A fantastic experience! The equipment is well-maintained and in great condition. Friendly and helpful staff (Richard, I think) made it easy to get started. The river is beautiful and be sure to save enough in the tank for the climb back out! Those stairs to the river are no joke! Highly recommend.

I rented a kayak for 1 day to go with some of my buddies, and turned in all of the gear issued to me before the end of the day. 3 of my friends forgot to turn in the life vests, so instead of charging the 3 individuals that didn’t bring in their vests he charges all 8 of us. I payed seperately from them so there is not way i should be charged for their incompetence.This is a shady business tactic which is borderline stealing, and completely fraudulent. Go rent from somewhere else.

We had a great time. Equipment satisfactory and in proper working order. They do not have a convenient way to launch the kayaks as it requires carrying down 10 giant stone steps, then boarding the kayak on slippery rock ledge at the bottom. Totally do-able if you have some experience, can carry your own kayak overhead, or have help.Also, they should have a half-day or an hourly price. Its $25 for the day until 6pm whether you pick it up at 9am and have it all day, or stop in from 4pm-6pm for just a couple hours of paddling. $25 is a lot if you just wanted to go for 1-2h, which is the max most people would to or could handle.For $5 more they will pick you up at the park downstream and bring you back to car if need be (not included in the $25 fee for rental).

Went out with my for the first time. Richard was a great guy in helping us. I recommend anyone to use Blueway Adventures for their waterway adventure.

The paddle boards are for 150 lbs or less, preferably less. Rented 2 and they sucked. Went down the road to hardware city and rented 1 that actually supports up to 250 lbs and is much bigger. If youre going to rent something, know what your renting. I am 220 lbs and the paddle board as totally under water. No refund, no apology. But they definitely will get publicity, bad publicity. Oh, Hardware City rented for 24 hours and it was cheaper. Definitely will never recommend or return to this place.

Great experience using this company over the summer for my kayak rentals. Cant wait to go out this spring and enjoy the amazing rivers and creeks Clarksville has to offer.

I had my first experience kayaking here yesterday. It was a lot of fun and the staff was very helpful.

Richard provides great customer service, and his team has always been top notch with helping out at the river, even when I wasnt using his services. I would recommend his business to anyone!!!!

Was not open at a time that the sign said they should be open with no note or anything indicating why they were not. So for that, they get a one-star rating until I visit again during actual hours that they decide to show up. I would caution anyone about going here unless they could stand to get there and be closed and still have time to go somewhere else to get what they need.Owner replied: We are open 9-6 daily. We are sorry if we just missed you when we closed for the day. I upgraded them to 2 s ars based on that and I will go by this week to get some fishing gear.Up to 4 stars after visiting. Well stocked and very friendly staff.

My first review got deleted because the owner does not know how to accept his wrongdoing. This place is not the place to go to rent anything. They are money hungry. I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place to go. At first the people were very friendly. We paid $50 to rent a canoe. Took us like 30 minutes to get the canoe in and out of the water. We had to carry it down this rock wall which was tough for me so it was bassically just my husband carrying it down. It was so ridiculous! The man there told me it wasnt very wendy. We get it and the waves were rocking up till we almost tipped. We were in the water like 20 minutes until we decided we had enough with that flimsy canoe. I go up to ask if there is some sort if refund he can give since we werent in the water long and he said it wasnt very wendy. He refused. We will NEVER return. And to everyone we know, they will know to NEVER go here as well. So ridiculous
