My floors downstairs and bathrooms were finished today. I am very Happy with the end results. I had several quotes prior to starting the job and Quality Floor Covering was the best price by far. One of the differences between them and a large national company is Quality actually evaluated my floors by taking off the carpet strips and looking at areas of concern. The other company walked around and said it looks fine. The whole process was so smooth. Now the two guys who did my installation were so professional and friendly. When I get ready to complete my upstairs flooring needs later this year, Im going back to Quality Flooring in Clarksville.Thank you for completely changing how my house looks for the better.

Excellent and fast service. Steve was our installer and he and his team were great. Ted was our salesperson and he also was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them over the flooring company in Clarksville or any other floor company for that matter.

Clarksville Quality Floor Covering did an absolute wonderful job redoing my kitchen floors. I called and had them come out to measure and give me an estimate, went in the office to pick out my flooring, and was able to set up my appointment all with great ease. Rose in the office was very nice and helped me handle all of the details. The installer himself was also friendly and polite. The pricing was very fair, and it looks so much better now. I have had them replace carpet at a couple rental properties and my own home. They was very professional and efficient. Came on time, did everything great. I will never purchase or have someone else install carpet or flooring other then them. Not to mention they are extremely affordable.

They have a great and large selection of carpet. The carpet we ordered for our house had to be ordered and it only took 2 days to get it. They showed up for the installation on time and did the job very quickly and it looked amazing. Highly recommend you check this place out.

Ive been trying to call this company for the last 4 hours, have called 6 times and noone has answered. I love the flooring in our home that I have been told was purchased from them and wanted to purchase some more. Decided I would call to see if it was available because I dont want to drive 40 mins one way for nothing. Only give 2 stars because the flooring is absolutely beautiful and noone else carries anything even similar.

So apparently its not important information to share with the customer that a carpet wont be available until a month out. Even though you made it a point to share the fact that you had to be out of your apartment and into your house by a deadline that was a whole 3 weeks earlier than the carpet would even be available. So yeah. Thanks for making me last minute find a new company who was more available and the carpet was in stock.
