I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner Mike Coyle. My buying experience was the smoothest and convenient I’ve had yet. I didn’t feel pressured at all and they walked me through everything and answered every question I had. They sold me a 2017 Kia Optima hybrid in February. I moved to NY shortly after. A freak mechanical failure happened in July and due to Covid, all the parts are on back order and there literally isn’t a single engine in the USA to replace the blown one. I called Mike Coyle in August. He and his employees worked with me for months making calls for me, sending emails, doing research and providing me with every possible option to figure out what to do with the car. We finally were able to reach a solution and replace the car completely with a beautiful SUV. I would highly recommend all of the Coyle stores!!!!

I bought a new GMC 1500 Sierra Denali. My sales rep Seth was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend his services. Having said that, this dealership told me I was not allowed to use my GM Supplier discount. As I later found out from GM, this is up to the dealership on whether to honor the discount. Ive had two friends purchase similar trucks at other dealerships and the discount was honored no problem. It will be the last vehicle I purchase from this dealership. Absolutely no excuse why they shouldnt have honored the discount. They will tell you its due to supply and the chip issue. However, other dealerships are honoring the discount without question. Shame on you Coyle. I will make sure this review is posted across all forms of social media. You had a chance to earn a repeat customer and you completely lost any chance you had of that.

I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS in for oil change/lube service. I found it very easy to schedule service using the telephone auto-attendant. I was greeted fairly quickly upon my arrival. The service advisor scanned my car, verified my contact information, and offered me the opportunity to wait in a comfortable waiting area. The service was performed quickly with no issues, and there werent any attempts to upsell me on services or products I didnt need. I was a bit surprised at how affordable the cost of the oil change/lube service was, compared to what I would have paid at a quick oil change place, and I know my Chevrolet car received the proper service from a Chevrolet certified technician. Im very happy with the service and experience, and will certainly be bringing my car back for all my service needs.

Everything was straight forward and no hidden costs. They all worked well and we are VERY happy with the Van we purchased.Harriett and Jim delivered our van and I must say they made the experience perfect. They were they most pleasant people to deal with and a pleasure to meet. I just wish they lived closer so we could meet again. If I could give a zero star review, I would. My car broke down a few weeks ago because the transmission finally gave. The usual mechanic couldnt fix it himself because he doesnt specialize in the transmissions chevy cars have, so we take it to the service center. It has been three weeks since I have seen my car and havent been able to work because I have no money for alternative transportation. I feel like Im being taken advantage of because the mechanic here supposedly keeps finding new things wrong with my car and keeps pushing back when its finally fixed. I understand that the new transmission had to be ordered, but he also said it would be Monday when its ready. Monday became Tuesday, then he said Wednesday. It is now Thursday and no news about my vehicle. Dont bother coming here unless you enjoy getting screwed over.

We went to several dealers searching for the perfect vehicle because I had totaled my previous vehicle by hitting a deer. This was by far the best dealership I have ever been too. Shortly after our arrival, Seth Clark came to my rescue. He was extremely nice, attentive to my needs, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. He truly brought happiness to my heart- I did not think I would find a vehicle that I loved as much as my previous one (it’s an uncommon model). My Wife and I went out to look at a used car on Tuesday Sept 14 and found one we were interested in.. We test drove it and was provided the amount including taxes, security fee etc. The salesman said they would run it through the detail shop the next morning and we could pick it up the next day. Wednesday we get a call around 4pm stating it just got into the detail shop and not all the 100 point service inspection had been done yet. we agreed to wait to pick up on Thursday evening to allow more time for everything to be done. I got a call on Thursday from Sales Manager stating he just got there and someone was purchasing the car. I explained that we offered to put a deposit down to ensure it was held for us and that our Salesman Chris also told us that it was held in our name. He told me he would call me back.. never called. I called my salesman and told him how displeased we were that they hosed us like that. He didnt appear to know it was happening. Total dishonesty.

After speaking with a sales associate (Ted) multiple times and being assured the vehicle we wanted was available, my husband and I began our two hour trip to see the vehicle. This was pretty much a guaranteed sale assuming the vehicle matched up to the online ad. The sales associate contacted us after we were one hour into our trip to inform us the vehicle wasn’t actually on the lot bc a family member of the owner had the vehicle for personal use. The associate suggested we come see the car on the following Monday (this was Tuesday). When asked if there was no way to get the vehicle there so we could look at it as planned, we learned it was in Florida. We had now wasted an hour of our time to travel to see a vehicle that was being driven halfway across the country. This means the mileage would no longer be accurate, not to mention general wear and tear on the vehicle. He suggested we come look at other “comparable” vehicles (one was older and one was a completely different make and model). What a terrible way to run a business! I wonder if their insurance company knows that they allow family members to use the lot as their personal rental agency? This combat veteran suggests you take your business elsewhere as they do not value your time or money!

I went through autotrader.com and found a decent used vehicle at Coyle Chevrolet. The one I found had already been sold but an even better one had just arrived. The dealer, Seth, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sale. Right now they are giving away free Pit Barrel Junior smokers, $300 value, with every car purchase.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu 2 years ago from Coyle. I got a good deal on the car, but I was concerned about the reliability of the car. It has already required 2 major repairs that have been covered by the new car warranty. They sold me an extended 7 year - 100,000 mile policy. Recently, I had an issue with the engine cutting off when I stopped. My new car warranty has expired due to mileage. I sent it in to be fixed. I received a loaner car. But it has been 5 days since I left my car and they have still not approved my repair. I was sold this warranty as a bumper to bumper warranty. It cost me over $2000. I would expect better service from them.

Advisors lie about time frame, no one answers the phones or returns calls. I was told my car would be seen and diagnosed the day I dropped it off 5 days later I get a diagnosis and told that half of the concerns I had were not addressed and they would need another day to look at those things. Unprofessional and unable to trust anything they say. Literally had to go into office in person to get answers. The only person I felt actually listened to anything I had to say without trying to talk over me or act like I don’t know anything was the mechanic who I would have let work on my car had it not been for the advisors who act like they know more than you and lie to you by telling you what you want to hear to get you in there and then not following up and making excuses to cover their self. Overall horrible experience will not be going back to this dealership.Update: after taking my car from this place. I took it to AAMCO on Breckinridge lane. Not only did the Chevy dealership take forever and be completely unprofessional they also told me I needed to fix things that did not even have a problem like my transmission coolant line and engine coolant line. Chevy said both were leaking and neither was leaking turns out the air compressor had imploded and leaked some which is funny because Chevy never even said anything to me about the air compressor I had to mention it to them after they supposedly already looked at it the first time. Also note AAMCO had my car looked at and fixed in less time then it took Chevy to just do their first “inspection”.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I can not stress this enough. It will be a waste of time and energy and only cause unneeded frustration for yourself.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Coyle. Salesman Raymond Cox did not pressure me into any decisions and even allowed me to leave the dealership and think over my options over the weekend before committing to a purchase. He allowed me to test drive several different models and answered every question I had about the vehicles on the spot. The rest of the Coyle team were friendly and provided a fast, low-stress, and price competitive purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Went in looking for a cheap vehicle for work commute, my salesman Neal Powell was very helpful and honest, and ultimately got me into a vehicle that fit my needs.

I didn’t end up buying a car through them I found a private seller I liked, but that being said I don’t think it should go unnoticed how hard Ryan Weatherholt worked for me. He made sure I knew I could trust him and was willing to help me find whatever vehicle I needed. His communication was spot on and really listened. If you go to Coyle definitely ask for Ryan.

I purchased a vehicle today and couldnt be happier with my service. As a single woman buying a car can feel intimidating but not with Dave Arnett. We have had our Chevrolet Traverse just over a week now. We were helped by Seth Clark and I never thought I would have a car salesman that would ever treat me like a regular person but Seth is excellent and has had a good up bringing and wont judge the book by the cover. If you need something definitely ask for Seth Clark.

Good Luck on Customer service, attitude was very poor. GMC transmissions on the new trucks have problems they refuse to fix or probably cant fix.Told me service bulletins were given so individuals can work on their own vehicles and they didnt pertain to dealers. I dont think thats the way it works. Even with service appointment they cant tell when they will get to servicing your vehicle. Very disappointed I have bought trucks from Coyle for years. Stay away from new GMCs Do your homework before you buy, dont make the mistake I made.
