I drove back to Indiana (childhood home) from Colorado to pick up a Tracker 170 from these guys. The process was very clear and smooth start to finish. I showed up and they were ready for me, took the time to run through everything on the boat, and had all the titles/paperwork I needed. Colorado state specific forms included. Bobby was a pleasure to work with and Im glad I drove the 2200 miles to pick it up.

BPS is great for all the right reasons, just get a grip on the sales of the tours/vacation packages. It feels like someone trying to hustle a scam instead of a legitimate package. Build a kiosk that looks respectable and inviting and let people come to you. Get some TV looping videos of the vacations spots.

These guys are great. Awesome service. I had questions over the phone prior to making it to the store. Very responsive and followed up like you would hope a place would.

Absolutely terrible! Scheduled a service on Monday for Saturday. They called to confirm on Tuesday. I returned there call and they didnt even remember making the call in the first place. Should have known then that this was for the birds.Arrived at 11am on Saturday and they didnt have me scheduled. I asked if they could get it in. He told me yes and they would call me when service was complete. I waited until almost 4pm and hadnt received a call. When I went back I was then told that the boat hadnt even been looked at. When went to pick the boat up I was then informed that the boat was serviced.

Awesome first time experience, very nice employees, beautiful decor, great selection of fishing products. Definitely will be back.

Horrible work. They stripped every screw head on the boat deck. Smeared grease on the carpet and put the floor deck back with mis-matched screws. They dont take pride in their work. If I would not have noticed that they forgot to put one of seats back, I would have driven 125 miles home and 125 miles back just to have to get it. They need a shop manager to check out their work.
