I love Publix but the lines are always so long and the expedited “15 items or less” lane is always closed…There are only 4 self check out spots so that long gets really long too.If you are expecting to be able to speedily get in and out of the grocery store for a quick errand, I wouldn’t plan on it.However I love their selection of gardein products! They also have a great selection of other vegan or vegetarian foods.

Customer service great and friendly. Theres always someone in the floor walking around so if you need any help they are there. Cashier is friendly and welcoming. Love this store my family and I go at least one week. The fruits are always fresh, the deku chicken is always fresh like its just finish cooked.

Beautiful grocery store! Their Publix homemade pumpkin spice ice cream is absolutely delicious and is currently on sale for a limited time. Also, theyre blackened tilapia microwave dinner with tarragon potatoes and asparagus for $7.99 was very, very good and reasonably priced and it was only 310 calories.

Pros - Publix is always a very bright & clean store. Very nice & helpful employees If I cant find a certain product elsewhere, I can often find it here. During my very first visit over a year ago, I tried their carrot cake, one time when it was on sale. I now have an addiction. Never thought I would ever like this cake. It is the BEST carrot cake I have ever had.Cons - Very pricey, especially most of the meat.

This super market is always clean. The employees are always friendly and happy to help me with whatever I need. Ive been coming here for years, and their really is no other super market like it. I have never had any issues here. Its pleasant every time.

Before this I have always had a great experience but the pharmacy were unable to provide important information I needed frm a visit which I ended up receiving immediately from another branch in another state.

Just simply the BEST. We live over an hour West of Clarksville and never miss a chance to shop Publix for those speciality items we cannot find in the Paris/Murray KY area. Highly recommend this store!!!

I love this store, it is always immaculate in cleanliness (bathrooms included), the staff is so sweet and willing to go above and beyond every day. Honestly, when I first started coming here, I was intimidated by how friendly and willing to talk/help the staff was because I like to shop and leave without really socializing. But, I have grown to enjoy the full experience of what Publix offers. They are about prompt and friendly service, and as I think about it, whenever I need help...there has not been a single time I had to look around and wait for help. Someone is always just around the corner or down the aisle. My one complaint would be I have had four cakes in a row be wrong (no filling, no writing, a late cake that I had to wait over an hour for in the store, and the last time no filling again (fresh strawberry). Other than the bakery section, Thank you, Publix!

Due to Covid-19, they had stopped carrying the only brand of Spring Water that I like. I asked an employee if they had some in the back. He checked an app on his phone and said they werent carrying it any longer. I was downtrodden. Then he told me he was going to try to get it back because I was one of very many customers who had inquired about said brand. Guess what?!? Theyre carrying it AGAIN and Im going this morning to get 2 cases! 😊

I go in to buy bread and lunch meat and never leave without pie and ice cream. I love theyre variety of ice cream flavors 😋

I ordered two birthday cakes for a 60 65 birthday party. As soon as I picked up the cakes I knew that chocolate cake was wrong because I did not have chocolate icing but do the time issues I bought it anyway. I did not realize the vanilla cake was wrong until I got home and was cutting into it I ordered buttercream icing for both cakes and it was whipped icing. And the icing on the balloon cake was all running down the cake. I thought Publix was supposed to have a great bakery I was mistaken

Can’t say enough about how I love this store! The produce is fresh and vibrant, I love the seafood counter, the bakery has the best in house items, and you don’t have to worry about your items being expired. I recently ordered a cake for my husbands birthday, nothing extravagant just a yellow cake with whipped chocolate icing and strawberry filling. I was amazed something so simple could be so good! The employees are always so very nice and polite and the store is so clean and organized! I used to shop exclusively at Walmart for groceries and those days are over.

Heres the deal with Publix....Sub sandwiches!! They honestly have the best subs. They are cheaper than Subway, and as far as quality, freshness and flavor ....subway could never compare!

So we went in today to get their advertised vegan sandwich. My wife is allergic to meat and dairy. The deli person gave serious attitude saying they use bread that has milk in it. Milk is not vegan. So she asked someone else and they said they usually use a special kind of bread and that my wife would have to go to the freezer aisle to see if they had the bread.My wife does not work there. And they are trying to pass off bread with milk and honey in it, then it is NOT vegan and they need to take that option down.

Im a FL girl, born and raised, and relocating after 37 years was a big change. I was so excited to find Publix was this far north now and that there was one in the city I was relocating to. You cant beat publix subs and they have amazing BOGO deals every week. Made me feel at home!

The store is always clean and orderly. They do not change their shelving of produced every few weeks to make you hunt for items. The fresh fish and butcher staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If there is no item on the shelf they will go look to see if they have it in stock.

They have the best Chicago hard rolls! Usually I come here for it! The products are very fresh and the quality is excellent l! There is some good deals here but it usually has high prices. But if you want quality, this is the place.... besides they have very polite and friendly staff!!

Never too crowded when visiting. Staff is always helpful, with items usually fully stocked. The only issue is 4pm-6pm M-F there is traffic going down Tiny Town so plan your shopping accordingly.

I come here often and Im usually pleased with my purchases and the vegan selections. But I have noticed for at least 2 months now that I am literally being profiled when Im going through the self checkout. Today was the tip of the iceberg, because I felt this lady(staff/different race) watching me and I didnt want to believe it. So when I looked up our eyes locked and she immediately turned her head and moved to the other side of the checkout area. When I looked around there was two other customers (caucasian ladies) that were ringing and bagging their groceries as well, but the lady staff only was looking at me. It looked as though one of the customers(older caucasian lady) were struggling to do the self checkout but she (staff) was only looking at me. I didnt need help, but I wasnt offered any either. I went around 1:10-1:13pm today review the cameras if youll like to see for yourself. I cannot make this up. This level of disrespect needs to stop. Im not there to steal. I pay cash or card for all my purchases. My suggestion is that a culture awareness class needs to be added to the orientation class if not already.

Publix has the best employees in the world. They are keeping the store so clean. Sterilized shopping carts, sterilized frequently touched places, all employees wearing masks and as friendly and as helpful as can be.

Not one of my better experiences at a Publix. It was later on a Sunday night, so front of store staff was a skeleton crew, leaving long lines at self checkout. Self checkout itself didnt have anyone dedicated to it, so I had to wait about five minutes for a young lady to finish wiping down a lane before she noticed the light was on to come card me.Meat department was apparently done with the third cut list, but it left something to be desired. Store wasnt particularly well stocked in general.Overall, it was busy, noisy and under staffed during this visit. Wouldnt go there again this time of the week.

The produce gentleman named Anthony was incredibly helpful, as well as the check out girl named Alicia.

Is my first time here and Im impress. Have green bananas, Ñames, Taurus, culantro and bacalao(this one a little expensive). But you dont find this near this place. So. Is my first time but not the last.

If you ever order anything online for deli pick up please call ahead and make sure you order is confirmed by someone, the whole event I had planned was ruined, and was pretty much told oh well. Not very happy and currently panicking now that I have to figure out how to feed 100 people in less that an hour .::UPDATE:: The manger called, Comped the whole order and while I wasn’t able to have the food for my event I was reassured it could have been ready on time it will be delivered to a happy Battery for lunch tomorrow.

The first time I went to this Publix I was floored by how nice everyone was. Ive never been anywhere where someone had offered to help me put my groceries in my car. Publix has the NICEST employees around.

Pretty standard publix. This store is a decent size. Only thing lacking is the service. The employees here have bad attitudes like they hate their jobs. I’ve known dozens of publix employees and they all said working for publix was great, so the stink faces on these people makes no sense. The Deli is also extremely slow. Even during lunch time on weekends they don’t staff enough people to service the deli meats, the hot foods, and the sub line. I’ve had three subs made here in the last month and each one was prepared differently by different employees. Shouldn’t there be a standard for how to make the subs? The last person even used the wrong sauce. Plus, when you order online ahead of time you’re not guaranteed it will actually be cut and ready, usually they say “oh sorry!” And go and cut it while you’re there. Pretty useless when the staff doesn’t do the job.UPDATE 10/11/2021I waited in line at the Sub counter for 45 minutes on Sunday afternoon. Seven of us stood there for 45 minutes as a single person desperately worked as fast as he could to make subs. One person showed up to the deli slicer after a gentlemen complained, asking “is anyone working here today?” Someone showed up from the back and cut his meats. Pretty ridiculous, you know the managers are sitting upstairs staring at monitors of the store, you think they would have noticed the same 5 or 6 people standing at the deli counter for FORTY FIVE MINUTES and sent someone to help out.Clearly management issues. The gentleman making the subs was very kind and did the best he could, but clearly they don’t staff properly. Set your employees up for success! Meanwhile when I walked in two management types were outside chit chatting with customers. Lol. Not a good look. If anyone knows of any other places in town that make fried chicken sandwiches PLEASE let me know cuz I’d love to go anywhere else and get my food in a timely manner.

I can always find what I am looking for here even if it a unique and not an ordinary ingredient.Employees are friendly and super nice. They will offer to help take groceries out to your car.My favorite thing about this store is how quick and efficient the publix delivery and pick up app is.I browse through the app and add to my cart and choose a pick up time. It is normally done a lot quicker than the suggested time. You can set the app to track your location once you say you are on your way - and you will pull into the parking lot and and employee will already be exiting to find your vehicle and place your order into your car.This makes shopping for groceries very convenient for all but especially pregnant women, families with children/kids, and the elderly.

This grocery store has really high quality groceries and majority of the time the shelves are always stocked. The store is always clean and organized, they are struggling getting some items in due to the weather in the previous weeks but this is mine and my families go to grocery store.

I truly love their fresh seafood options. Its hard to find fresh seafood here with it being so far inland. Im from the east coast where there are abundant options for fresh seafood. Im able to get some of that taste when I visit Publix. Thanks again, good job guys.
