Ive been going to Medicine Shoppe on Madison St in Clarksville for over 20 yrs. These people in my opinion are the best pharmacist ever. Theyre like an extension on my Family. The kindness, sweetest, informative people you would ever want on your side. I care a great deal about each & everyone of them. JM💕💕💕

I have been going there since I moved to Clarksville (14 years ago).Not only are they professional but it is so nice to go Where they always know your name!Almost too good to be true in this day and age. ..they go beyond the call of duty!Reminds me of the corner drug store of my youth...only thing missing is a soda fountain!!

Not real satisfied with Susan and the efforts she claims to have made- if I have to call my insurance company before I go out of town - and while Im waiting on the phone Ms Susan gets the same call- maybe somebody should or could have said something more than Im just too busy to call them back because I ping the script and didnt run it and no it wont go thru- with out smiling at me like its my problem - Hello! You got the call from united, you got the call from my doctor, and why I drove there 3 different times to do yalls job I just dont get-together especially after my bank account gives several hundred dollars a month to you....theres nothing funny about this- so why a smart remark would come from her when I asked for script back just shows that customer service isnt a department- ITS AN ATTITUDE!

Was using them for years, they would always give us a discounted rate. Then slowly started getting the price wrong & Id have to correct them. Then one day they just decided I wasnt gonna get a discount anymore literally out of nowhere. And completely denied giving me one to begin with after coming there for years?? It made no sense! So I switched to Walmart who is not only wayyyyy cheaper but also accepts discount cards unlike med shop!

Staff is very friendly and courteous fills prescriptions quickly I drive 40 miles round trip to let them fill mine,Walgreens and KROGERS are the worse that I have ever dealt with, they could learn from THE MEDICINE SHOP how to be friendly,
