids costumes were scarce

I’m AMAZED at the Customer Service from Jessica!!! I called from Nashville for my daughter Birthday at the Omni Hotel and she exhibited extreme patience dealing with my questions due to certain items being out of stock online.She helped me assemble different bundles online in between working on the register and helping checkout other customers, I’m extremely happy and will definitely be visiting Jessica to show my appreciation!!!!

Everything was well organized just not well stocked on some things stoe and on line prices were way better than Amazon or some of the other online retailers

Spent more than I planned. But I found all of the pink plates, plasticware, balloons and more that I needed for a Chanel themed b-day party. Grandma to the rescue!!!

This is a great place to get supplies for your wedding, bachelor party or bachelorette party. My best man got me a really cool hat that said make room for the groom, as well as a pin and ribbon to wear for my bachelor party. My understanding is my fiances maid of honor also got her some bachelorette party supplies. All night long I was getting compliments on my hat for how cool it was, and it made me feel really special.

Nice place. I spend too much every time. You know that means they have what you wanted and more.

Spent 60 bucks. On 2 costumes for one costume to be missing gloves. Belt the mask it was only the jumpsuit in the package then my lil girl tries hers on hook the fake blood pumper up. To the chest were u see fake blood it ran all down her new shirt and pants stain it. My hands strained red. Wifes. Hand the same. Way. So the chest was cracked we had walked in our home. 15 after my wife started trying them on. And all this they are giving us new ones today. Plz check your packages plz. Before you get a home like we did 2 drive countys away

Great place for party supplies & family gathering needs. Can always get everything I need in this one stop which is nice if your limited on time. Lots selection to choose from.

It was my first visit. The staff were very friendly. They had some pretty nice Halloween costumes. The back wall was color coordinated so if you are looking for specific color they may have it. I did three stars because the batchlerett section was quite small. Wish there was a little more to choose from; like games and such. However i will be back for some other events.

They have a lot to choose from, the workers are very helpful in directing you to the correct place in the store. Their prices are pretty affordable. They have a lot of kid themes to variety of colors for all different occasions.

Always hit them up for Halloween costumes. This year we picked up a couple of new decorations. Good selection, generally good help. Busy place, but they effectively get you taken care of.

This place is a joke!!!! I spent over $100 in party supplies and bought a pack of $3.99 balloons..when I asked to have them blown up they wanted to charge me $1.19 per balloon there was 15 balloons..I said you want to charge me $18 to have a pack of $3.99 balloons blown up after I just spent over $100 in your store..she said well there is a helium shortage and it’s costing us more to get it now..I said oh so you want to pass that to the customers who are spending money in your store...She then said if you want to buy a Mylar balloon helium is free..so if I buy one $10 balloon it’s free..never will I again step foot in this store again!!! They are just ripping customers off!!!

Large variety of party supplies. I was able to find most supplies that I needed for two parties I was hired to do. Some things are pricey just shop around are check other sites while you are there. I had to ask for help a few times, and the staff were not knowledgeable about their merchandise or if they carried what I needed on all 3 visits. Overall it was helpful shopping there.

I was surprised how HUGE this place is. Lots of options. Fair prices if looking for something very specific. They had the its a boy m&ms I was looking for. Lots of candy and balloons. I will be back for my future party shopping. Clean floors. Organized. Open. I didnt feel cramped even with all their items.

This place is very cheap. I bought antlers for Halloween. They were styrofoam and broke before I got to even put them on. Don’t waist your time. Everything is cheap. My makeup from there didn’t even work as well. I bought things from Walmart cheaper than here and better quality. Party city wouldn’t even let me return the antlers even after the recite said I had 30 days to return. Absolute garbage.

This place is amazing because you can go there for any theme or party/holiday and find the supplies and decorations you could ever need. I went in to find a costume for Halloween for my son and they have so much to choose from like build your own costumes, adult male and female costumes and they also have extra accessories for costumes. We got glow in the dark temp tattoos, a flashlight that shines the bat signal and my husband and I got batman toboggans to wear so we could match our son! Was unbelievable the amount of stuff they had halloween costume, accessories and decor wise!

They were the only place that had Pixar cars for my sons birthday party

Just bought a #1 balloon for my daughters first birthday. It’s been 1 1/2 hrs since pick up and the balloon is already flat. The party hasn’t even started yet. I checked the balloon for and tiny rips or tears and there aren’t any. Tried to call and was hung up on.-very dissatisfied customer

Quea was such a big help. Even when my Dollar Tree balloon had a hole. (I could not get my balloon blown up there because they were out of hellium.) Thank you for helping to make my experience awesome!

This was actually one of the nicest party citys Ive ever gone to. Nobody greeted us or asked us if we needed anything the entire half hour we were there. They stood up front talking. I didnt buy anything.

Went in there for invitations to a Birthday party. Been looking for Seame Street stuff since that is what our going to be 2 year old is into.

Great place to shop for party supplies and carryout balloon bouquets. Not enough staff to keep up, so plan ahead. I waited 45 mins for 5 balloons and to buy candles.

Same selection of the same old characters. They have birthday cards that say names, and the display doesnt have a wide variety of names to choose from. Love the candy selection, but other then that, I only come here for things I normally cant find anywhere else.

Outstanding, got what I came for and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I got what I didnt know I needed.

Overly priced on a lot of things, but convenient. Halloween costumes are pretty expensive compared to surrounding businesses. Party supplies get pricey compared to others in the area also. Friendly place though. No wait time in checkout, and they do have a big variety.

Awesome staff, extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I especially love how everything has its own specific section so its very easy to find. Each aisle has certain things and within those aisle are sections well marked at the top of specific characters (i.e. mickey, PJ masks, FNAF)
