Update on review: so it’s no lie that I had two bad experiences with them. However I’ll be given them a better review. The owner took time to speak with me and I truly believe he cares. The owner gets 5 stars. The location and product the store provides is a strong 4 stars. While I must take the bad experience with the good as far as customer service I feel it averages out to 3 stars. The overall average from the three categories I’m taking into consideration puts it at a 4 stars total. While there is room to improve there is a lot of potential to be a 5 star store.

We use a room here for our meetings. Even with the door closed, you can hear a lot of noise from the main room.The rooms themselves are really move though. I love the decorations! Weve used the swamp and the castle.

The manager is very knowledgeable and communicates clearly and well. Fun atmosphere and there is food. All this brings in a great diverse group of people that are helpful and fun to learn from or just to be around

Very clean and easy to find things! Lots of merchandise and I love the way they have the card purchasing set up! Very easy to get the cards you want and you dont have to wait forever to find out if they have them! Definitely love this store

Overall nice place. But one big thing that stood out. I asked if they were a brick and mortar store and the person working said yes. But the prices were marked above eBay prices for Pokémon product. They said they go off of TCG prices but that’s just ridiculous when it’s being sold $15 cheaper on eBay. So essentially they are paying MSRP for product then still scalping more than what everyone else usually does.Side note- employee had a smart mouth and needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Great customer service !!! Was having issues with tracking number, emailed them for tracking info and confirmation and they were so great about it. Turns out the mistake was on my end and can now track my package. Thank you all for your hard work, will be a buyer here in the future for sure.

Great selection but eveything is a little bit pricey which is odd for a card store that seems as established as this one. If you want to play card games here this is the place though! Every tournament has a good turnout. One last thing there is a female employee here that is super rude and sighs everytime you ask her a question. She is the only one all the other employees are fantastic and super nice and helpful!

Great place to get 40k stuff. Online store is amazing and show exactly whats in stock. The citadel paints are from 2013 but that isnt the worse. They have a freaking sandwich cafe inside and plenty of space. Been so awful gaming store and Ive been to some of the countries best stores. This has to be one of the best Ive been too. Friendly staff as well.

Dont open your set in the store, someone will steal from you when you are not looking. I opened a set and left to buy a box. Would have been nice if the clerk watched my stuff with my back turned. Owner offered to help out but I forgot about it so exited review.

As someone who was looking to get into TTRPGs and Card games, store did an amazing job making me feel unwelcome. And I dont even just like the normal sort of intimidation of trying a new thing, I mean staff and everyone else there were between rude or just dismissive. Im assuming I mustve just had an unlucky time, because Ive heard glowing reviews from friends and coworkers, but good grief I have not had an experience that bad in a shop around here before. Frankly, I didnt even want to write this review, but its been bothering me for long enough now that I think it warrants it.

This is a great gaming store with tons of different games to purchase and play. There are tables to play card games, six tables for war games, TVs for video games, they sell food and drinks there. Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable employees to get you involved and included in any play group. I sincerely recommend this store if you play games, the following are games I see played fairly regularly:MagicYu gi ohPokemonHeroclixBolt ActionAge of SigmarZombiecideDungeons and Dragonsmuch more, and of course my favorite Warhammer 40k!My only improvement for the store is having to special order. My children and I showed up to check out the game night that they have, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didnt know that this place was as nice as it is. It has a nice sized sitting area in the front where they had come tournaments going on, and a room in the back of the building for certain events like board game night. They also have a cafe where you can order food to eat. The staff was very helpful and patient with us, and answered all of our questions. The facility was clean, and their food was pretty good. We will visit again.

Pretty great place! Super friendly ppl. Tons of product. I went for 40k/GW stuff. Mostly card games being played but space for anything. When I talked to the workers about TTM games they were helpful. They have their own cafe, large card game tables, smaller break out rooms for gaming. Tons of models/cards/memorabilia ect. I live in Nashville but will be coming back.

My boyfriend and I went to Frontline Games to sell and buy Pokémon cards. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. If you’re looking for specific cards, they have a great electronic system to navigate their stock in store as well as a great, easy to use website. Our purchases were a fair price too. We are definitely going to be returning customers.

Wonderful atmosphere from the workers there. The owner is great, plus they have a little bit of everything for tabletop games. Just about anything from DnD, magic, pokemon, to Call of Cathulu. Plus, as long as theyre stocked, they have a great dice selection for DnD, which is mostly what I play there.

So glad I found this place! A real gem of a gaming store - fantastic selection of Magic the Gathering cards and other games. The computerized inventory and multiple computers for customers to use to both browse and create a shopping cart in-store is immensely helpful and convenient. Theres a really active gaming community here, with stuff going on in the store every day - makes me wish I was local! Ill definitely be stopping here whenever Im in Clarksville, which is pretty frequently.

They have a lot of cool stuff and theres really nice people but I sold some cards and I checked the prices online first together they were worth like 120 but I only got $51 in store credit for $46 in cash I felt a little ripped off

This store was amazing! It had everything AND the kitchen sink! Pun obviously but they offered a lot of different RPG and card playing games. I couldve spent hours inside looking at everything! Will be returning for sure!

The environment is perfectly nerdy, and accepting as soon as you walk in. Be prepared to hear laughing guests, and people playing fan favorite card games. The staff was pretty helpfull, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Prices on most items are pretty fair, but some of them are a tid bit scalper-esk.

Me and a few buddies come here frequently and rent the private room for D&D. Staff is friendly and the kitchen is put to good use.

Frontline’s pricing on the booster box I wanted was DOUBLE the MSRP. I was hoping to buy local, but this felt exploitative since it was $50-$100 more than other stores in the area.

So I was eating and there are a few other people eating at different tables in the main room but the guy running the card tournaments is only targeting me and segregating me to eat in a different room and also the same guy told me to put my mask up while Im actively drinking my drink while there are also a few people who have their masks down also and he didnt get on them just meI feel discriminated due to me being Asian

Great selection of games and games models. Definitely recommend Frontline Games as a store that all gaming stores should aspire to with both the facility and its management.And management was very responsive and helped out when a high end kit that was purchased (as an early Christmas gift in November) was missing a complete parts sprue right out of the box.A+ and we will be back.

I’m lucky to get to play all over this beautiful country so I’ve had the chance to visit many game shops around this country. This shop an absolutely wonderful shop. A huge selection of MTG cards and other games as well. There were many friendly players both days I visited the shop. Staff was friendly. Clarksville is lucky to have such a great game store.

Love this place! Awesome selection of board games, dice and card games (and even old & new video games/and a host of accessories). In fact they have the biggest selection in town (weve checked other places) and great prices as well. These guys have an open and inviting atmosphere (come for board game night on Thursdays!). They have a full menu of food, were not talking just chips and sodas here (they have pizza and hot sandwiches, and a slew of other great stuff!). Honestly this place has it all if youre looking for a friendly, and convenient location for anything game related... and hey if its not in stock (which is highly unlikely because they have a HUGE selection).... they will order it for you! Ive taken advantage of that a few times, and got my game quickly. They even have a bargain area for games on sale, and about 100 games that you can literally try before you buy! You read that right! I can not say enough good about this place, its easily the best game store Ive ever been to and thats saying something considering Ive been to many different ones across state lines! Even if youre not into games, you should pop in, itll change your mind :)

I like their atmosphere

While I have never played in any tournaments there, I usually just buy single cards. But the place is amazing. They also have tons of board games as well. The only problem I have ever really had was using the store website on my phone. The mobile website is missing some (mainly Yugioh) card packs. So it is a bit hard to see what cards they have unless I use the store computers that are used for ordering in-storeI will say that one of the women (believe she wears glasses.) who works there is awesome. Every time I have gone to Frontline Games, she has been very kind and sweet.

Welcoming staff and they have a great community of players. I went there for my first MTG event and I had a great time. My only negative is it was very warm in the shop, but there was also alot of people there for a popular event. Still a great place filled with a very large variety of game types.

Great store with friendly staff. I drove all the way from Lewisburg Tn to sell a Charizard V secret rare pokemon card from champions path. The only complaint I have is that I was told that I would get 40percebt of what they where selling the card for. They had 1 in stock selling for $817 and I only got like $220 for my card. I may have done the math wrong, but I believe I was supposed to receive about $100 more for my card.

Super close to home for me which makes it easy to stop in, the parking lot situation does kinda suck and I didnt realize they had a parking lot in the back the first time I went there but yea if you go in the evening it may be full up front just head around back. I dunno its like being a kid in a candy store and the one time I needed help so far the lady behind the counter was really nice and found what I was looking for.

Frontline is an amazing place to go and have fun. Board games for rent, as well as there are groups that play twice a week that is free to join! Frontline hosts events all the time, and have fun tournaments for Magic the Gathering and more! Seriously check out Frontline if you like gaming, its the best place in Tennessee!

I hadnt been to a card shop since me and my dad went in Florida. This place is everything I remember and then some. Solid people hang around, they have a diverse stock, and they serve decent food at a good price. Its kinda perfect.

Ive been here multiple times. The staff is great. The have a good selection of board games, and usually have trading card game tournaments. There are rooms that you can rent by the hour for private game play. They also have a kitchen for some snacks for purchase.

WARNING: absolutely no Corona Virus precautions. No employees wearing masks, no hand sanitizer, no social distances enforcement like spreading tables apart, no separators at cash register, no surface disinfecting just a couple of stay healthy pages taped to front door. Only 4 patrons of the 40+ people (including any of the 4 to 6 employees) were wearing masks on Friday night June 26 for MTG core series pre-release night. That included the cafe food prep person too and patrons in side VIP rooms/back gaming room. It was like they threw back to March 1, 2020 again before Covid 19 started to kill a lot of people in the USA. But heres an example of how difficult its going to be to get this virus in check especially in the younger demographic.Hopefully everyone there will be safe against getting Covid 19 using monster energy drinks, mountain dew, 5 hour energy shots, cheetle dust, and whatever else hard-core gamers ingest in large quantities.Friendly people in a great facility with awesome selection of games across genres. Would have given 5 stars otherwise if they had even tried a little bit about the virus stuff. *****Dont risk bringing any vulnerable people into this store. They need to make sure to keep records of all the patrons in case virus contact tracing is required.

When my son was first interested in learning about the Pokémon trading card game, my husband and I were pretty lost on where to start him off. The owner pulled him aside, showed him some decks, and taught him and us how to play. The clerks and owner have helped him grow into a skilled player and even made recommendations without costing us too much money. They’re always welcoming and even say hi to my son by name when they see him on Sunday mornings for Pokémon league. Very kid and adult friendly alike.

Ive been in a lot of game shops and this is one of the best. Well lit, clean, lots of open space, with an excellent selection, and friendly people on both sides of the counter. The war room is well stocked and the community excited about playing.

Spoke to a very unprofessional store associate by the name of Christan. He was very unhelpful, and lacks knowledge when it comes to any type of competitive gaming. He reminded me of the pokemon metapod because of how useless his skill set is when it comes to anything that involves strategic play. Absolutely useless!Every time I asked a question pertaining to the info I sought. He used the attack harden. He should be fired, and beaten! Terrible customer service. After speaking with him he made Frontline Games look like suckhole.

This place is amazing and unlike any game store you have ever been to. What separates Frontline Games from the rest? Its the amazing staff and regulars who make you feel welcome and are always happy to answer questions or help you figure out a new game system or format. BEST shop I have ever been to.

I ordered a bunch of miniatures online. They arrived on time. One of the minis was defective, missing an arm. I sent an e-mail just to let them know, not expecting anything. I would want to know if I ran a business. I got a response immediately and they shipped me out a replacement, no hassle. Frontline Games is great and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
