I brought this car on April 17, its June 15. I noticed the carpet is cut to shreds. The ceiling is falling in the back. Now I have to take it to the service department because its saying sevice theft alarm and leave it until they can get to it. They suttle me home. Brand new car and I have to walk??? I think i have bought a LEMON 🍋. The car cost TOO much for me to be walking already sad sad customer.... XT5 Luxury 2020...wow... just WOW.

We are proud lovers of Cadillac’s. Specifically my 2017 CT6. My tire pressure was low at a 17psi compared to 32-34 where it is supposed to be. I called the service department and spoke with Tom and he told me to go to Gateway tire.? Not sure where that came from. Then today this morning my husband went in to see if they can look at the tire .. put air in the tire in the meantime. They told him the next available appt is not until Friday.. The least they could have done was put air in the tire for him to make it to discount tire, which is where we ended up going. If they want to refuse service to us, just say it. I dont understand why this had to happen first thing in the morning. This complaint is only towards the service department. The sales department is always nice when I go in while waiting for my car to be serviced in the past. I did Notify Cadillac customer care so they can be aware of this incident and received a case number. My overall experience was a good one. The auxillary staff and management team seemed to pick up the ball when they needed to in order to make me happy. I was a little dissatisfied with the sales side of things. The knowledge base was not very good and the follow through on things that I requested was lacking. If it was not for the sales manager,Tony, I probably would have walked away from the deal. My sales person was a nice enough guy, I just felt like he was too busy to be detail oriented in the way that I needed.I came into the dealership having selected the vehicle online, knowing that it was what I wanted. Yet, the process still seemed to take way to long from start to finish.Honestly felt generally satisfied overall. That satisfaction went down a little when I took the GM survey and realized that several things that probably should have been done or explained were not.At the end of the day, I came there because I was able to find exactly what I wanted in a truck. I did not have a bad experience in any way, but there was room for improvement.

Dave Adams sold me a nice used car. He listened and found me just what I needed. I bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox almost two years ago. This year I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. It was a great investment. He is a great listner and easy to talk to.Tony were so rude. I walked out. The next day I came back and Brete was so rude l, obnoxious and offensive. When I went to finalize the paperwork he kept making rude comments.

Hello Everyone!Im gonna make a long story short because I can go on for days telling you all how much I truley value my customer service at James Corlew Cadillace Service Center. Well I had an appointment to have my old 2005 Cadillac Deville fix for some minor repairs which I didnt really have the money to fix. I had gotten serveral phone calls for offers to trade in my old car but I kept on saying no Im not ready to sell my car. So when I got another call from Mr. TreBion Linsay the sales Consultant he was so polite and nice and he made me feel comfortable about making the right choice on putting me in a better car. The most thing I appreciated was he took his time and explained step by step to me and helped me make calls to my insurance company and get the forms I needed to make this trade for my old car. I said ok and yeasterday I did the paperwork and then he comes back and tells me your app has been approved by the bank to get the car. I said no way youre joking!!!!Because I have not so good of credit. But wait!!!!!! Thats not it wantMr. TreBion Linsay the sales Consultant said well let me talk to my boss about you not putting no money down and see if bank approves that amount. So when he came back to me and said Mrs. Moore you got it!I was like oh wow ! I couldnt believe how God just approved me for good credit just like that and begain to thank Jesus for what wonderful works he has done for me and my family to have a better car for my health conditions. It was talking to Mr. TreBion Linsay the sales Consultant and Chris that made the process such an success for me to get the car with no payment down and other great deals was offered.I recommend you all to go down to this James Corlew Cadillace Service Center and ask for Mr. TreBion Linsay the sales Consultant and Chris they will leave you with a smile on your face. I have to say all the staff is always nice and polite to me and always give me great customer service.I give them 5 stars. Im now driving a 210 used Cadillac SRX SUV SPORT.
