Had such a great experience with this sales team! Went in for a new car, was in and out the door in about two hours and couldn’t be happier with the car Tammy picked out for me. There were a few cosmetic issues that I noticed upon test drive but they said they would order the parts and repair them for me free of charge. They even filled the gas tank up before driving off the lot! Overall very happy I chose this used car lot and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family :)

I got a car with the engine light on. They told me of was only a coil pack that has to be replaced. I took it to the repair shop. It was told to me that my car needed a new engine. I’m more pleased with the finance department because they were the ones to calm me down. I really feel like I bought my first lemon and I’m not pleased with that. I will never recommend anyone going to this dealership at all.

My mom and I both purchased a vehicle on the same day and it was the most fun experience,Tammy Bryant was above and beyond helpful and has the best personality ever! Was in a pickle last year needed a car went all over town and found a 2008 ford edge they were very nice to us the process was fairly quick for a auto dealer price was higher that i would have liked. the car with in a year blew a head gasket, a transmission, the ac fan motor control module. being financed it had to be taken care of you get what you pay for there if you can afford new get new if you can you get from an actual dealership do that. these are the cars that are to old to many miles or straight up ticking time bombs. as far as paying for the car they were great even until the end when my wife got into an accident and they totaled the car thank god. long story short be aware of what you are buying there are not warranties and unless you find something upon test driving they may fix it. the reason for two stars is because the women in the payment center have been fantastic and I thank you ladies for making the payment portion super easy.

I came in at the beginning of July with a pretty low down payment and to no ones fault but my own I wasn’t able to get anything that day with what I had because of my credit, but maybe about a week or two later, Erin reached out to me and told me to come back with what I was able to save and she’d make sure I left happy. Which I did! I was able to find a car with a down payment of a little less than what I was told I would have to have. The process was VERY quick and easy! But I’m most impressed with how Erin cared enough to reach back out to me. Everyone is very nice and honest. They will do their best to get you what you want.

They went up and above to satisfy my car buying needs. 1 day after having my car I noticed an oil leak and contacted the dealership on that Monday. They had the car inspected and set up to have my car repaired at the main dealership. The turbo in the car was shot and they have paid for all the repairs.

I was sold a vehicle on 08/14/2020. I have had nothing but continuous problems with my vehicle. Theyre solution is to replace the engine with one that they cannot provide any information on! That wont solve half the problems with the vehicle and am being told if I attempt to return then they will sue me for $10,000

We recently bought a Volkswagen from Wyatt-Johnson Auto Credit. On the third day we had the car it started misfiring. We called them first thing on Monday. They asked us to bring it in. They went out of their way to make it right. They replaced the spark plugs, coils, and a cylinder. Even though the AS-IS was explained and we agreed to it they made it right. They have made a customer for life. I rarely write recommendations. Go see Pete and Rob for a great deal, some corny jokes, and fantastic service.

I test drove 3 vehicles, the sales person there wouldnt budge on monthly payments, so I was going to leave, then they had me test drive a 2010 Ford Fusion. It had a light on, I asked about it, got told it couldnt be anything major because they have their vehicles serviced. I took it, paid down payment, took monthly payments of 380.00 and they want you to have full coverage on vehicles at that moment, but know that car repair insurance wont insurance a vehicle over 10 years old, you will be stuck. I called because that light stayed on within weeks, Roger had me bring it back because he said I shouldnt have to make major repairs in a vehicle so shortly. I dropped it off he took it wherever, called me when it was ready, I pick it up, he says it was the silver thing where the gas cap would be, it had to be cleaned. I stayed getting regular oil changes, and the papers would keep saying something about the transmission, I called Wyatt Johnson again, the man asked me to come in and have a talk. 5 months later, the display went out where the radio is, then the car started having trouble starting sometimes, and the steering wheel locked up on me in traffic with my kids in the car with a message reading power steering failure. I cut my hazards on and restart the car, it resumes and I call Wyatt Johnson again. This time they tell me to talk to an account specialist because NOW the sales department has nothing to do with it. I call Kourtney which is an account specialist, she flat out tells me that they have been working with me on payment arrangements which I have kept, but I need to understand that they didnt have to do that, on top of when I buy a vehicle, I am responsible for any repairs. Nobody should have to make major repairs to a vehicle within 6 months of having a vehicle. Thats bad for business and makes them look like theyre just trying to get over on those in the community. All the stuff in my vehicle is electronic, that power steering failure is gonna cost 800 or better according to the mechanic that I called. How can you pay 800 in repairs, keep 200.00 bi weekly payment arrangements, and full coverage insurance? Its impossible and once you lose your job because of a repo trying to save money to fix the vehicle or not having a reliable way to work, your family suffers, and youre back to square 1. This is not good business.UPDATE BAD NEWS: Rob Kitchens responded to my Google review, but I spoke to account specialist Erica Bailey who explained the option for me to get the vehicle fixed and they pay upfront costs but I would pay it back as a loan which would be extra money on top of what payment arrangements I already have. That is horrible. On 9-23-2020, I had a bad accident hitting a parked vehicle, that persons vehicle is totaled, my vehicle is totaled, was towed to Beachaven Towing, the vehicles wheel did another power steering failure after I had just took the vehicle to All American Tire as instructed by Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit for a diagnostics test, the gentleman there stated it is electrical, he most definitely would not be able to repair it because it needs to be done by a Ford dealership and he would let Erica Bailey know so we can figure it out amongst ourselves and I never heard back. I called the next day to Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit to leave a message because the account specialist dont get into work until 9:00 a.m., never heard back, I called again and specifically left a message stating I had another power steering failure, the wheel locked up causing me to hit someone elses vehicle, still no response. This is serious, that persons vehicle is totaled,the purchased vehicle is totaled, I have a concussion and cant return to work until released from doctors care.

I went in the other day and left with a 2011 Chevy Impala. The process was quick and easy, and the staff were amazing, and very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision making process. I even won a $20 gift card. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car with no outrageous prices and interest rates to shop here😁

The car lot was a great experience it was the payment center. The actual manager was very unpleasant threatened you an called all the time I fell on hard time with medical issue caught my car note back up had to email the manager on the outside of the office to let her know how unprofessional her office manager Don was at the payment center. My note was due on a Friday but the manager Don was such an _____ Monday he had my car picked up I am now in the process of filling charges against Don I have recorded all conversation he had with me an will be sueing the payment center I have all the emails of my complaints against them was almost done paying for my car but this man Don is so disrespectful that I dont even want to deal with it an the bad part is the car has been sold an they are still putting it on my credit so remember my name this is not the last you have heard from me

If this allowed to give no stars, I would. I wouldnt recommend this lot to anyone. The manager Don is very unprofessional. I made an arrangement to pay $56 two days later and paid the majority of my payment which was $189, was told I could make the payment on Monday no specific time was given and yet they disabled my vehicle around 8:00 A.M first thing in the morning upon opening. When I called to ask why, I was told Don never notated my account. These people will make everything sound sweet at first to get you to sign a deal and then later down the line will give you the run around. The SUV I got has a lot of things wrong with it and not to mention the engine has been bad since day one. Ive had an incident going up a hill on riverside in which my engine overheated and started rolling backwards. Luckily the breaks worked otherwise I would have hit the vehicle behind me. Not at all worth the trouble, especially for business who show they dont care about their consumers once the deal is done. I cant believe Wyatt Johnson allows them to represent their company. Never again and I will make sure I warn everyone I know.

FYI, you read & hear it all the time...If you are buying a used vehicle pay the $100 or so & have your mechanic go over it. I wish I would have. I was in desperate need a vehicle that ran. My kids liked this so we signed. The mark up is almost double. I wish they would take the time to go over them.

Let me say first that the staff is great and we really liked the vehicle we purchased. We paid it off this past February and were very excited. We return to the lot to maybe purchase something else but 400 bucks a month for a 2004 vehicle is not appealing. Especially to a customer that paid on time and paid off early. To add we get our credit report pulled and find out there is no history of almost 3 YEARS of ON TIME payments or anything at all. After research most finance companies use Equifax for car loans. All of this is very disappointing . We will not be back.

After spending 9+ hours at a different dealership and being told that we couldn’t get a vehicle we were sent to Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit. I was worried that they were going to tell us the same thing. We came in and filled out some paperwork and then got to test drive a few vehicles. It only took them 1:30 to get my husband and I into a beautiful new to us vehicle. They were so kind and courteous. We will definitely be buying another vehicle with them in the future! Make sure that when you test drive the vehicle take it to get a diagnostic test done bc regardless of how good of a customer you are they will not make repairs or get maintenance done on the vehicle its now on you to get it done. Hopefully the belt and front differential doesnt go bad before I can get the repairs. I absolutely understand its an as is vehicle but when was responsible for these repairs before me. If you dont have to purchase a used vehicle definitely dont!!!!

BEWARE! DOES NOT REPORT TO A CREDIT UNION! I paid on my vehicle on time every week for 2 years. It had existing problems BEFORE they sold it to me which finally caused it to break down beyond repair. After going to an actual dealership and getting a new car, I was informed by them that Wyatt Johnson had not been reporting the good credit EVER. Be very careful! You may end up with a payment for a broken down car and it’s doing nothing for your credit!

Gabe Garcia at Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit is the best Cars salesman I have worked with. I have had such a horrible experience trying to buy a car until I ran into Mr. Garcia. I have horrible credit and everywhere else has denied me. I came in and he took my info down and he had me approved with 20 minutes. Free oil changes for 3 years! I will definitely be coming back to see him!
