I expected an expensive problem with my Bose speakers, but when I arrived, the gentleman came immediately to my vehicle and solved the simple issue. I tried to pay for the very professional service, but he wouldn’t accept any money….so I brought back lunch!🤣 The owner started in the business at age 18 in his garage, and has built the business, obviously with a customer service-oriented focus. Several employees have been there 10 years plus, revealing the caliber of service and knowledge they provide. Would strongly recommend them for any sound system issues!!

After a few months of research and getting several quotes from other shops I sent Audio Solutions an email. After a few emails back and forth I decided it would be worth the 1 he drive down to demo some morel components I was interest in. Talked with Robert for a while who stayed after close to talk me though the in and out as much as he could on high end audio and DSP. They installed my full system about 3 weeks after this and install looks as great as it sounds!

Outstanding customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Had them install a head unit in my 95 4Runner from Japan, and did it quickly and professionally. When it stopped working a few weeks later (because I accidentally pulled one of the chords out, and didn’t know what I did wrong) they fixed it free of charge. Pure class. Will definitely be coming back to have my speakers installed. Make sure to stop by if you’re in town!

One word to describe Audio Specialist. Professional.Been a customer of theirs twice now. Once for a Rzr, full sound system in it. Turned out great, made it look like it came from factory. Second they done a boat for me and worked with me on what I wanted. Made it all look very nice and clean. They cut no corners and they do it right.

Great experience working with Taj on my subwoofer install. Got 2 12inch Hertz subs installed with a 1000 watt amp. I did encounter an issue early on with a blown fuse but they immediately corrected the problem free of charge and I’ve had no issues with the system since. Highly recommend!

My first experience was this afternoon and it was horrible, I felt like I was bothering them initially they didnt even want to look at my vehicle for a Fob alarm/ remote start replacement. Ive got a 2005 Chevy Silverado ext. Cab. I came in and had questions on what to get to make it sound good for the money. They where very helpful great crew very professional!! They got it done in great time the quality of work was bar none the best the sound is wonderful. I got what I wanted and thats all I can ask for. I strongly recommend them for any audio install. Ive had several vehicles and they have done all the work. Great business!!!!

Heard good things about this place and wanted to get my door speakers replaced in my gmc. They originally asked for almost $400. I asked what cost so much about stock speakers and he just kept saying the adapters are funny. The speakers were $129.99 the most expensive adapter I found was $26. When he came back after i asked for specific details about the brackets he changed the price to $290 plus tax and didnt mention labor costs. He never answered what cost so much about the adapters.

They went through and fixed a previous shops mistakes, and built me an amazing box. Great service, great people, and a great experience.

I had new speakers and remote start added to my 2017 Honda Accord and they did a wonderful job, Patrick and Taj did a good job with the work and giving me good information towards my products. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Highly recommend them.

I paid for a custom box for the back seat of my truck and did not get what I asked for. They made a generic box under the seat. Which th probably had lying around in the shop. And didnt even have hookups for the wiring. And before he comes on here and says anything yes I had an appointment but I have a vehicle emergency so I was unable to come get it done and asked if they did refunds they said no so I got my truck fixed went and got my box made and recieved that. Either way your customer is suppose to be always right. If things were needed to be done differently you confront the customer about it not just do it on your own and not even tell them. Thats bad businessm and according to them they do not install connectors for wires. They magically come out of the box. The place is a joke

Top notch installers & customization to my 2017 Jeep Wrangler & husbands 2010 Harley Roadglide. Jeep got 4” Lift kit & new wheels, a new front wench & they added a new mounting bracket with a break light to the middle of my back wheel. Customized saddle bags on bike, with Bluetooth compatible speakers & lights throughout the bike. VERY Loud, VERY clear system!!!We are very pleased with the Jeep & bike!!! I had these guys install a new head unit, back-up cam, and dash cam into my truck and they did fantastic work. The quote they gave me prior to the work was spot on and once the work was done they gave me a detailed overview of how to work everything. They love what they do and do great work.

Audio Specialists in my opinion is the only place you should take your vehicle for anything car audio related. We are returning customers and wanted custom head rest DVD system installed with a very tight time schedule. Patrick worked his tail off to get the custom order put in, and was able to rush the order. We received the headrests and they were installed within 3 days. INCREDIBLE!! After several back and forth trips trying to figure out why my subs were going in and out, I was ready to give up on Rob and his team at the Audio Specialist. Rob persuaded me to come in one last time and I did. He fixed whatever problem I was having and I’m overly satisfied. I would recommend, if he is available, to have Rob do your install. The young man that installed my system, has a lot to learn from Rob. I would consider coming back again. Oh and why the five star after the hassle I’ve been through? I did a 20 hour round trip drive after Rob fixed my issue and my subs did not cut out once. I blast my music almost to the max on a regular basis and no disruption. That is a drastic change from my subs going in and out only after 30mins to driving 20hours with a fluid bass.Thanks Rob.

I had an Remote start install on my vehicle it was a low rated aftermarket piece of equipment and I was over charged.To top it all off I paid cash and was told I couldn’t get a repair done without a receipt which they did not give me upon installation claiming “we don’t give a receipt if you have cash” which was the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard. Now I understand why. I should have went with my gut and stayed in Hopkinsville.

Rob built me a box that everyone said could not be done 6 cubic feet sub box in a 2014 300. My subs never have sounded so fantastic. Should be called Audio Gods.

Tried installing aftermarket screen in dash myself but couldn’t figure it out. Brought it to these guys and immediately were willing to help me and and explain to me what needed to be done and the parts I needed. Rob and the crew at audio specialists are just what the name says true audio specialists. Rob is a stand up guy willing to help anyone and of course he and his team have ruled the competition scene for years now. So check them out if you want your audio to sound loud but above all correct.

This has to be one of the worst custom audio shop in the Clarksville area. I inquired about a custom service I would like to have on two of my vehicles. The associate was nice but the owner was having a disagreement with another customer. The owner “Rob” Robert Bess was the most unfriendly, rude and down right disgusting individual I have encountered in this area. I watched the owner instigate an issue and refuse service to a customer simply because the customer asked for a detailed printout of the Price for the work being done on their vehicle. I immediately got the feeling that this place of business would most likely do a half job and claim otherwise if any malfunction would have happened in the future. I was not satisfied with the reassurance and security that they would treat my cars like they belonged to them as well after witnessing the owner follow the customer out of the building yelling insults and beating on his window taunting him to exit his vehicle and fight with him. I left and will never return nor will I refer anyone to that place of business. I’m sorry to that customer they shouldn’t have had to deal with that type of treatment.

My husband has been taking our vehicle needs here at Audio Specialist for a few years now. And whatever we have done Rob the manager absolutely makes sure everything is done right. You can tell he really cares about the work that is being done on customers’ cars & that customers are satisfied with the service. Absolutely wonderful service. Highly recommend Audio Specialist!

I am sure this company does great work; however, I am very disappointed in their customer service. I made a 0900 appointment and was told it would take a few hours and that I was not aloud to wait in their establishment. So I dropped my truck off a week later and walked down the street. When I returned3 hours later, they had not started on my truck. I asked why and I was told that they had other 9o’clock appointments that were still being worked on. I do not understand why an appointment is needed if you have more work than can be done or why I was not told it would be 5 or 6 hours before my vehicle was complete. I have done business with them previously and this did not occur. Very disappointing.

They’ve installed my system in multiple vehicles, I’ve been happy with the experience every time! I had my factory stereo malfunction and they fixed it for me when Wyatt Johnson (gmc) charged me hundreds of dollars to tell me it was audio specialists fault. Audio specialists looked it up on the vehicle forums and figured out the problem is common with the factory stereo. I would highly recommend you have these professionals do any vehicle audio work you may need!

They are also courteous and patient with product questions.The only reason that I dock them 1 star is their return policy on unopened/unused purchases. My advice... Just make sure you want what you are buying. If not, they may give store credit. But a full refund is probably not going to happen.That said, if/when I need audio installation on any of my vehicles, Ill bring it to these guys. You get what you pay for with labor costs. And these guys do much better work than the normal hacks at Best Buy or similar place. Be sure to go to Rob, the owner, with any questions. Hes been in the business long enough to know just about everything.

Ive been doing my own car audio installs all my life, but this time I decided to let my man Rob and his team take care of me. It was worth every penny. I went in and asked for some 4 gauge spade terminals and about 2ft. of 4 gauge wire. When I went to pay with my card the guy told me not to worry it. I found that extremely helpful and considerate. I will be going back for any of my future audio needs.

Audio Specialist is by far the greatest audio store I have ever been to. I have had everything from HID headlights installed, subs, amps, air horns, reverse camera, speakers, truck bed cover and a bunch more! Audio Specialist does just about anything you can think of, and everyone is respectful and the quality of work is perfect, they even straightened some of the wires from another installation I had done. I now live in Louisiana and refuse to let anyone else touch my truck except for them. Already planning another trip to have more custom work done and to see the new store!

Audion Specialist of Clarksville TN installed a custom stereo with Subs in my Toyota Tundra the work is superior to anything Ive heard in a truck or car. These guys are very very busy but they managed to work me in and take care of me in a timely manner, they’re flexible! I was having issues with my Miata, thinking it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg but it didn’t, they’re adorable, they’re nice and very professional, and on top of that they’re shop is the cleanest audio shop I’ve ever witnessed. Micah and his crew worked on 2 vehicles for me and did top notch work. The sound systems and LED work till this day. They got me ranked in national sound competition for sound quality as well as best interior show.2) I wrote this review in 2015 or 2016- now this review encourages people to go see audio specialist which you should not do. Here is why. When I approached audio specialist about work for my car... or honoring a warranty they flat out bashed the previous owner... and basically told me my money was gone. This is not professional. You brought a business hoping to capitalize on the customers already for that specific store... without honoring anything. They were going to charge me an additional 2,000 on top of what I already paid before they took over the business. Don’t let these guys fool you. This is about taking other people’s credit and making it your own which is not a good look. Go somewhere else!!!!

Most of my interactions have been with the owner Rob over the years. I actually ended up with Robs cell # which I am positive he regrets giving to me! I have grown a great respect and appreciation for Rob and Audio Specialist. Always willing to give great advice and incredible pricing. One thing I hate is when a store trust to sell a product higher in cost then agrees to come down or offer discount after someone else agrees to sell less or whatever.. Audio Specialist genuinely has never been beat in price.. the price offered up front has been a price that other shops end up discounting to or cant beat period. Lastly- One thing that is the WORST is going to some of these shops that literally know ONLY how to install decks and install a set of speakers period . There are FEW shops that know AUDIO.. so take that amount of shops that get the difficult but needed trends and processes and split that into maybe 1/10th and those are the very few shops in the US that REALLY know their stuff and are capable of installs and setups/tuning capable of winning at an Sound Quality event..
