They insulated what they could and told me to let them know when the drywall was hung so they could insulate the ceilings (blown in fiberglass). They billed me for nearly the entire job, which I paid. Now that the drywall is finished they dont seem to want anything to do with it. Ive called them three times to get them to complete the job, but cant get a call back. I knew better than to pay them before they completed the job, but the salesman, Bobby Perdue, seemed honest and I thought 31-W was a reputable company but I no longer believe this. Dont pay them until everything is 100% done and you may be okay.

Cheyenne came and did our Estimate the day after I called and requested and was great to work with, then the 2 gentlemen that came out and installed the insulation and ground cover a few days later(i had a small addition) did an amazing job and they were quick to work!! I highly recommend 31w insulation!!

31-W Insulation servicing the Clarksville, TN area is amazing!!!!!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They installed my garage door when my home was first built. When I called for a service/repair on my garage door I spoke with Billy. He was extremely polite, and more than helpful on trouble shooting any issues before sending a service technician to my residence. After failed trouble shooting attempts, we scheduled for a service time. The service technician arrived at the scheduled time, and was very polite. He had my garage door fixed in less than 5 minutes!!!! Thank you 31-W Insulation!!!!
