If youre looking for something that looks great but does nothing, this is the place to go. Everything is overpriced and as durable as a wet paper bag, but youll look amazing while wearing it for the few minutes it lasts. Hours are unfortunately from Chad oclock in the morning until Karen p.m. at night, so most likely youll be too busy working a real job to ever even see this place, but its a great place to waste a day off if you have literally nothing better to do with your life. But hey, at least its not Macys.

We took a quick look around. This store is one story. Had all the departments youd find in a larger JCP, just a bit smaller. Didnt buy anything this trip. I wonder if this location will still be running in five years?

Good sale on make up products and great customer service

Poorly staffed, most fitting rooms are closed so you have to walk to the other side of the store to try clothes on. Stock was limited and poorly displayed. It may be time for this store to throw in the towel.

Rating strictly on changing table amenity. I spent 5 minutes wiping their table down so I could change my baby. It was clear the table has not had cleaning or service in a long time. I set up my changing pad and laid my baby on the table. The table immediately dipped beyond horizontal. I picked up my baby immediately and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS TABLE.

Once in a good time you might find someone to ring you up but its hard and a long wait.

Couldnt find what I needed and had to wait forever to checkout then sent to another register across the store....

Customer service representative was not accomdating. Saw 4 representative huddling and laughing and never did they stop to assist me. So I asked where can I check out and they all said over there, walked in the area they said to go and no one was there...waited about another two - three minutes, getting impatient, and the nerve of one of the ladies in the group, was actually the cashier!!! I left!! Poor customer service!!

Im a big guy and I was hoping to find some dress clothes. Gym shorts and sweatpants no problem. Dress clothes were few and far between and none in my size. I did buy a belt, but was unable to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale because they only had one. I ended up walking all over the store looking for a clerk to accept my payment.

Awesome service.

Went in to JC Pennys for a few things, and haircuts at the Salon for the children. Every one was very kind, and the two stylists at the salon were top notch. We saw Sally and Alex. Even after a busy black Friday the staff were all very friendly and up beat.

Nice place. Wasnt there that long. Looking for shoes for my grandsons, happen to take a peak at the clothing and I think I could like some of them on me. Prices not too bad. Lots of cool things on clearance also. Definitely will go back and treat myself.

Bought a real nice Adidas shirt off the clearance rack. Very happy. Checked out with Isiah, who was great. Very nice experience. Recommend.

Was looking for a Drone with camera and they had one price cut from 79.00 down to 20.00. Had to take one back to WALMART of lesser value and 30.00 more. At JC Penny it was on a table of specialty items they get in just for Christmas each year. Couldnt resist the savings.

The store has changed a lot since the last time I was there. I looks more neat n together than before. They had some deals on kids n toddlers clothes. The ladies were very friendly.

I took my watch I purchased from JCP to be redipped and to have the battery replaced before everything shut down from COVID-19. I have called customer service who transfers me to the jewelry department, where all you can do is leave a message with your receipt number & store number. It says to allow 5 business days for a returned call, it has been 3 weeks & no one will call me back. I have been in person to the Clarksville, Tennessee store where I took my watch to be sent off for repair with the 2 year protection plan JCP sold me when the watch was originally purchased & the woman never looked my name or account up in the system, she simply said it would be 3 or 4 more weeks. I still havent got any answers or my watch.

DO NOT go here especially if you make an appointment online. They will cancel your appointments right before you’re supposed to be there because “they don’t have time to do the service you’re requesting” even though a scheduled appointment is meant to be spaced out so that they do. They will not give you a decent amount of notice and not offer any compensation for your wasted time. Was on my way to the appointment when they called and told me I had to cancel or reschedule. Terrible service.

I love going into the mall theres a jcPenney inside. I like it its always clean they have goods clothes shoes and jewelry. I think there prices are a Lil to mush for me. JCPenney may be dying the slow death of all retail stores, but it really is a great place to shop for clothing(especially if you have a jcp cc).The employees at this particular location have been very friendly and helpful each time Ive been here.

I went to get a blow out and the girl that did my hair was terrible. My appointment was at 2pm and I didn’t get out of there until 5pm. It normally takes 1 hour to get a wash, condition and blow out. She also convinced me that the reason my hair wouldn’t straighten was because it was so dry. She cut and cut and kept cutting my hair. She cut at least 4 inches of my hair off. And it was still looking terrible. I will never ever go back to JPenney salon. Never ever experienced such disaster. And then she kept fiddling around with the register when it was time to pay. I know she was embarrassed to even tell me that the cost was 75 dollars. It seems they would have better licensed stylists. I normally pay 50 dollars at the blow out on Brentwood and I get Prestige services. Please don’t go here ever. You will be dissatisfied and your hair will look terrible. I honestly think her flat irons were cheap as well as her blow dryer. Just not equipped to do the job properly at all.Sincerely,Unhappy and dissatisfied

Nice and clean store but customer service was not good. I was looking for earrings and no one ever offered or provided assistance. Never found what I was looking for. Store had earring displays in very odd locations.

We came to purchase some Levis 511. The colours were limited but we got what we wanted luckily. Mall is very quiet even on weekends.

The staff here are very kind. I think they are doing there best and are always willing to help out. I think the trouble is there arent enough employees on the shifts. If someone has a pickup order the only person that can get it has to leave the register and go find it. Apparently there is no one else in the store to get the item or take over the registers. There never seems to be enough people working at one time to keep things running smooth.

It was packed!!! We got $10 off on a purchase of $10 or more. Not worth the long lines. And were talkin 30-50 people in these lines. Go online do yourself a favor

We were looking for a dress for a mother whos son was getting married. We had no clue what we were looking for, so we just scanned the racks, but found nothing. We then checked the shoes, and again found nothing. The store did have plenty to offer, my friend is just very picky. We exhaustedly went to 9 stores to find these items. The construction was in full swing as they were upgrading or changing something. It was really no bother. The store was still kept neat and tidy around the chaos, and we were offered help a few times but declined due to the lack of knowledge of what she wanted! I enjoyed my time in the store honestly. Ill be back.

Selection and prices were positive but only one cashier in whole store on a a Friday. Had to hunt for a register which meant a wait.

Not one person at two of the customers service counter. person working directed me to another counter worker there was sorting clothes away from the counter. I had a online order to pick up, worker acting as if was a burden to retrieve. More customers lined up behind me, worker went to retrieve my orders while the line was building. I received my orders.

I just recently purchased a pair of A.N.A. Jeans from there and once I got home (I did not notice in the store because I had a fussy baby and was trying to rush) I realized they had a strong smell of mothballs mixed with chemicals?!?!? So I washed them thinking it would fix them but nope. I’ve now washed them 4 times and they still smell awful. I don’t know what the deal is but obviously I can’t wear these and will never buy pants from there again.

Not only is the store always in complete disarray, but tonight we went in at about 15 till 6, not knowing they were about to close. It was never announced that they were closing, and after a few minutes a salesperson came over and asked if she could help us look through the mess of shirts and asked if we needed anything, we said no thank you, and again we’re not told that they were about to close. About two minutes later I hear a woman start yelling at me “MAM YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, YOU HAVE TO GET OUT WE ARE CLOSING” I apologized and told her I was sorry and had no idea they were closing, she then continued to rant and tell us to get out because she had to do drawer counts and things and told me again and again that I had to get out.I will say that the woman that came up and unlocked the door for us to leave was very nice and thanked us, other than her being pleasant, I would say this JCPenny location is downright awful.

Went here to shop for Easter! As usual, not one person working in any section to answer questions! I only come here if i really need something quick, otherwise I shop online! Even when you can find someone to ask a question, they act like it kills them to have to actually do their job!

I love the JCPenney store in Clarksville Tennessee it has been there for many years.A lot of the people that work there have been with the company a long time.Everyone is always friendly and willing to help.
