I ordered my salt and they came the next day and they brought it in and they even put it in the machine.

I called and spoke with Scott about setting up 5 gallon water delivery to my home. Gave me pricing and was very professional. After speaking with him I realized I needed to give him my service address to see if they deliver to my area. I called Scott back and told him my address. He says oh you live in an apartment and they have a policy between him and his brother that they do not deliver to apartment buildings. He informed me he will talk to his brother and then get back to me. Keep in mind this policy is no where listed on the Culligan site. Scott also promised me during our first conversation he would email me but never did that. Then, I followed up late last week to see if their company would like to do business with us. I left a message with his secretary but never got an email as promised nor the call back as promised during our 2nd conversation. Your loss Scott because my wife and I are looking at buying a house and was going to use your company to add a water softening system but we will look elsewhere.

We live in Edwardsville where the water is very hard. The water softener that came with the house wasn’t doing a good job and the water tasted terrible. We replaced the water softener with a Culligan Water softener and immediately we noticed a hugh difference. We were able to drink water from the faucet! Thank you Culligan Man! The workers were prompt, courtious and did a great job! We highly recommend them. June 2018
